Maid 2 Order

Work was never performed. I left 6 voicemails/emails to schedule; provider did not reply. Given the lack of ethics this demonstrates, I would not trust them in my home, now. Maid 2 Order is not even listed as a provider now. I should be given a refund.

It was good. I gave them a list of things to do. They concentrated on the living area, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms, and did one of the bedrooms. I had to pay additional for more hours. They were here seven hours. They did a good job and the work was good. There were no other problems. Everything was fine.

It was good. It was one of those Angie’s List deals and we didn’t continue with them after that one time. They showed up on time and did a thorough job.

I sent a number of days where I would like to have them perform the work and they never responded.

Never showed up twice. Wouldn't return calls so I informed Angie's List and they refunded my money and hired another company.

I did not call the company to perform the window cleaning until this month and they no longer do window cleaning.

The head girl was very personable and did a good job vacuuming. The girl that was cleaning the bathrooms had a very unhappy look on her face. Even after she finished she looked mad at me like I did something. Guess she was not to happy about cleaning the bathrooms but the whole house was already pretty clean since I did most of it. We had an open house and I got to work. When they came there was not to much to do.

I paid $79 for house cleaning January 3, 2014. I requested dates for cleaning beginning January 10. They did not email me until January 8 that they would "be in contact with you shortly." Communication was difficult. I finally scheduled cleaning in February. She called on the day scheduled and canceled because she said she was afraid that the weather might get bad and difficult to drive. I did not get bad but the weather reports warned of possible rain and ice that did not materialize. She did not get back with me to reshedule or return emails. I finally got someone on the phone in the spring - sometime in early May. She said she couldn't talk because she was driving. She never returned my call. Now after reading all the similar complaints, I am not interested in having them clean my house. They are not even on Angie's list anymore. I know their is a 30 day refund policy, but I could not even get a scheduled cleaning in that period of time. I purchased the voucher back in April and planned to use this in the fall after I have had some work done on my house. When I called to scheduled the appointment, Amanda Sosa answered the phone and said they were no longer honoring the vouchers and that I should contact Angie's List for a refund.

When i called at first, it wasn't professional. The lady answered the phone with , "hello". My experience didn't go very well.

I have called and left messages on three occasions and had no response from them. I have email at least two times and again no response. Maid 2 Order should not be an Angie's List provider.

Company did not return calls or emails when i tried to schedule an appointment for services paid for with an AL Big Deal. I purchase this Big Deal in June, the offer expires in Nov. I requested a refund from AL and they referred me to the "fine print" : No refunds after 30 days. I can transfer the $109 to another Big Deal, but cant get a refund. This is the 2nd time I got burned on a Big Deal and I would much rather get my money back than being forced to shop for another Big Deal.

they cancelled the first time the day of; rescheduled for another date and they came on time; they did okay not meticulous; they cleaned the guest tub--but only one the three sides you could see; they cleaned one mirror but couldn't reach the top and just left it that way.

There were no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. Two crew members came and spent three hours in total. They provided their own supplies. My experience with them was fine. I did try to scheduling another appointment with them, but it did not work out.

I called the provider to set up service and they informed me that they are no longer with Angie's List and wouldn't honor the coupon. I have contacted Angie's List in order to get a refund of the Big Deal purchase.

Right now I am contracting with Whole Home Cleaners to use their deal of $99 for 4 hours of housecleaning. The price of the better deal with Maid 2 Order was totally negated by their nonresponsiveness.

I called to set up an appointment to have my house cleaned, and she didn't have anything available for 3 weeks. The day she was supposed to show up, I stayed home from work to pick up the clutter and to let in her team, and she called me 15 minutes before she was supposed to arrive to let me know that they were not going to be able to make it that day. She wanted to reschedule for a month later (fortunately I was not needing the house cleaned for a specific date) so I agreed. A month later I stayed home again to pick up the clutter and let in the team, but this time no one showed up and I received no message letting me know they weren't going to make it. I tried calling and left voicemails, but they were ignored. I messaged her through Angie's List and it was ignored. I simply asked for a refund at this point because I didn't want this team coming anywhere near my home after the experience I had had, and determining that this woman was completely untrustworthy. I hope people stop purchasing her deals because I have seen that she still tries to sell them. DON'T EVER PREPAY FOR SERVICES FROM MAID 2 ORDER!!!

They didn’t return my calls/emails and never responded. I will be getting a refund from Angie's List. I'm not sure what happened to them.

They did perform services. They came within a reasonable amount of time. They came and didn’t quite finish – they had to go to another customer’s house & we were going to reconnect later.

Never heard from the company. I am unsatisfied with the lack of communication.

I scheduled the appointment and they did not show for up for the service at the time of the appointment. When I called and left messages they did not call me back. Their voicemail message also does not have the company name or thier information.

I originally purchased a deal on Angie's List and was pleased with the results. I scheduled another appointment while Amanda was here for June 27th. On June 26th I called Amanda to confirm, had to leave a message, but did not hear from her. I called again on the day she was to arrive, and again had to leave a message. I have never heard from her.

On 4/21/2014, I purchased the Big Deal from Maid 2 Order for $79.00 for them to clean 20 interior and exterior windows. I left them a message on their Angie's List message center and asked them to call me to set up an appointment. Several days went by and I did not hear from them, so I called them myself on 6/9/2014. Amanda Sosa answered, I told her I had some outside foundation work being done on my home right now. She said, as soon as they were finished I was to call her back and she would set up an appointment. A week later, I called her and left a detailed message as to what she had told me and that I was now ready to set up an appointment. I left my name and phone number. Several days went by and I never heard back from her. I continued to call once a week throughout July and never received a call back. So then on 8/10/2014, I wrote her a message in her account on Angie's List asking her to contact me and I gave her all the information again in a pleasant manner. I never received a response from the company. They don't seem to care about their customers and I am very disappointed with Maid 2 Order. I would never suggest that company to anyone. I am requesting a refund for the $79.00 I paid for their service that they did not perform.

For fours they did only bathrooms 4 baths and 2 half boths. I paid another 75 which did not complete the service.. Some of the services could not be finished. Like whole garage entry side of ally was forgotten and the mom fixed when I pointed to her. Some kitchen appliances could not be still finished. I paid 120 dollars which completed the whole cleaning done by one person. Here 3 people showed up which messed the plan I think

I did not hear from the company so I contacted Maid 2 Order. The lady advised they were not honoring any Angie's List and to contact Angie's List for a refund.
