They were great and I am going to keep using them for my monthly cleaning. They sent 2 girls out to do the cleaning. The scheduling was really good and they were able to accommodate my schedule.

Set up an appointment for the $79 Big Deal. The day of the appointment - she was a no show with no call to explain. Didn't even bother to return my call when I left a voicemail to reschedule. Very unprofessional.

Bought the service and received an email stating that someone would contact me to schedule service in early June. I received an email a couple of days later asking me to call a number to schedule. I called to schedule the service and was told there was no availability until mid July. Agree to wait until July 11th. Made several calls the week of July 11th with no response. Waited a week for a call back to reschedule. No call. I would like a refund.

I signed up and needed the service within 3 weeks of the time of signing up. The ad said to list 3 times you need service, which I did, all around June 12-20. They were slow getting back to me and when they did, they could not get to me till late summer.

NO show, NO call, NO reply to phone or email. By that evening, their phone mailbox was full. I Want a refund and for you to stop the current ad for the company.

We finally connected on the phone and she was very willing to reschedule. There had been a family emergency, so it didn’t work out. It’s totally understandable, and I found her to be professional in her communication.

I had an appointment scheduled & they did not show up. I have tried to call them numerous times with no answer.

I called the service provider to schedule service but they were fully booked a month out. I did need the service done in 2 weeks so ended up using another provider.

I called the number 3 times and left one message to schedule my cleaning. When I called back, because my message was not returned, and got a hold of someone, I was informed they do not service my area and that I will need to contact Angie's List for a refund. I have to submit a A-F grade for service in order to submit a review. I do not want to share this review with others and don't want to hurt your business - especially since I was not able to experience your service - but I don't feel I can give you an A. I do feel pretty lousy about your company right now, I thought I was within your service area. I am very disappointed that I now have to go through the hassle of getting a refund and do not get the house cleaning that I was counting on to help me out. I did not get a return call to schedule with the first message I left, the mailbox was full on my second call. The person who answered the phone on my 3rd attempt, while not rude, was not extremely helpful when delivering the disappointing news.

I did not hire them because the reviews were too varied; too many dissatisfied customers so I did not feel confident hiring them. I find it VERY disappointing that Angie's List would promote a vendor in their Big Deal offer that had so many unsatisfactory review and did not have a composite rating better than a B. The majority of the most recent reviews were not positive. I was not willing to risk my money on a company with such a hit or miss rating.

I received an email the next day (June 4th) instructing me to call them to schedule the cleaning or they would contact me on Saturday, June 7th to schedule. I called them each weekday after that, but I never received a call back. They did not call me on Saturday, June 7th as their email said they would. They did finally call me on Monday, June 9th and told me that my preferred times/days were already taken. So we agreed on Tuesday, June 24th around 2pm - 2:30pm. They asked if I wanted a one-time cleaning or if I was interested in having my house regularly cleaned. I informed them I wanted the latter and saw the Big Deal was a way to try out housecleaning service providers in the area. I prepared my house and was ready for them on the afternoon of Tuesday, June 24th. They never called me that day and they never showed up to clean my house. I called them that day at around 3:10pm to see if they were running late or if something had come up, but no one answered the phone. I left a voice mail message to call me. No one from the company has ever called me back to explain. Please process a refund for this Big Deal at your earliest convenience.

I had a appointment with them on 06/27/2014 and they did not show, I made several attempts to contact them and I got no response.

no one ever showed up. i called about 1 1/2 hours after appointed time. i left a message. no one returned my call. i understand emergencies can happen; i called a few more times. i never received a call back. what a waste of a day. trashy people in my opinion!

I have scheduled the service with this company two times now. The first time I took the day off of work to be home at the time of their arrival and explain what we would like to have completed. The company did not show. I followed up with them the following Tuesday as I wanted to see if they would contact me and they did not. Once I contacted them they claim that someone showed up but we were not home and there should be a card on my door. I advised this is not the case. I was home all day. There was no card and the description they gave me of my house was not correct. I scheduled the service again and they did not show again. They have not shown 2x and not even so much as a phone call. This was a gift for my wife for mothers day and has turned into a gigantic failure. At this point I just want my money back please.

I wasn't particularly pleased with them and I wouldn't use them again or recommend them.

I called and spoke to Amanda after purchasing the deal. She told me the first available time she had was June 3rd unless I wanted to pay a $30 premium for an earlier time slot. I said I would prefer to wait rather than pay the extra $30. She scheduled me for 1 p.m. June 3rd. Because the provider had never been to my house and would not do a prior visit, I needed to be home. That was fine. I took a vacation day from work so I could straighten up beforehand and be here when they arrived. The day of my scheduled clean, no one showed up. I waited an hour before calling. I left a message asking if I had written the day down wrong and could someone please call me back. I then also e-mailed through Angie's List mail service. I received no reply from either. After several days, I called the number again. I called multiple times, and no one answered my call. I left another message. Finally, I e-mailed the provider threatening to put in negative feedback and requesting my money refunded. Then she contacted me saying she was sorry and that her daughter had been sick. Which is excusable and totally understandable, but the lack of communication for well over a week was not appropriate.

I called them 4 or 5 times over 6 weeks and never heard from them. I also sent them an email via the Angie's List website to which they said to call them. Only when I sent this request for a refund did I get a callback. I don't want to be involved with a company that takes this long to make the first appointment.

I have tried to contact them several times through email and via telephone to say that I needed to get work scheduled. The provider has not contacted me in regard to any of my responses.

Bought the deal Gave service date options when we signed up no reply or contact from provider Called again and set appt for 5/26 no call/no show Called on 6/2 to reschedule and prvider said she would call back. No call back. I would like the money back.

They sent out two cleaners who worked two hours. They cleaned the house top to bottom. The service was fine.

I was told to expect 3 of them at 10:00 a.m. on 06/04/14. Ten o'clock came and ten o'clock went and no Maid 2 Order and no phone call. Finally at 10:40 I called their phone number and got a message board where I left a "where are you" message. About 15 minutes later I got a call from them stating that they now would not show up until 11:30. At 11:35 5 people showed up and I was told that they would be here for 1:15 which would give me over 6 hours of work. Well one of them was a gentlemen with a dry mop in his hands who went abound wiping down the ceiling in the front room. Believe me my house is not big enough to waste an hour and fifteen minutes wiping down my front room ceiling. Then there was a women who worked in my bedroom dusting and wiping down the furniture and the junk I had piled on it. She did an okay job but at no time was the floor dry mopped or dusted although my throw rug was vacuumed. Then the women who I took as being the owner or manager worked in my main bathroom but spent most of her time on her cell phone. The bath tub was cleaned, the counters and items on them wiped off but somehow she missed mopping the floor or wiping down the outside of the toilet. The gal in the kitchen probably did the best job and the floor was steamed mopped. The front room was dusted and the floor vacuumed. In their defense I will say that I had piles of books and boxes that they had to work around in the front room and my bedroom. I am 75 and now have COPD but for years I have cleaned my own house and I am well aware of how long it takes to clean each room and to do a good job of it. So it is hard to be impressed with a service that can spend six man hours cleaning (1) bedrroom. (1) kitchen (1) bathroom and (1) small frontroom and still not mop a bathroom floor.

They sent 3 cleaners for 2 hours and 20 minutes each. I have a small bathroom and all of them were in that area at one point and they didn’t get much done. They were able to clean my 2 bathrooms, cleaned my 3 ceiling fans, they vacuumed and dusted up what fell from the ceiling fans, they vacuumed the living room and washed the dishes. At first they asked me for a priority list; my main priority was bathrooms, wash the inside windows, and then do the ceiling fans. I thought a priority list was going to be what they were going do in order, which they didn’t even get to washing the inside of the windows. They were good with showing up on time and scheduling the appointment, but their cleaning was not very thorough.

The voucher was for "Interior and/or Exterior Window Cleaning". When the woman first contacted me, I said I wanted both interior and exterior window cleaning. and we scheduled an appointment for a Saturday morning. About 2 days before my appointment, the woman called again and asked if I wanted interior or exterior cleaning. I said, again, that I wanted both. She said that we would need to reschedule because the person who does the exterior windows doesn't work on Saturday and wanted to know who I talked to when the first appointment was scheduled. When I said "you," she just said "oh." We settled on a new appointment, and the gentleman showed up at the appointed time...with an order to do exterior windows only. By this time I gave up, let him do the exterior windows (he did a good job...not terrific, but I was satisfied), and let it go. If the voucher was only good for one or the other, but not both, they should have made the wording on the voucher/offer more specific or at least told me over the phone rather than just ignore what I wanted. Probably won't use them again.
