Description of Work: No show after confirming 3 scheduled visits. No notifications no calls.

Description of Work: I bought a deal to Maid 2 Order back in April. My experience is the same as countless other reviews. Many calls and voice messages without reply. When I finally got a hold of Amanda, I was told she does not service My are (although it is in Jackson County as the ad stated). I would further recommend that you look into other reviews before offering a deal from this provider again.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for four hours of housecleaning. I tried to schedule an appointment multiple times in the six month period before the expiration. I left at least five messages with them. I tried until the last week before the coupon expired and they still did not get back in contact with me. I contacted Angie’s List regarding this. They tried to reach out to the company but did not succeed and they refunded me in about a week.

Actually talked to someone one time that said she was not the person to talk to about the house cleaning. She said she would have someone call me back. Of course nobody did.

Description of Work: It was ok. They worked for the total of 7.5 hours. I had to do or redo the floors. It was great to have the help.

Description of Work: They never showed up and I had to call her. She said her daughter was very sick so if that is true that issue far out weighs my party. I would like a refund . Owner said she would file for one with Angie's list and refund my 79.00. I have not seen it yet. I hope her daughter is ok

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for $79 for Four Hours of Housecleaning. They gave me prices for future services which were high. The owner Amanda does wonderful work but her two employees do not. I would only use her services in the future if it is a great deal.

Description of Work: It was a little difficult to schedule the cleaning. I think she over-sold her ability to keep up on Angie's list. I was hoping to get her in much sooner. When they finally came, they arrived on time and did a decent job.

Description of Work: Overall good job. I did ask them to use my products. I really didn't like how my floors looked. I would use them again and see if their products will make a difference on the floor.

Description of Work: Company did not show for scheduled appointment to do window cleaning. Company neither contacted me to say why it was a no show nor did it respond to messages left on its voice mail and on Angie's message service.

Description of Work: They performed perfectly and provided everything that I asked of them. They have been hired to clean my home in the future.
