I hired them to clean my daughters house as a housewarming gift. She has three small children and three dogs. She said they arrived on time with three cleaners. They asked her to stay so she could critique their job. They were there for 21/2 hours while she and the kids watched a movie. She was so pleases! She's going to have them come every other week! I plan to use them also!

They cleaned our main living areas and three bedrooms. Two cleaners came out and spent about three hours cleaning. They did a good job.

The first time they came out they were not able to complete the cleaning in the time included in the deal so I had to pay for an extra hour. They also did not bring any of their own cleaning supplies. The second time they were not able to complete the bathrooms and I had to go back and clean over things so they were done to my preferences. I wanted to have my five bathrooms and kitchen done in the four hours allotted. She is a very nice lady and I would definitely recommend them to someone else. They were pleasant, nice and well dressed. I think the size of my house was too large for them to handle. I felt they should have asked questions prior to the appointment so they knew what they were getting into.

The deal was to clean for four hours on Jan 23. The provider and I discussed that my painter would be at the house and to work around him. When I arrived at my house the evening of Jan 23, I noticed nothing was cleaned except for some vacuuming. I called Jan 24 and talked with the provider on why the house was not cleaned. She explained that the painter was everywhere and they were only able to vacuum and do a few other things. She mentioned that they would come back the week of Jan 27. I did tell her that she should have called me that night (Jan 23) to indicate why the house wasn't clean. I waited until about Thursday (Jan 30) to reach out again to the provider since I never heard from her regarding re-cleaning my house. I emailed her through Angie's List and haven't received a response. I have asked for a refund on my monies and/or to be applied towards another big deal. At this point, I do not want this company in my home. I will find another company to finish the job.

Prompt, pleasant, and courteous. Reviewed work list with me, divided the chores, and began immediately. Worked steadily for entire 2 hours and completed the list. Great value for the very reasonable price ...left information for future services if wanted.

Very pleasant to work with, the Maid2Order team did a good job of cleaning per my list of priorities; they spent an extra 15 minutes at no charge to ensure that the key areas were cleaned.

It went great. She is cheerful and has a great personality. Always great to have her come work. I had some work done in my home and needed all baseboards and floors cleaned. I just don't have time or energy. She came the day after I called and got the job done. She charged by the hour and it was a fair rate because I do not have regular service with her.

They were responsive in setting up the appointment, they showed up right on time, did an excellent job cleaning the house, and were curteous and professional. I seem to have high expectations and can be very critical, but I really don't think I could've have asked for more. I highly recommend their services.

They did great. My power went out today and they just kept cleaning in the dark until power came back on to run the vacuum cleaners. They used the flash lights to clean the bathrooms with no windows, they used flash lights into go to the basement to dust until the power came back on. They weren't failed by it at all, they just said, well I am sure it will come right back on so they just kept working. They price was really good and I have decided to hire them on an every two week basis.

Superficial cleaning, forgot to clean one bathroom. Definitely much less than what I had expected from an 8-hour cleaning.

We had the heating ducts cleaned 3 days before the cleaners arrived and they had left the house in a horrible mess. The cleaning ladies came in sent me away (I was driving myself crazy running my finger along surfaces that had been left with a layer of black grime) and got to work. They cleaned everything including the hardwood floors and the stuff on tables. They were amazing! My only negative comment at all was that they arrived a few minutes late and left a few minutes early, but that was mainly offset by how hard and well they worked. I will be having them come in on a regular basis.

They left 15 minutes earlier than I expected. They did a lot of work, but missed some cabinet faces in a bathroom, light switches, soap dishes, and other rather routine areas.

I LOVE HER!!!! I love this girl. I cant say it enough. I called Thursday afternoon and once again she came out Friday evening and cleaned until 9pm to get it done for my weekend event. What can I say she is a tank!! Alone because of short notice she came out cleaned did dishes and helped set up for my party. Use her you will not regret it! And after you use her rate her on Angies List

I was having last min. guests from out of town and just had a baby. I had no time to get ready and started calling around. I wanted to be home so I was only available Sat. They didn't mind and came on short notice. As well as they helped me with things that are not standard for house cleaners. I would use them again as well as recommend them.ing service I
