Description of Work: We have a large home which hadn't been kept up for over a year due to my having three discs replaced in my back and wasn't able to walk and still have trouble. There was a lot to do, so only a portion of our main floor was cleaned - no fault of theirs. All work performed was thorough, with one exception. We had just had a large amount of new granite countertops installed in our kitchen, and the installers were adamant that they were only to be cleaned with soapy water, which is also stated in our warranty. I explained this to them prior to their cleaning the kitchen and when the time came to clean the countertops, one of this two person team pulls out a bottle of 409 or something similar. Again I reminded her to use soapy water and she tells me that her product would be safe to use and immediately sprays the countertops. Our house is on the market, and I was concerned about the outcome. Once finished, she remarked that the granite felt "gritty". I was concerned about the voiding of the granite installers warranty so went over the countertops with soapy water after they left and the gritty feeling disappeared. This was my only disappointment, and yes, I would use them again.
