The duplex was poorly cleaned. I phoned and they sent another team right out to re-do the work. It was satisfactory and I appreciated the prompt response.

The crew came in with all their gear and went straight to work. My house was a wreck, to be honest. I swallowed my pride and let them work. They were efficient and thorough. They scrubbed every bathroom (not a small task with three kids), as well as dusted the house, and cleaned the floors. I was completely impressed and will definitely have them back. I felt comfortable with the team, and never felt an ounce of judgement from them while they were here, which was HUGE for me :) Thank you for everything!

During the time with this service provider, they spent about 4 hours every two weeks cleaning my 4,500 square foot house which proved to not be enough. Their approach focused on the time spent rather than on the tasks to be performed. Because they didn't allocate enough time to the service, tasks were incomplete. Over this 15 month period, dust accumulated in places that weren't ever dusted and cob webs also accumulated. I even specifically left a note several times to remind them to dust for cob webs, they still didn't do that.

They were very good and I am I have continued to use them since the first service. I paid an extra $15-20 because I went over the 4 hours that the deal allowed, but I was told about this ahead of time.

This is the first time we have had our house professionally cleaned. I cannot remember our house being so clean since we moved in. I need to know what products they use in the shower because it is sparkly white and glass doors are perfectly clean. Carpet was just vacuumed but looks as though it was shampooed. Hardwood floors are shiny and stainless steel appliances are polished. I can't say enough good things about the work that was performed. Will definitely use Home Sweet Home on a monthly basis to keep the house in tip-top shape.

Everything went well. This Si the first time we had ever used a cleaning service. Once we communicate a few more times on our preferences I feel that the service will be even better. Sandy was very nice and did a great JOB! Will be using the service again.

The 2 person crew was very good at listening to instructions and asking questions during the cleaning session. I was pleased with the job they did and have now contracted Home Sweep Home for monthly home cleaning service. I am very pleased with the service and the affordability of the cleaning service and knowing I can use the same 2 person crew each month was of comfort in order to have consistency in results.

All ladies were pleasant and professional. Unfortunately the first crew misunderstood my requests and did not concentrate on the areas I desired the most to be done in my "deal" amount of time hired. However, when I called the company, they immediately responded by sending another crew out to take care of my concerns. I insisted that they did not have to be there as long as the original deal stated as they had already put in the time, but I think they did anyways. A very service oriented company, but my picky standards of cleaning left just a little bit of disappointment. I think I really was looking for a deep clean service. To be fair I don't know if my expectations are just too high as I clean the corners of my bathroom with a toothbrush when I do the job.

They did not clean the walls, the trim, or in between windows or the outside of the windows. Frustrating because I specifically confirmed on the phone that windows would be cleaned (inside, out, and in between) They cleaned the small pile of dirty dishes I told them to ignore. (Would've been a bonus if the other stuff wasn't neglected) No carpet cleaning. But they were upfront about that on the phone when I called, so I didn't mark off points for that. Overall, just not what I was expecting. I am selling my house, so I wanted deep, detailed cleaning.

I was very pleased with the two ladies that came to clean my home. They showed up on time and were very professional. When they got done cleaning my home, it was sparkling clean! I couldn't have been any happier with the service I have received from Home Sweep Home. I would highly recommend them!

There was supposed to be two people but only one showed up. Which was fine because I really didn't need two people for the job. I have forgotten the man's name that did the cleaning but he did a great job. And in less than the four hours I had purchased. I believe I am to get a credit for the time not used but it has not shown up on my credit card statement yet. All in all they did a very nice job.

Even the hard-to-clean places were pretty spotless... and spots I'd never been able to remove on my own were gone.

Most of the house was very clean. Ladies were nice. They did miss some dusting . They were almost an hour late and I would have appreciated a phone call.

I have been a weekly customer for the past 11-12 weeks. The cost is $110 per week. The above rating does not reflect this. After reading the reviews of Home Sweep Home, I contacted them and asked for an estimate to clean my home. Jennifer (I think) agreed to do that, but called at the last minute to cancel. Despite no initial visit and estimate, we agreed that a crew would come that week and I would tell them what I wanted done. A crew of 3 came on the appointed day, I walked Tonya through the house and told her what I wanted. They completed the task in about 90 minutes; I gave Tonya a check and they left with the understanding that I wanted them at the same time the next week. Their work was satisfactory; the crew was pleasant and efficient; Tonya was great! The next week, a different crew of 2 came, still finished in about 90 minutes but did a good job. The next week, no one showed at the requested time so I had to call the office to ask what happened. I didn't get an answer to that but a different crew was sent that afternoon. Had I not called, I'm sure no one would have come to clean. Although I specifically asked that Tonya come each week, I had several different crews which meant I had to again explain what I wanted and that no cleaner except for vinegar be used on the hardwood floors. I have no problem with any of the cleaning crews except for a language difficulty which wasn't a big issue. Each week on the cleaning day, I have to arrange my schedule to be sure our dogs are not in the house. I also arrange my schedule so that I am there most of the time. Last week, I was working, so I left a note for the cleaning crew and left the key under the doormat. When I returned home about 2:30, no one had been there. I called the office and got a message machine. Although I left a message for someone to return my call, I heard from no one. I called several more times that day, but only got the machine. The next day I finally called again and spoke to Sandy who had no idea why the house had not been cleaned. She said she would try to find out and would call me back. When she did call me back, she assured me that a crew would be out that day (Friday). Because I had guests coming for dinner that evening, I had spent the previous afternoon cleaning, so I refused that obvious hurry-up offer. I was told that the owner was out of town and that it appeared I had been "booted out of the system" which was why I was not on the schedule. Really? I was not a one time customer, I was a weekly customer and I would think that a company would value that. Obviously not. Having taught personnel skills, supervisory skills, and customer service skills for many years, I am appalled that any customer would be treated with such a lack of caring and attention. I received a phone call today to remind me that I had a cleaning scheduled for this week. When I said ' no thanks' and reiterated what happened last week, whoever I spoke to was totally oblivious to any problem. One would think that someone might have left a note or something. The caller today did ask what they could do to "make amends." She sounded relieved when I said "nothing!"

.The work was okay. We called to follow up and didn't hear back as some of the work we asked be completed wasn't. Overall the work was okay, but not what was promised.

There were three girls who worked 5 hours and scrubbed the house from top to bottom. They did a great job and would definitely hire them again!

Tonya and the team did an amazing job cleaning my house. I especially appreciate the attention to detail. Everything was cleaned perfectly and they even paid attention to nice touches like making beds. Thank you! Communication with the company was professional and thoughtful.

When Sandy and the ladies completed, I was very impressed. My house really needed deep cleaning. I will call again for help from Sandy and the ladies. Thank you for a good fit.

The service was very thorough. They took care of details that would not have occurred to me, but that I very much appreciated. I hope that they continue this level of service.

So impressed with the two ladies that came. They weren't sure they could do it in 2 hours but they did and it was wonderfully done. I've had a regular cleaning service before but my house never sparkled like this. Will definitely use them again.

This company has been cleaning my house regularly for a while. They do the heavy cleaning -- bathrooms, floors, kitchen counters. The workers are extremely dedicated and work very hard. I have only praise for them. There are just a couple of things about the service that could be better. I have always asked that they send the same people to clean so that they know my home and my preferences. The company seems to try to do this, but they have a lot of turnover in help and it is often a different pair of cleaners. I have to point out things to the new crew and often they don't speak very good English -- which I do NOT mind, but it makes communication difficult. If I am not here when they come I don't have a chance to tell them, for example, not to use water to clean the hardwood floors and not to leave the floors slick (so my grandchildren won't slip and fall). I would really like to see the workers SLOW DOWN and BE MORE CAREFUL. Nothing has been broken but I see them zooming through the house and banging around with the vacuum cleaner, etc. There is no reason that the house has to be cleaned in 90 minutes other than profit for the company, since I imagine the workers are paid by the hour. I would gladly pay a bit more to be sure that my house is being treated gently.

I had a very pleasant experience with Home Sweep Home. I was having a baby shower at my house and wanted everything to be perfect. I contacted home sweep home and there were able to get me in on short notice. Two ladies came at the appointed time and cleaned my entire home. They were professional and did an outstanding job. I would recommend this company to everyone who wants great service for a reasonable price.

I have been using them for the past couple of years. I do not live in a large house and do not have a lot of stuff to clean around. I was having a big event at my house and booked them more than 3 weeks in advance. Two cleaners showed up at 1:30 and were gone before 3:00. Bathrooms were awful- shower shelves on either bathrooms not cleaned, streaks on glass mirrors on the bathrooms as well as the mirrored doors. Kitchen counters streaked and laundry room as well. Master bedroom - missed bedside table. Overall so disappointed. This was the third time I have had a problem. I called them immediately after I got home. No one would pick up the phone. I am so angry as I felt totally taken advantage of.

We were preparing for a party and wanted our house to sparkle. Jennifer's crew came in and did just that. My house looked the best it has in years. By having them clean my house it allowed me to be stress free and focus on the fun stuff for the party. We will definitely be using them again.
