Home Sweep Home does a very thorough cleaning job! The crew is very professional and punctual. We would definitely use them again.

The cleaning went fine at first- but I guess if they don’t clean to your expectations- you should not say anything- because they will look at you as someone who is never satisfied!!!!!! Instead of the owner having a standard and making her house keepers stay to that level- they are able to make excuses. Also if you are in your own home while they clean don’t be in the same room because they feel like you are following them in your own home!!!! They lost a whole crew- quit or got fired- not sure. Instead of the owner being honest they called the day of cleaning and said that the cleaners were sick!!! And could not come however they would be to my home the next day..... then one women showed up that has never cleaned my home....then after an hour of her cleaning alone two other women show up... One doesn’t actually clean just - the other lady is new to the company . Then the lady already wasn’t cleaning left!!!! - So basically one woman cleaning a 5 bed room house. When my husband got home he could tell the household some areas that wasn’t cleaned well- he called to spoke to the owner and instead of her taking responsibility and acknowledging her change in staff she blamed us as never satisfied!!!! UPDATE: I forgot to say she wanted more money if they were going to clean any better!!!! This is after pay the same agreed amount for the 2-3 months

I am always happy with this company! The cleaners are professional and so nice . They have been here quite a few time and they always say hello and ask if they is anything extra I need!!

When I come home after a cleaning, my home looks and smells very clean.

Not well, cleaning crew showed up late, then had me pay extra to complete the services because they ran out of time. The crew did not talk directly to me and made the experience very awkward that it bordered on me asking them to leave without completing the service.

The first time they showed up several things weren’t dusted, the master bathroom was not cleaned and it was an all around poor job. I called to let them know and they offered to come back out clean again and send an inspector to make sure everything looked okay. Perfect that’s all you can do is ask someone to make up for their problems. The second time was actually worse.. picture frames, fireplace, bookshelf, etc nothing was dusted, mirrors were not wiped down and an entire bathroom had not been touched. I called to ask if an inspector came out and the answer was no they had not followed through with that either. I would not use this company.

They've done cleaning the past three months. They had to reschedule once because of people off work. I was OK to reschedule but I didn't get the regular people. Their work is very good.

Great work at a competitive price. Had to call twice for initial response but subsequent contact was easy.

Fantastic. These girls were friendly, professional, fast, and kind. I have a big three bedroom home with 5 pets so there was a lot to be done. WOW, just WOW. When they left I sighed the sigh of sweet relief because my carpet was clean, the air was fresh, they even got stains out I didn't know could be removed. I will definitely be hiring them again.

Horrible I wanted to do something for my sister and they made it a bad experience. It was just supposed to be a regular house cleaning for my sister mop floors sweep clean bathrooms and the kitchen she has to dogs that are also inside dogs my sister said they didn’t even clean every room because there wasn’t a whole lot to do I know there was dog hair because of the dogs, the first day there should have been two cleaning but only one girl showed up I was not made aware of this she was there for three hours she cleaned one room and a bathroom said she had to leave to go get her kids that’s how long it should have taken for the whole job ,when I called to inquire why I wasn’t made aware of this all she could tell me is that I wasn’t being charged anymore money and that my sisters house was filthy and she had pictures, I think if they only had one person I should have been able to decide if I wanted to go through with it or if I wanted to change my mind, she was very rude on the phone then the next day they then decided to send two girls when they only needed one told me it would only be an hour and a half stayed 3 hours and didn’t do much of anything my sister said she went to the bathroom and they went in there after her that’s not what there were there for she said they went upstairs where they supposed to had already cleaned the day before only mopped in the room where she sleeps I think it’s kind of sad that they purposely took advantage of me and my sister, the only time they called me was to tell me they were charging me 280.00 dollars when they first told me it would cost me 160.00 dollars there is no way I would of hired them if they would have told me this is the way it could turn out or if they would have been honest.

Danette & Vanessa did a fantastic job deep-cleaning my apartment! I really appreciated their attention to detail and friendly attitude, plus of course their skill in making my home look brand new! I plan to have them back every 2 weeks for the foreseeable future!

The house was very dusty from the installation of hardwood floors. I have respiratory issues, so getting the house very clean was especially important. The crew who cleaned the house did a magnificent job! No more dust anywhere (including blinds and baseboards) and the house smells very clean. They also spent time cleaning the kitchen, which now is fabulous. Even the inside of the drawers in the kitchen and bathrooms are clean, and the price was very fair.

I definitely made the right choice. They were professional on the phone and were able to send me a crew just a few days later. Rachel and Carmela arrived right on time and got right to work. Rachel moved around like a tall rocket in an organized way. I just knew she was going to be great. I left the house to them and when I came back a few hours later, I was very impressed by the work they had done. Everything was shiny and clean. I have had housecleaners nearly all of my life and, honestly, this crew was the best I’ve ever had. So good, in fact, I have booked them for every four weeks.

My kitchen appliances and bathroom never looked so good after the first visit! I don't know what they used to clean the stainless steel and the shower tile, but both looked amazing. The house had a not-very strong pleasant odor of a mixture of oranges and lemons. We were so pleased that we immediately booked them for a second cleaning and we were just as pleased with the results. They called ahead of each scheduled time (by several days) to confirm. They arrived as promised, on time. My husband was the one at home when they were cleaning, and he was really impressed.

Scheduled a reclean with them, since there was some confusion with the initial service. They were quick to contact me and reschedule so they could make the situation right. I was impressed with the work they did and so glad that I was able to get my home cleaned for such a great deal. The first go around, there were some kinks..but they were wonderful about fixing the problem and did an excellent job cleaning my home! I was able to trust them in my home even when I was at work as well, that says a lot! Thanks so much, I will use you again the next time I feel like spoiling myself again.

Needed my house cleaned quickly. They were out in 2 days and did a great job. Prompt with replying. Will definitely hire again!

I think their price was competitive of others. I was using them for regular housecleaning but now I am not. The last couple times they were here they were loud and arguing with each other. I have to be home,I have a professional job. I am sure they are fine if you are not home.

Very Happy with every interaction - from scheduling an estimate, quick turnaround on callbacks, the cleaners focus on cleaning everything very thorough and are always on time.

Not real thorough. They were good at responding and providing service with very little notice. Two people came to the house on a friday afternoon. One person was not feeling well which may have been the problem. Unfortunately they weren't at a 100%.

They made the process as easy as possible. The empty house is now ready to sell. Great quality work.

Well, I'm still using them. They had done a pretty good job. They're easy to work with. They do a pretty good job of cleaning my house. Most of the time, they're here in some range of when they say they're going to be here. The people that send to do the work are nice people.So, just in general I don't think their quality is as good as my previous company, but certainly for the difference in the price, it's great. I've been happy with them. My hesitation is they don't do that much, but they also don't charge as much but what they do, they do well.

There were specific things I had requested to be done and they were not. Definitely there are different definitions of deep cleaning. However both sets of cleaners were really nice.
