Company was very responsive and patient with scheduling the appointment. We did have some issues with getting all areas that we requested cleaned but they followed up the next day to address the issues.

Excellent, Lisa is who I spoke with sent a cleaning crew led by her daughter who did a amazing job, the house smelt wonderful and clean when they left.

All went well. HSH called to follow up on our satisfaction. Good group to work with.

I requested that the work be done while we were on vacation. When we got home and opened the door we were amazed! Even the kids said, "Whoa, our house has never been this clean!" Home Sweep did an outstanding job. They cleaned the baseboards, blinds, appliances, bathrooms, floors, etc. In fact, the floors were so well cleaned we can still feel it when we stroll through the house. I plan to use Home Sweep regularly. We paid more to another company last year to do a "deep clean" and it didn't come close to what Home Sweep just did for us. Great company with terrific customer service. I highly recommend Home Sweep.

They seem to be getting less and less done each time they come. We’re supposed to have 2 hour of cleaning and they’ve been getting in and out of here in less than an hour just like they are in a rush. I think they could tell their cleaners that they need to put a little more effort into being out here instead of trying to hurry out and get out. It started out good and then they just started getting faster and faster on us. They come out like clockwork. They do that. They make sure they let us know when they’re going to be here and they show up pretty quick after we get the phone call and then they always let us know when they are leaving.

Great work, they were very polite and did a great job! Had a bit of trouble getting my reservation made, left a few voicemails that were unanswered, but when I got it officially scheduled everything went extremely well.

Two ladies came to house and cleaned. They were late arriving and left early. Were supposed to arrive at one today and hadn't arrived by two. No call to say they would be late.

In their defense, perhaps it was a lack of good communication from me. Since my house is large I had told them they could skip over some things--like a big basement room which had had water damage--and just do what was necessary. But since they had extra time, there was plenty that could have been done. They left a number to call to let the owner know how things had gone, but I neglected to do that since a cursory look seemed to indicate that all was finished. It was only as I went about daily life that I noticed what had been left undone. I would use them again, but I would be more clear about what was expected--and pay only for what was done.

There was a slight a hitch on the initial contact. I purchased the Angies Deal and waited a couple of days for the company to contact me. When they didn't call or email, I called them. They said they didn't get a notice from Angieslist and apologized for the problem. From there, everything went very smoothly, we agreed on a date and they set a one hour window when the crew would arrive. I received 2 reminder calls about the appointment and had the opportunity to ask questions about the process and products. The appt was from 12 to 1 and the crew arrived at 12:40. We introduced ourselves and I showed them around and explained what I wanted done and what I did not want them to do, for example, I did not want them to dust ceiling fans because that can easily throw the fans off balance and we prefer to do it ourselves. The crew unloaded the gear and went right to work. They did ask about using certain products to make sure it was okay. Two hours and 50 minutes later I had a shining clean house that smelled clean and fresh. I had been able to work almost undisturbed the whole time. I was very pleased and plan on using the service again. The office called the next day to follow up, so I am comfortable that the initial communication problem was just a fluke somewhere in the system.

Super nice ladies who took charge and cleaned, dusted and shined quickly and efficiently. Will definitely have them back!

I hired Home Sweep Home to clean my house last week and they did a great job. The staff was friendly and very accommodating with me. They will be cleaning my home now on a regular basis.

I have wanted a cleaning service for a while and am so glad that I finally decided to give it a shot! The ladies that clean my house are so sweet and efficient, I love coming home to a clean and great smelling house! I would highly recommend this company, I've been using them for a couple months now and am very pleased with service!

Gloria & Marisol did a fantastic job! They were personable and easy to communicate and work with. They were very thorough in their cleaning, and left the house sparkling from top to bottom, and smelling fresh and clean. Thank you doing such great work!

They were excellent! They did a great job and we plan to use them again.

They did a nice job! I have a couple small criticisms... The kitchen could have been cleaned a little better. I don't think the cabinets and counter were wiped down. However, the stove, microwave and sink look great. And the enclosed patio off the kitchen and living room was untouched(the other cleaning services I've used sweep and dust that area). The ladies were on time, which I really appreciate because I leave work to let them in. I will use them again.

This was our first time using professional house cleaners (we're getting ready to sell our house), and Home Sweep Home did an amazing job. Marisol and Carmella were both so nice, and they left the house absolutely sparkling. My husband, who was hesitant to hire someone, couldn't believe what they managed to do. I would hire them every week if I could!

I was very pleased that the cleaning was performed the day after I called to schedule an appointment. I needed to have my house cleaned asap and other companies were quoting me a time frame of two to three weeks out. The two cleaning ladies showed up on time, were very polite and EXTREMELY thorough. When they were finished the whole house smelled clean and fresh and all three bathrooms sparkled. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use it again.

All work done was excellent. I plan on asking for a monthly service from now on, if I can afford it. The ladies were very professional and efficient. They treated my home and my wife and I with respect.

I was extremely happy with the service provided! They came while I was at work, and it was so nice to come home to a spotless house! My bathrooms have probably never been as clean as they are right now! My husband even commented that he felt like he was in a hotel because everything looked and smelled so clean!

I wasn't satisfied with the house cleaning. We get the prices, were not happy, like, the quality isn't great.

This company was easy to work with. They contacted me right away after I purchased the coupon for cleaning. We set up a time and the details of what I wanted done during the set time. I paid for four hours of cleaning, so that amounted to two people for two hours. The ladies (Theresa and Pearla) did a great job and they answered my questions about what I may need for monthly cleaning. They listened to what I wanted and did just that. They ran out of time before they could do the basement, but they did vacuum it and the stairs, which was fine. The basement was the least used area for us, so it worked out perfectly. The only glitch was they didn't show up in the time frame provided and so I called. Within five minutes I received a call back from the main office (who had checked with the workers) and apparently there had been a car issue and the main office hadn't been aware of that or they would've contacted me. But the ladies were there shortly after and they apologized and got straight to work. The time I had paid for started when they got there, so I definitely got my money's worth. I have since decided to use them monthly for my cleaning. I have been dealing with Ashlynn in the main office and she has been great answering my questions and getting me set up for monthly cleaning.
