Description of Work: I paid for a special $130 for 4 hours of cleaning. 3 people came to clean the house. The special listed the things that would be cleaned....living room, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. These areas were cleaned, nicely. However, because three people were there, they were finished with the surface cleaning in 2 hours. I explained that I had purchased 4 hours and there were other things I could have them do.....they said they were done!!!

Description of Work: These folks are great. They were able to schedule a 2 hour gift of cleaning on the same day. There price was affordable and I plan to use them again when the need arises. Thank you HOME SWEEP HOME for your great service and professionalism!

Description of Work: This was my second cleaning service with Home Sweep Home. My first was paid through Angie's list while my last was done directly to the company. | |I hired them to clean my two story home for two hours. They arrived thirty minutes late. When the cleaners finally showed up, there were three workers. During the initial cleaning, there were two. The time is divided per worker, so I was disappointed to learn that the girls would be there for forty minutes total. | |My husband spoke to Home Sweep Home office and we agreed to have the girls stay for an hour at the price of $95. I later received a phone call from their boss who stated I could have the option of an hour and a half for $130. I opted for the latter. | |Other than the negatives regarding the timing and promptness issues, there are some concerns with the Hispanic workers and the language barrier. Quite frankly I don't know if they understand me at all. | |However, the most important thing is that they are very good at their job. I'm not sure if I will use them again, though.

Description of Work: I purchased the voucher for $130 to cover 4 hrs of cleaning. Although they arrived about an hour late, the two women who came to clean did an excellent job. They worked hard for the full two hours they were at my home (for a total of 4 man hours) and managed to clean the entire house (3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, finished basement). I was able to do a check before they left to make sure everything was complete which I appreciated. The primary tasks they focused on were dusting, cleaning bathrooms, mopping/vacuuming and cleaning the kitchen (counters and exteriors of appliances). I have never hired house cleaning help before so I don't have a comparison but I was impressed by the amount they were able to complete in the the time they were here.

Description of Work: Work was incomplete, hit & miss with dusting, did not perform overhead dusting as is routine for the service. Follow-up inspector even commented that the quality of work was substandard. Would not recommend to family or friends. Did not get money's worth.

Description of Work: Home Sweep Home did a full house cleaning for me. They are my regular cleaning service and have been for about a year. Generally, they do a very good job. The quality does vary a bit depending on which cleaning crew does the house. However, they have been very responsive to any concerns I have shared and have worked with me to get the right crew assigned to my home. At this point, I am quite satisfied with their service and would rate them with a grade of "A."

Description of Work: They cleaned my house. Three women arrived and promptly got to work. I explained what I wanted done and they took care of it. The following day I received a call from the office asking if I was happy with the service. I advised they did a very good job; it was apparent they actually cleaned my wood furniture instead of just using a feather duster (which another company did). They are scheduled to come out again. Several days later I used my oven and found that it had been cleaned! What a great surprise!! If my interaction with the cleaning and office staff is indicative of how this company normally conducts business then I anticipate continuing to utilize their services.

Description of Work: They requested a written list of all I wanted done and they followed the directions beautifully. They came on time, brought their own equipment, got right to work and were very efficient.

Description of Work: We had home sweep home clean our house monthly. When came home we could smell the house was clean when they came. They were courteous and professional. Unfortunately due to finances we have had stop their services. I will call and use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Two housecleaners were to deep clean entire house. I was not impressed with their ability to deep clean. They did not clean the light fixtures, our master bathroom shower still had soap residue on the tile, they attempted to clean the blinds but were not able to get them clean, the floors were not spotless, cob webs were not removed from some walls, ceiling fans were not cleaned. If I am going to pay for house cleaning, I want to have a company that can do what I don't have time to do. The supervisor came by the same day to see how we liked the results. He scheduled the cleaning crew to come out the next day to address the master bathroom and blinds. It still was not up to my satisfaction. I was able to go back and clean the shower myself and the blinds. The final communication with them was when a lady from the office called to see if we wanted to schedule for another visit. I explained to her my concerns and the only response from her was, "I am sorry you didn't feel the cleaning wasn't up to your standards. Sometimes it just doesn't work out".

Description of Work: Poor communication within organization. Expecting someone to show and no one was aware. Had used service twice. The 2nd experience needed to have someone call back to complete the job.May have begun at a bad time of year, however this is not a service I will use again
