The workers were prompt and friendly. The house appeared clean when they left. But, on closer inspection, I realized that their idea of "deep" cleaning and mine differed. I had specifically requested that they clean the inside of the light fixtures connected to overhead fans. They did not remember to do that. They had also not cleaned the blinds, behind paintings on the wall, and books on the shelves, etc. I would hire them again, but I would be certain to check more thoroughly before they left.

They did a very good job. We have hired them as our regular house cleaners

It went great. They got someone to my house with very little notice and were able to make the place look a million times better.

Great. The team was excellent. They were tired from a long day, but tackled the cleaning like it was first thing in the morning. They did a great job, and the price was very reasonable...3 people for 2.75 hours.

They sent two people out and they did a great job. Will be using them in the future for both one-time cleanings and possibly weekly/monthly cleaning.

They were GREAT. We've had several others but this was the first time i walked into the house and it smelled clean! They did a fantastic job and they got All the dog hair too!

Two individuals arrived for a package that included 4 hours of cleaning for $145. They completed the job in 90 minutes and departed. The bathroom floors were not done to our satisfaction and to their credit, no questions asked, they returned a few days later to redo the floors.

They turned out great. Fresh and clean.

It went extremely well and on time/budget. There were just a few detail items left undone, but I expected that. They did a very awesome job!!!!!

The cleaning was excellent - the two gals worked hard for a solid two hours, the entire house was cleaned well and smelled fresh! I appreciated their thoroughness and hard work, will hire again for regular cleanings.

Sarah and Christina did a great job cleaning the places that I am rarely able to get to with four little ones. They were very friendly and so sweet to my kids who were following them around asking them questions. The house looks and smells great, and I am excited to have them come back!

There is a difference between a regular cleaning and a deep cleaning: My husband hired them to do a "deep cleaning" and possibly set up a maintenance plan. When he talked to them he said he wanted a "deep clean like one before someone were going to put their house on the market to sell." Based on the research done on what to expect from a deep cleaning vs a regular cleaning, we received a basic cleaning. I was disappointed because what I was expecting to be accomplished was not done. They did come back to clean the baseboards, but the light fixture in the foyer is still dusty, my kitchen floor looks as if it was cleaned with dirty water (the same floor in the family room looks good), and there are dust streaks from where little effort was made to clean something completely. I still have corners with dust strings/cobwebs. Due to a busy schedule I knew that my house was in dire need of a good cleaning. It would have been better if they had said they would have to come back to finish the job instead of trying to hurry and just get it done. They could have contacted my husband to ask him what he would prefer. I'm not doubting that they worked hard while they were at my house. I'm disappointed that we hired people to come into our home to do a thorough cleaning and what I got was a hurry up and finish cleaning. We will not be hiring them for maintenance cleaning and I would not recommend them to others.

It went well but I was not clear on what was meant by hours of service. It was likely my error, but didn't realize the hours hired were per man-hour. In other words, I paid for 6 hours; there were 2 people for 3 hours. The 2 gals were professional and seemed to care about doing a good job.

I asked for the same two people to clean my home, and they mostly hold to my request.

There was no additional fee. Her house was really messy and they did an amazing job. What stood out about them was the way that they took care of my mom, she's elderly, and I could trust them in her house without me having to be there.

I needed my whole house cleaned to put on the market for sale. The cleaners were nice and did a great job considering I only hired them for 4 hours they did a lot of work in that time. I was especially happy that they cleaned all the insides of the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen. Note that the time they give you is approximate based on the other jobs they have to do, I thought they were showing up at 11 but there is a 2 hour window and the previous job ran longer so they didn't show up until about 1:30.
