HSH pressure-washed my deck and re-stained the deck for me. It has survived the winter and still looks great! Couldn't be happier.

Had an appointment 2-13-12 that was a no-show. Was supposed to get an estimate to clean our home in Prairie Village. Never heard from them, they didn't call to cancel. When I called to ask what happened, he apologized and asked if I still wanted them to come out. No thanks, there are too many other companies that do the same thing.

I spent $150 on their services. The experience with them was excellent. They were just really good with what they did. They are on time and quick as well. They do the job fast and they do it well. I would recommend them. I’ve used other companies but these guys are the best that I’ve used. There was nothing negative and I had no problems with this company that I’ve used. I will definitely use their services again in the future.

Very satisfied with the character and friendliness of those doing the work, their efficiency and attention to detail. They complied with my personal requests on product and using my central vac. They left me willing to use them again and I would not hesitate to do so in the future either regularly or when in need. I especially was pleased with the way I was received when calling to make my appointment and the promptness in setting up for my cleaning. They called to say they would be 10 minutes late and arrived as stated. We were home while they cleaned and they were comfortable to be around

I have used this company to clean my house for several years and have always been extremely pleased with the service. The cleaners arrived on time and did an excellent job. When they left, they remember to turn off all of the lights and lock the door, which I really appreciated. I've never had any problems with the company/or its employees. I find them all to be responsive to my wishes and their quality of work is outstanding. I also had this company powerwash and stain my deck - another job well done!

The first time, we had trouble understanding the workers, they didn't speak English. The level of cleanliness wasn't very good in some areas. They sent a new crew this time, english speaking, and the clean up better.

There were a couple of times that we noticed something had been missed in the overall cleaning, but nothing concerning enough for us to complain. Generally, I would come home from work and find the place clean and smelling wonderful. There was an instance where one of our high end speakers was chipped on the bottom when we returned by most likely the edge of a vaccuum. However, we called their office; they sent someone to pick up the speaker; they had the speaker repaired; and then the speaker was brought back to us great as new. I would certainly recommend them to to others and now that we've purchased a home, we intend to have them run an estimate for continued service.

I have used them for 1 year. They are very punctual. They do a nice job. I have been very pleased with them.
