Very good experience with Home Sweep. They were very responsive and worked in an appointment for me on short notice. There was a misunderstanding as far as the scope of their cleaning so they came out and finished the work without any additional charge. Very friendly and very good customer service.

Contacted HSH after reading Angie's List reviews. Received in-person estimate promptly. First appointment was about 1 week later. Work was outstanding, and we were contacted before and after the work was done. Our house looks great, and we plan to have weekly service. Everything was handled so professionally, and it was such a pleasure to return home after work!

Called for estimate, & Jennifer showed up next day & gave comprehensive detailed estimate of cleaning. I agreed & she set date & time of cleaning. Crew showed at agreed date & time, and they were very nice and knowledgeable of what needed to be done. After they cleaned, we looked around house & it was a very thorough overall job. They had 3 levels to do & accomplished it in the time frame we were given. Did such a good job, that I agreed to a regular schedule of cleaning. The whole experience was great from phone call to finished product.

We were still moving small items from the main level when they arrived. These very pleasant women began working immediately on another level giving us time needed to finish up. They cleaned our very large home from top to bottom, wiping out all cabinets as I requested. When they finished, they wanted us to inspect everything. We were very pleased,

I will probably call them again. I got an Angie's List discount on the first one so it was only $65 and the second time it was $80. They were pretty flexible. When I needed them to come on a weekend they found somebody who could come on the weekend. I liked what they did the first time so I gave them a key and told them they could come back during the week when I wasn't there so that was fine with me. Since I only have a 2 bedroom they gave me the least amount they could possibly charge. I haven’t called them on an emergency yet. They didn’t do the oven but I didn’t ask them to. They were on time, and they did great!

I used them to clean the apartment after I moved out so that it would be left in the ready-to-move-in condition. I told them to pay more attention to the kitchen (stove top, oven, frig) and bathrooms as the new renter and the apartment manager would look at these two room the most. She cleaned it very well, no spots left on the counter top. The sink and the bathtub are very clean. We're very satisfied with the result.

They have been wonderful to work with - I just call or leave a note with anything I'd like them to focus on that day and they handle it. If I have ever needed to switch days they have been very accommodating as well. They are easy to get hold of on the phone, their price is very reasonable and they are very trustworthy - I would definitely recommend!

HSH did a great job cleaning my home. They were on time, and did a great cleaning job. I will have them back if the future.

We have used HSH for house cleaning for about 15 months. They come once per month with two people. The head cleaner, Lisa, is very organized, takes care of our property as if it were hers, and is always open to discussing how they clean for us. We always insist that Lisa be head of any crew as she now knows our property and our desires. She has been with HSH for 10 years, which is saying something! The second cleaner is usually Paula, but sometimes is a different person. They are usually on time within the hour time slot that is scheduled. They bring all cleaning supplies, vacuums, rags, etc. We do have them clean our tile and stone showers with special cleaning solutions that we provide. And we provide a special floor cleaner, Super Shine All, for our wood floors. They fully clean the whole house, about 4500 sq ft, within 2.5 hours. Very seldom are there ever any issues, and if there are, we just call and they come back and take care of them. (this only happened once). We are pleased with their service, the price is reasonable for the amount of work, and we recommend them to others.

We had HSH come out and powerwash our concrete patio and driveway. We also had them stain our fence. They did a nice job. My fence and concrete look new again. I will call them again in a couple years.

Our overall experience was great. They sent two girls and got the job done well. I have no complaints. Very friendly girls. They arrived on time. I was impressed that the service called us to make sure we were happy with their services.They really seemed to care. We will call again for sure!

I called and spoke with Jen the owner 4 days before my cleaning. She came the same day I called to give me an estimate. She is very customer friendly and I told her that I would like to have the same people come to my house as I was only doing monthly cleanings. Three very charming women showed up at my house yesterday and cleaned my house from top to bottom. My house looked great. My stress level today is 100% improved. I highly recommend them!

I have been getting house cleaned every other for about two years now by Home Sweep Home and i have been nothing but pleased with the service! They are always arriving around the time i was told they would on the reminder calls. We do not always have the same crew come, but I have never had any problems or complaints with any of the cleaners. They have always done an outstanding job! The office has always been good about returning phone calls and been able to switch days if needed. I would have to say it is worth the money! I would recommend them to anybody looking for a house cleaning service!! Great job HSH!

)I contacted Home Sweep Home Cleaning to set up an appointment and was assured that I would have cleaners at my house on the date and time that I had requested. The cleaners arrived at the appointed time with a complete list of the cleaning areas that I had indicated. They immediately started to work and efficiently worked through all of the rooms, completing each to my satisfaction. When they were completely done, they asked me to walk through the house with them, to make sure that I was happy with the results. They had done everything that I had wanted done & then some. The house was definitely cleaned to my satisfaction! I would recommend this company to anyone who wants their house thoroughly cleaned by professional, efficient and friendly people.

I specifically asked the company to do my doors, walls, floor and floorboards as I was getting my house ready for show. I spent three hours the night before cleaning my kitchen, and had already done the vacuuming, but the walls and doors had grime on them from the dog moving around the house. The crew came and I told them "doors, walls, floors and floorboards". They did clean the floors, along with bathrooms and some other things. At the end, I pointed out that doors and walls had not been cleaned, and I was told that "we don't do walls". I said fine, and sent them on their way. Later I received a call from the company, and told them my experience. They wanted to send the crew out again to "make things right", which I agreed to. When they got here, they told me once again that they do not clean walls. I spoke with the manager, who confirmed that they do not do walls because of concerns of stripping the paint. Also, it would take longer and cost additional money to clean the walls! I took a wet paper towel and started cleaning the walls myself. My biggest issue is that a service was agreed to and not provided, and the existence of the service was first denied, then offered to be performed for additional money. My response will be to find another cleaning agency. The items that they did clean were fine, but the overall experience was lacking, which I would blame on the person who took the reservation. If you don't clean walls, tell me that when I am setting the appointment to clean walls and I will find someone else.

We called them only a few days before we were moving in and they were able to do it on short notice. We had had the flooring all replaced and hardwood put down so it was very dusty. They did a good job of removing the dust from the floors and flat surfaces. Only found a few "missed" spots.Overall I think they did a good job.

After finding mainly good reviews on Angie's List, I called Home Sweep Home Monday. I have and injured elbow and needed their service as I am expecting guests this weekend. They gave me a quote over the phone after I explained what services I needed, emphasizing that my kitchen floor was really in need of a good cleaning. They were able to schedule my cleaning for Wednesday. I was told I would receive a call back telling me what time they would arrive. I never got a call from them, so I called Tuesday afternoon to find out when they would be arriving. The cleaners arrived at 8:30 Wednesday, as promised, and I walked them through the house and explained what I wanted them to do in each room. They went right to work and were efficient. They finished the job in around two hours and the payment for their service was within the bid range I was quoted. I was only able to do a quick check of their work before they left. As I went through the rooms I found several areas that were not clean. The floor in the upstairs bath was still dirty, there was hair and dirt on the master bathroom floor, and the floor in the shower was still dirty. I dampened a rag and wiped it over the kitchen floor and it came up filthy. Same with the entryway floor. I immediately called back to voice my dissatisfaction and the cleaners came right back to take care of my complaints, mopping both bathrooms, cleaning the shower floor, and mopping the kitchen and entryway. After the second trip, I found that the entryway floor and kitchen floor were still dirty. I also noticed that the area rug in the living room still had dirt and cat hair on it. I ended up Swiffer mopping the entryway myself. I had to redust the dining room table, because it was spotty. They failed to clean the ceiling fan blades in the bathroom upstairs. I had to dust those. I also ended up re-vacuuming the entire house, filling the canister in my vacuum twice because of all the dirt that was missed. The kitchen floor is still dirty and I'll have to re-mop it too. My elbow hurts too bad to tackle that today. I will NOT be using Home Sweep Home again.

They charged about $85 or 90 for their services. I think they did a good job. They are the first cleaners that I’ve used and so I don’t have anything to compare them to. They were accommodating with my schedule and easy to work with.

It went really good and I have no complaints with them. The guy I always deal with is Tim and I don’t know if he’s the owner or the manager. He’s great to deal with and there are no problems at all. They were pretty punctual from the time they said they would be here. The pricing was fine. There were 2 ladies that came to clean and they were both nice. I talked to them and they were just fine. They seemed to be really nice people.

After a recent loss in our family, I had fallen way behind on housecleaning. A family member offered to gift us a housecleaning to help relieve the stress in our loss and I am so thankful for the opportunity to hire Home Sweep Home. I called and spoke with Tim, who was very understanding and easy to work with. I explained our situation and the stress we were feeling in our dirty house. He was able to get two fantastic women to our house within an hour!!! The work that they did was thorough and our home is now sparkling! I am so glad I called for help and I will be using the service again! THANK YOU!!!

I interviewed three companies when looking for a house cleaner to regularly clean our new home. HSH was competitively priced and has done a great job. I have two small children and a dog and you can't tell we have either when they are done.

I sent an email request and got a call back the next day, and a reminder call the day before. They did show up on the day and approximate time agreed to. I honestly didn't have time to thoroughly inspect things. I did notice a few cobwebs I'd intentionally not removed were gone. Dusting, however, did not seem super thorough - for example there are 2 pictures hanging above the fire place. They dusted the tops, but didn't reach the far edges - they started in the center of the 2 and you could tell on the ends of each they just hadn't swiped far enough. Other than that, I didn't find any specific things not done, but the house just didn't feel "wow!" when I got home. You could tell they did move some items to clean around/behind. I did notice that I didn't see any dog hair. So, I guess overall I wasn't wowed but there was nothing really wrong either.

The cleaners did an excellent job, but arrived about an hour late. They said they had a difficult time finding our home. Others have had issues finding our home, but I was not called to inform me they were having problems finding us. It wasn't until I contacted the office that I found out why they were late. I would recommend them for the quality of their work. They were very courteous and did a very good job.

They do a very good job. They are thorough and my house smells wonderful! I'm very pleased that I chose Home Sweep Home.
