Very well. We have 3 Labradors and there is a lot of hair, dirt, etc. They did accidentally break a mask, but paid for it.

Two women arrived at 8:45, worked for three hours. I requested a deep clean as I am putting the house on the market very soon. They did a great job , my house is sparking! They got right to work and didn't even take a break. I would definitely hire them again.

Home Sweep Home was great! Right on time and I was very happy when I got home that night. They focused on exactly what I asked them to, and ignored the areas I asked them to ignore (we are in the middle of a basement remodel). I didn't know my house could look so great! The initial services was $160, which was very reasonable. I am thrilled to have found a business to help me keep my life less chaotic!

Everything was first-rate, beginning with my initial contact with Home Sweep Home. The ladies were right on time, pleasant, and did a beautiful cleaning job! I've tried several cleaning services and HSH is the best by far! Housework has become quite difficult for me lately; I am very grateful to have the help of the ladies at Home Sweep Home.

Two house cleaners arrived right on time. They began on the upstairs bedrooms and then worked their way to the main floor. Both were hard workers. I was very pleased with the results and would use this company again.

They did a pretty good job. They did what I asked them to do. Very timely, and pleasant.

We just finished a major remodeling project and our house was very dusty and dirty, and hadn't been cleaned thoroughly in over six weeks. In addition, our kitchen cabinets needed a good surface cleaning. I had a different cleaning service in the past and was disappointed with their equipment. I found Home Sweep Home on Angie's List and called them for an estimate, with the idea that if they did a nice job I would ask them for biweekly cleaning. The two cleaners came on time and got to work immediately. They were very well-trained and efficient. They use soft fabric bumpers on their vacuums to avoid furniture damage. I didn't have one single concern after they finished. The house sparkled, smelled terrific, and everything looked perfect. I decided to take them on for regular cleaning and of course the charge will be significantly lower in the future for regular cleaning. I hope I have found a forever cleaning service.

They did a great job! I was able to come home from a day at work and have a fully clean house! I will continue to use them. They are flexible with the cleaning dates and also with what I want them to clean. (I don't need them to always clean the basement)

I called Home Sweep Home to get an estimate; they were very prompt at calling me back and giving me an estimate over the phone. I then scheduled the service with them at that time and they were able to set up a cleaning within a few days. They arrived right on schedule and were very professional in communication as well as appearance. They told me exactly what they would be doing and approximately how long they would be here. I found them to be very thorough and am very happy with the result! I have hired them on a continual basis now and am very happy to have found them via Angie's List!

Jennifer came to our home and gave us an estimate. My husband is currently suffering from a chronic condition which keeps him from being able to help around the house and I work full-time plus we have a 2 year old. So finding time to clean has been challenging. Her team did their first cleaning the following Monday after her estimate and they did an amazing job. What a great feeling to come home after a long day of work to a clean environment. They were very detailed and I was extremely satisfied. I can't wait for them to come again next week!! I would highly recommend Home Sweep Home.

Jennifer stopped by after work to walk thru the house and gave us a quote for cleaning. The quote was broken down by floor allowing us to customize our cleaning schedule. They showed up on the scheduled day and the cleaning crew did a great job. We are very pleased with both the quality and cost of their service and would recommend them without reservation.

It has been years since I'd hired housecleaners, but after this experience it will be a mere 2-3 months! The finished product was a sparkling clean house and I was a in a great mood for the next few days because of that fact alone. Getting the initial estimate from Jennifer was a quick and painless process, and follow-up was prompt to get my job on the company's schedule. As far as the cleaning itself, there were some nice unexpected touches. For example, my stained coffeepot was clealned, soap scum on shower doors was completely removed and, best of all, stubborn stains on an upholstered chair were also erased. The one 'negative' incident was that a photo frame and a couple of light bulbs on a torchiere lamp were accidentally broken. (To be fair, the lamp is very precarious and falls over easily and I'm sure that's what happened.) On the other hand, Jennifer called me the next morning to apologize and offer reimbursement before I even noticed what had happened. I declined because it wasn't a big deal but appreciated the gesture nonetheless.(This was a classic case of an owner's excellent customer service superceding a 'negative' incident.) I will employ this company again without reservation.

Jennifer came to give me an estimate which was very fair for the size of the house plus the 3.5 bathrooms. She was very pleasant and asked specifically what I wanted done. The cleaning team showed up exactly on time, and also, were pleasant. I couldn't be more pleased with the spotless cleaning. Every room looks and smells wonderful. I highly recommend Home Sweep Home

This is our first time of actually having a service come to clean our house with the intend of doing it again (meaning we've used pne-time Groupon deals that included many restrictions). Overall, we were ecstatic with the quality of the work performed. I am disabled and my wife is a full time teacher. It's wonderful to come home on a Friday night and know the house is "spic and span" from top to bottom. Although the workers were Hispanic and we did experience some degree of language barrier, we worked through it without any serious issues and actually some humor. In fact, we liked the two workers so well and the language barrier was such a minor issue, I actually called the office and requested that we get the same two worked in the future. I figure I get a side benefit of possibly learning a little Spanish on top of getting our house cleaned wonderfully every couple of weeks. Couldn't be happier!

They always do thorough work, are happy to accomodate special requests, and charge fair prices. The workers are very friendly too.

They ladies arrived on time and after very little discussion, set to work cleaning. They worked steadily and quickly, but covered all of the ground we asked them to. Our sinks in our bathrooms had some tough stains, but they looked great when they were done with them. I would definitely ask them to come again! The house smelled great too!

The service was excellent! They were prompt and worked very quickly, but nonetheless were very thorough. They did a great job cleaning our entire house and we felt that the price for cleaning the entire house was very reasonable. They arrived a few minutes ahead of time and finished much earlier than we inspected. Even though they worked quickly, I could not find any part of the house that was left unclean - they cleaned drawers and cabinets that I didn't even expect them to clean. We were very pleased with the result!

They cleaned after I moved out, and they did a great job. I will definitely use them next time.

I have been very happy with all their services, and would recomend them to anyone. They show up when they say they will be there, do the job they are hired for, at the quality I want, also at a very fair price.

We were looking for someone to clean our Lee?s Summit, Missouri home. HomeSweepHome Cleaning Service, LLC seemed to have favorable reviews on Angie?s List. We contacted HomeSweepHome Cleaning Service, LLC to get our home cleaned for Christmas-time as we had company coming to visit / stay. We called the owner, Jennifer, really at the ?11th hour? and we were impressed with how a 3 person crew actually gave our house the 1st cleaning on Christmas Eve Day. It went well except for the fact that one of the workers somehow managed to trip and fall over one of our wooden dining room chairs at our table and broke one of the wooden spindles that supports the chair?s legs. I was called immediately upon this happening by the cleaning crew and they offered to pay for it. I told them not to worry about it and that night I was able to get the various broken pieces of the spindle glued back together. We also noticed that the scrubbing of the kitchen floor had left a ?sour? smell on the floor so at 10pm on Christmas Eve, I was on my hands and knees giving the kitchen floor another scrubbing. I know that with anything new, there is a period of time needed sometimes to let everybody get together on the ?same page? in regards to expectations, etc. That being said, we went ahead and entered into contract with HomeSweepHome Cleaning Service, LLC to perform bi-weekly cleaning on our home. Each time the service was performed in our home (01/14/13, 02/04/2013, & 02/18/2013) we would notice something that wasn?t quite up to our expectations and we would call the office to pass these comments on. I want to be clear that even though we would probably be considered ?particular people? we didn?t go around the house ?looking? for stuff to complain about. The complaints we registered with the office were legitimate and obvious items that stared us in the face - (As above with a sour smelling floor). We never asked or expected for someone to make a special trip back but rather just wanted to get feedback and established so that we could feel like we were getting the bare essentials that we were paying for. When I arrived home the evening of 02/18/2013 I noticed immediately that the throat of the toilet bowl in our Master Bath was still brown and not clean. No effort had been made to use a toilet brush. Also in the bathroom, it looked like the shower had not been touched. Then, it became apparent that the electric range glass cook-top had not been scrubbed with cook-top cleaner (that we even provided). The cleaning crew may have made a feeble attempt at wiping the cook-top but that would have been the extent of it. Food Spots were still present that had been there that morning. Once again, I found myself cleaning after the house cleaners had just been there. Here comes the best part... When I called the owner to speak to her about these items of 02/18/2013 above - she said to me, ?I don?t think that we are going to be able to meet your expectations?. I was stunned. She wasn?t even trying to take measures to keep a customer. She actually told me that I should ?keep looking around? (for another cleaning company). I agreed with her that I had a concern too about her company meeting our expectations and it was at that time that we agreed to part company. If you go to their website, http://hshcleaning.com/index.html it is fairly impressive and they make this statement, ?Our cleaners are hand picked and trained to pay close attention to the details. We often hear that we may be too meticulous! How?s that for a down side? We did not get to experience the ?attention to detail? that the website speaks to. We did, however, get a good dose of ?down side?. Lessons learned: 1) Have a face-to-face interview process with the representative of the company that you are considering hiring to clean your home before entering into any agreements. 2) It was a mistake to hire a small Olathe company to clean our Lee?s Summit home because we got the feeling that with gasoline prices creeping up that maybe it was too far for the workers to want to drive. Next time we will try to ?hire local? in Eastern Jackson County. We fully expect the HomeSweepHome owner to post a Service Provider Response / Rebuttal here and that is her right. However, we were the ?customer? and last I checked the ?customer? is always right.

The experience was fantastic and we can focus now on all of the other things that need our attention because we know that Home Sweep Home is going to take care of keeping our house clean. We also feel good about the staff that we have encountered and trust them in our home.

I am pregnant with twins and my house hadn't been cleaned for over a month, it was really bad. They came and did a great job, I am thrilled! Two women came, they were very nice and professional. I signed up for their biweekly service. This first time was $220 and after that it will be $110 every time they come.
