Went off without a hitch, they were on time and had all of their own supplies

This provider was very responsive and very accommodating/flexible with scheduling a time to provide a quote for service. Due to health issues, I was unable to keep my appointment but if I need cleaning services in the future, I would definitely consider them again. They were friendly and professional.

They did awesome! We are pretty clean people, but they really cleaned every inch of our house. We were so impressed and will be having them out again.

Home Sweep Home did an amazing job -- so amazing that I have secured their services on a regular basis. The house looked great when I arrived home from work. Home Sweep Home did an excellent job! They cleaned our home as a one time cleaning for the holidays. Highly recommend to all customers. The home was immaculate after they completed the work! The company staff was impressively professional, had a quick response time, and was focused on giving "the best" customer service. The women who cleaned the home were conscientious, efficient, trustworthy and kind. The job manager also was quite helpful and made meeting all my expectations a priority. Our holidays were more Merry and Bright because of Home Sweep Home's hard, detailed work and quality housekeeping!

It is not often that I am completely satisfied in every way with customer service these days. I am happy to report that this company was extremely professional from the initial bid to the actual cleaning and follow up. I was very impressed and will definitely be using them regularly. Please note that I had used other cleaning services prior to this one and was not happy with the others like I was with Homesweep and will be recommending to my entire network.

The entire house felt cleaner and looked spectacular for our family gathering.

Best part is that they were able to come (on time) the day after I called, and right before out of town guests arrived. Met them to make sure they knew priorities and then left them to their business. Came home a few hours later to a clean home and got a follow-up call to ensure that I was pleased with the service.

Great responsiveness. I was able to arrange a time for our first clean right away. The two-person team did an excellent job in the two hours they were here. I plan to continue the service on a monthly basis.

Two girls came to my house and spent just under two hours cleaning my house. (I have a fairly small home in Prairie Village.) I used a $20.00 off Angie's List coupon; their usual fee is $80.00 per hour. They worked quickly and quietly and covered all the basics (vacuumed and mopped the floors, dusted, cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen, etc.) Not a super deep cleaning, but that's not what I was expecting; just a good basic cleaning. I would use them again. They were 45 minutes late, however, and a phone call would have been nice.

they failed to show on two consecutive occassions. service when their was reasonable, but ou can't do good work when you don't show.

We called about getting our house cleaned and expected that maybe we would be able to start service in a few weeks. Home Sweep Home was able to start service the very next day! We were very pleased with how prompt they were. The service it's self was FANTASTIC! The house was immaculate when we returned home. Very friendly service and will recommend this company to anyone!

We were very pleased with Home Sweep Home. We needed a last minute cleaning and they came right out. The whole process was easy. The staff was friendly and professional. Two cleaners arrived on time and ready to start. They took longer than originally quoted and only charged what was promised. My house shined. I couldn't of asked for a better job and will continue to use them monthly. I will recommend them,

We were somewhat hesitant to hire a cleaning service, as we've had the same cleaning woman for over ten years and were very spoiled by her deep cleaning routine. We loved the way the house looked and smelled when she was done. After reading many reviews on Angie's list we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. We found the cleaning duo from Home Sweep Home to be extremely efficient. They worked together to get our home cleaned in a timely manner. They did a nice job cleaning which included doing floors, blinds, changing bedding, and even wiping down the laundry room. I have especially appreciated the responsiveness of this business. I did not have to wait long to have someone come out to give me an estimate and did not have to wait to be scheduled once we made the decision go with them. The ladies were also punctual the day they arrived to clean. I was also pleased that someone called to follow up after the house was cleaned to make sure we were happy. We would recommend Home Sweep Home to others.

So far we are pleased with the quality of the cleaning. The ladies come while we're at work so I've never actually met them but the house is consistently clean after each visit. We feel the price is very reasonable for our house which is 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 stories with a partially finished basement. The only issue we've had is a broken tiled-in soap dish. They left a nice explanatory note offering to replace it but my husband was able to fix it with super glue and caulk so no big deal. We'll continue working with this company and would recommend them to anyone looking for regular general household cleaning.

Never happened due to a poorly run organization.

After moving back into the house after a divorce, it was in desperate need of a good cleaning. I found Home Sweep Home on Angie's List and they had good reviews. They showed up about 20 minutes later than agreed but that didn't bother me since I work at home and didn't have to take time off. They got right to work and worked non-stop even thru lunch hour. Overall they did a very good job. One thing that I found out after they left and was a bit of a disappointment was that they didn't bother to move what little furniture there was in the house to clean behind or vacuum under. I guess I assumed that a "deep clean" would include this.

They are awesome! I should have done this a long time ago. Takes a ton of pressure off of me and my husband especially since we both work full time, have 2 kids, and my husband is in grad school. They were timely and everything is super clean. Thanks! This first cleaning took longer than expected but that's because it was the initial cleaning. We will be using them bi-weekly from now on. They were there for 2 hours and 15 minutes.

These ladies did a great job of cleaning our house, and took a full two hours to complete their cleaning. They cleaned the kitchen, which the sink and appliances look brand new! The shower in the master bedroom is all glass, and the magic they performed on that alone was worth the full amount we paid for them. This is the first cleaning service we have used, and we plan to continue to use them on a bi-weekly basis because we were so impressed with their work.

They come in every other week. Victoria and Gloria come every time and I like that. They clean. They get here at 8:30 and some times, it takes 2 hours. They are like a couple of busy bees. They are nice and they try to do everything. If I tell them that I want them to do a real deep clean, they will do that. They will do exactly what I tell them to do. If I want them to lift something, they will. If I want something taken downstairs, they will do it. I like that. Sometimes I do not want it superficially cleaned. I will continue to use them again and I trust them.

The ladies arrived on time, and set about work quickly. They asked questions as to what I wanted and any special cleaning objectives. They were thorough and professional, cleaning my home within a very reasonable time. They moved furniture to clean, and dusted and cleaned the walls and all photos, too. I mentioned the kitchen cabinets might need a cleaning and that was all it took for them to clean and oil the wood. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We contacted the provider within the last three days left two messages and never got a response. I gave them two different numbers to call because the first line has problems from time to time. I really wanted to have them clean (based on recent reviews) my house because it is in desperate need of a cleaning. I already printed out the coupons and everything. After finally getting a contact 7/29/2013 the price they wanted was $80.00 for two people per hour. Our house is bad, but not that bad. Unfortunately I have to find a different provider. After posting the update to the review, on 7/30/2013 I got a phone call from a rep and the rep was very rude that I posted the price and demanded that I take it off. Also they were cursing at my grandmother! I am definitely not using this provider anymore!! Response to the Provider message: On your profile it says that you have business hours on Saturday that we left a message on. There was no message about an alternate number, we called on the (913) number.

Everything is going well. They do a thorough job and are reasonably priced.

Victoria and Gloria arrived 10 minutes early, unpacked their supplies and equipment and started to work immediately. They worked diligently for 2 1/2 hours. My house was spotless, floors gleamed and everything smelled clean and fresh. Baseboards were cleaned along with door frames, and every nook and cranny passed my white-glove test. ;) This was my first visit from Home Sweep Home. My next visit is in August (I just contracted for monthly cleanings). I'm anxious to see if the excellent service I had yesterday will be repeated each month. I've requested that Gloria and Victoria come back each time...
