Home Sweep Home is the absolute best! Their cleaners are top notch, and their attention to detail is second to none. The thoroughness of cleaning that we experienced in every room was incredible. From the kitchen, where they cleaned every surface and ensured the dishwasher was always empty, to the bathrooms where the shower glass and mirrors were crystal clear, to the kids bedrooms where every toy was put in place, Home Sweep Home exceeded expectations in every way. We would highly recommend them to any potential client...they will not let you down!!

The team of two cleaners cleans our home twice a month. Cost is $120 for each cleaning. They dust, vacuum, clean the kitchen, mop the floors, clean the bathrooms, and change bed linens. The team will also do any specific other cleaning chores such as washing windows (although that may cost extra). We are very satisfied with our cleaning team. They are both prompt, professional, and do a good job cleaning our home thoroughly each time they come.

They know their time and they call to verify that they are in the area. They work with me. If I am not going to be home or something, they will come on a different day or different time.

I ran across Home Sweep Home Cleaning Service LLC online and decided to give them a call. One of my better decisions as I could not believe the detail and amount of work they completed. Everything from baseboards, counters, mirrors, sinks, windows, and even those pesky shower doors, As i looked around, you could really see the quality work as dirty baseboards were white again, windows were clean again, and my wife enjoys the feeling of walking into a clean smelling house. Most importantly, us NOT having the stress of getting the house cleaned allows us to spend more time with the kids and together.

My house even smelled cleaned. Our kitchen floor probably was never this clean since we moved in. I was afraid to walk on the kitchen floor because it was too clean and pretty. Actually our family ate out that night because I didn't want to dirty up my kitchen. The master bathroom shower looks truly brand new. I would highly recommend them.

I normally don't write reviews but this company is very deserving of one. I have had them out for a year. I have had a great experience with this company. They show up on time every other week. The cleaners are friendly and professional. I just had a baby and they had my house sparkling when I got home from the hospital. I am so glad I finally found a good company.

It was really bad. I called a month earlier to get an estimate and she gave me the price. I told her that I needed the house cleaned from top to bottom because I had out of town company coming. She called me right before they came telling me that they would have to cut corners to get it done, even though I had a contract with her! I felt that the phone call was almost threatening in the fact that she would pull her team out and not do the work, she did not actually say that, but it was in her tone of voice. She knew exactly what I needed done and I have a signed contract that she completed and signed, yet they did not do everything in the contract. Things were missed like the baseboards. The team that came out was great but they took their direction from her. I called her and told her that I was not happy and she said she would check on it and then never contacted me back.

I have had this company out for 2 years on a bi-weekly basis. I have always been happy with the service. They always show up and ready to clean. They clean very well. They are very professional and prompt.

I chose them after reading their reviews on Angie's List. We gave them a small list of things we wanted done. They completed it as well as much more, baseboards and blinds. They provided all of the supplies for the work. They did everything just as they said they would. It was a great experience.

We found them on Angie's List. We have not used other house cleaners. They are there when they say they will be there, they do a good job, and the price is reasonable. We have not had a bad experience yet, and we have them keep coming back. Their price is not stellar, but I think it is normal to what people charge. They are slightly disorganized sometimes in terms of the schedule, but that is not a big deal.

First time cleaning and it went very well. I was present during the first time and observed their performance. They were thrall, very polite and fast. It is such a good feeling when you walk into you home and it looks and smells so good. Thank You Home Sweep Home!

I have used this company a few times and they never dissapoint. I have them do a spring cleaning every year as a treat to myself to have every "nook and cranny" wiped and dusted. This year two women came and while they were a tad late and I thought maybe I had misudnerstood the start time (and that may be the case) they immediately got to work. Nicky (one of the cleaners) did a quick tour with me and asked me exactly what I wanted and needed while the other woman started dusting. Nicky was professional and personable. I was very impressed with their positive attitudes and high energy as the dug right in. (I am sorry to say I have forgotten the second cleaner's name but she also was great and went right to work.) Every time I have used Home Sweep Home, I am amazed at their thoroughness. When I returned the house looked and smelled wonderful. As for the slightly less grade on the price. I have used other services that were a bit cheaper but I am fine to pay a little extra for Home Sweep Home as I have had such a good experience with their people.

Very good. Smells so nice and fresh. Love that our sectional is vacuumed..Patricia, always asks how I am doing and asks how our family is, very friendly. Makes the service that much better. I like seeing her face every time and it is nice to have the same person cleaning your house, they know where everything is. :)

I cannot rate this company on anything other than responsiveness (none) and professionalism. I never got a return call.

They do great work! They hit a lot of the nooks and crannies that I would expect to be overlooked. They're very thorough, very respectful of my quirky requests, like just plain water on the wood floors, no vacuum "beater brushes" on my new area rug, and they do a great job in the bathrooms (and I have two sons, 8 & 11--and a HUSBAND!! ;) They're very sweet to my kids and my dog, without becoming distracted. They're kind and very pleasant to have around in general. I highly recommend Home Sweep Home! Quality work and excellent value!! They don't miss details. I love my clean baseboards, hand rails on the staircase, the glass on picture frames. My bathrooms sparkle from floor to ceiling, and I love the vacuum tracks they leave on the back of our sectional! (Details!!!).

I am very pleased with their work, the ease of scheduling, and the flexibility. The scheduler answers the calls courteously or returns calls promptly. The cleaning team changed slightly at first, but that could be because I had a great deal of company and requested extra cleanings over the summer/fall. I requested to keep Patricia for cleaning because she does an excellent job and we discussed the different products I prefer to be used. I think she heads a team because she typically asks what I need and gives instructions to whomever she brings. They always ask if I am satisfied with the work and are quick to make any changes I request. I highly recommend this company!

Had hired 2 cleaners to wipe down as much as they could in 2 hours. I told them thatj it had had bug problems and showed them all the way thru the house. Before leaving I asked "do you have any questions?" She said "no". If they didn't the job they should of just said that they didn't want the job not tell me to come back in 2 hours and then left the house open and didn't do anything. Examples Dos and Don'ts

We started off with The Maids of Johnson County and were very disappointed with their customer service and spots being missed and stuff being broken and coming up missing. I joined Angies list and found Home Sweep Home and wish I had done this before hiring The Maids because I would have saved a lot of money and frustration. I called Home Sweep Home and they had a gentleman come out that same day and give us an estimate and was able to fit us in on one of their busiest days (Thursday). We since we had just had our home professional cleaned they worked with us on the cost for the first time cleaning since we just paid the previous company close to $300. So far Home Sweep Home have been out three times and they have done a great job each time they have been out, plus their customer service is fantastic. I will continue to use Home Sweep Home for many years to come, I just hope they service the house we plan to buy since it will be in a rural area.

A gentleman came to do the estimate and review my specific needs for the cleaning service. The price was a little higher than some other companies, but I am interested in a good job and willing to pay for it. It's just my husband and me, so cleaning the home is straight forward. The first time service was ok. They missed one toilet and a few small things, but I wasn't upset about that. The women were very professional. The next month I actually had to call them to resend people. I have never done that in 30 years. Everyone was very apologetic and professional and my concerns were addressed. So, I thought all is well now. Then the third cleaning: small things were missed and the shower door still had water marks. I was done.

Patty, who has been doing the work for us for some time, knows how we like things done, and goes right to work with whoever she is teamed with. She always checks the work before leaving and checks with us to make sure everything is done the way we like. I am very pleased with the work product.
