Description of Work: I bought lawn aeration through an Angie's List deal. He told me he would be do the work the following Monday or Tuesday, so I watered the yard the proper amount to get good penetration of the machine. He didn't end up showing up until Friday, and by then the ground had dried out and I was out of town, so I couldn't do anything about it. There were a lot of places that I didn't see much evidence of aeration at all (probably the drier areas), and even the places that showed it still had pretty sparse holes. I think only one pass was done, whereas I have gotten two passes, with much denser coverage, from other companies for a comparable price.

Description of Work: Far from professional. Very laid back and lackadaisical owner/provider. When I initially signed up for the service, pay him $60, he tells me it is too windy to treat. Okay there are regulations about this, I understand. He says he will just treat when he comes out next month, what! No, I asked that he come out ASAP as I just paid him. Two weeks I spend calling and waiting but no callback and no service. Finally I leave a message saying I'm going to cancel his service and he finally calls me back. Treats next day. After treatment he over-sprayed fertilizer everywhere...back patio, driveway, sidewalks...gets tracked into our house. I cut this guy a lot of slack (and cleaned up after him every time) but he just kept being so horrible; so I cancelled the service.
