Green Head kept me informed about when aeration was scheduled and the change in schedule due to rain. Very personable and professional. Knew the chemical name of the the pre-emergent that he used.

It worked out fine. They did what they said they would do for the price they said they would do it. They were only here for about 30 minutes.

They called 1 week after service was purchased thru Angie's List. Came out when committed and finished the work within 30 - 45 minutes. Very professional and efficient work. I was satisfied with their result.

We've worked with Green Turf for several years now and always had a positive experience. This year was a bit different and while we would engage them again, we did experience a not so great situation. Green Turf's aerator leaked gasoline on our front yard in 5 spots killing all grass in these areas. We raked it up, applied new seed and soil and now approximately a month later, it looks nice again. Green Turf acknowledged the error and apologized which we appreciated, but it would have been nice for them to offer grass seed or something similar.

It went well. They showed up early and go the job done quick.

They were a little slow to respond after I purchased a deal through Angie's List, but I did appreciate that they contacted me with apologies because they were a bit slow. I had to check in with them several times to make sure we were on track and they were a bit reluctant to give an expected day until it was very close. I was a little unhappy with the quality because they damaged a few outlet vents for downspouts that sit flush with the grass in my lawn. I was more disappointed that they didn't notify me of the damage, warn me to remove them beforehand, or offer to pay for the damaged ones either. Replacements were cheap so it wasn't a big deal, but it was more the thought that would have counted. Have used them two years in a row and will probably be looking for a different company next year.

Green Head Turf Systems was great to work with. Good communication throughout including spending time with us during the estimate to go over all our options and reasons behind his recommendations. We really wanted it done in the early fall, our lawn has been hard hit by Fungus over the summer. Brian was accommodating to our request and completed the service early fall. He gave us good instructions on how to fertilize and water the seeds. Looking forward to a much nicer lawn in the coming months.

Excellent service. There was an address discrepancy in my account so they ended up aerating two different lawns and didn't complain at all or charge me anything additional to the original price.

I contacted Brian and he indicated there would be a week's wait. The day before it was about to rain, he called and said he could make it over due to a cancellation. This worked out perfectly so that I could put down seed and fertilize before it rained. He thoroughly aerated lawn while avoiding areas that had been recently seeded. Grass is looking thicker and greener than ever. I would highly recommend Brian and his services.

Very well. I didn't get his message until too late that he would be by and I needed to flag my sprinkler system. He came back the next day and went over the yard twice (in different directions). It didn't take him long at all with the machine he used. This was a great experience!

My yard is pretty hilly so it probably wasn't easy to do. A few spots were missed in the yard probably due to this. The yard was pretty messy afterwards as expected and some torn out spots that were due to moles. Overall they put holes in my yard and I put grass and it was muddy for a while but now the grass looks amazing. Overall good experience.

Brian showed up on time with all the equipment he needed, took the time to answer all my questions( I had ALOT) using terms and language I could understand with NO high pressure sales. By doing so he didn't even realize I plan on using him next spring even without a coupon. Brian was AWESOME !

They cover the whole yard and were careful in my flower beds! They did a great job and responded immediately. I requested the special on Friday and had yard aerated by Monday! I am now seeding and watering.

Brian did an excellent job. He showed up on time and got right to work doing a thorough job with our lawn. He was courteous and professional. We would recommend using his services and we plan to use him for our future lawn needs.

Scheduling was difficult. Callbacks were Texts, not a phone call. Curt, not courteous. Aeration was satisfactory.

The contacted me within 48 hours of the purchase. They were able to schedule within the week to do the work. I wanted to also have verti-cut done but the cost > cost of the aeration. They were punctual as promised. They called ahead before showing as promised. I would have met them but had something else scheduled so I didn't actually present when they did the work. Overall, the lawn was core aerated as I expected. It was just a one pass aeration. The only anomaly I saw was they left a long tire mark on one of the inclines of my yard that tore up the grass. With some watering, the damaged grass grew back. Not a big deal but not expected either. All in all, I'd give these guys an 'A' rating.

Great! They were very flexible and provided excellent communication throughout the time to find the best time for the aeration to occur. When they came to my house, they were very efficient left no mess. Excellent work!

Brian did a great job of aerating our yard, which is very hilly and fairly large. He also changed his schedule in order to meet our time request. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend Green Head.
