They came out in December, and they will be coming out probably in the spring. They were dependable and their prices were wonderful. They did really super work. We got more for our money. We will be using them again in the winter. We love them.

The are very responsive. They will send people out to meet you and address your specific needs. I've had my lawn and shrubs taken care of by this company. They are punctual and professional. I'm very happy with the services provided by this company.

They are very good. I have a contract with them. I think they charged me like a $1000 for the entire summer but I’m not sure. I think that, that was about right. They are very reliable and they do a very good job. I think they’re pretty competitive with everyone else that I had checked with in terms of price. I will use their services again in the future.

Fantastic! I was beyond pleasantly surprised when I came home to a superbly clean front and back yard. The company mulched leaves, cleaned leaved from my many flower beds, cleaned around my back deck and even cleaned extra leaves and twigs off my front porch and back deck! This company did such a great job compared to other lawn services I have hired in the past. I will, without a doubt, be hiring them again in the future.

Update to my last report: Both landscape consultant and company owner contacted me on several occasions to patiently walk through my issues. In an email the company owner stated that he had taken my issues and suggestions back to the company board meetings as a way to improve upon customer relations. I must say that this company is persistent in the fact that they care about the customer, are willing to listen, and take the issues back to the company board. I have yet to have them perform any work for me, but I'm more inclined to choose them for my future landscaping needs.

Very Professional - kept in touch through email on rain- outs.

I purchased the special from Angies List for $99 for 2 hours work. They were able to schedule just a few days after I purchased the deal. The man that went to do the work was very professional and did a ton of work in 2 hours. It was such a relief to get her yard cleaned up before winter. I would absolutely recommend them and hope to use them myself!!

They did a good job, cleaned up well, and immediately addressed my complaints. I would certainly use them again.

I am not particularly wild about them. They don?t necessarily show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes they are punctual and sometimes they are not. I will continue to use them this year but I won't use them next year. Update Dec. 5, 2011: I was contacted by the owner who apologized and discussed the matter with me at length. The service improved after that and I received communication regularly. It was a nice change.

Darrin from Custom Lawn and Landscape arrived with two workers to tackle our backyard landscape. We moved in to our home two weeks prior. The previous owners must not have tended to the landscaping for the ten years they occupied the home. To say things were overgrown is an understatement. In three hours time, those two workers had reversed ten years of neglect. They took out two mulberry trees and one dead tree. They removed dead shrubs. They removed creeping vines from a two teered retaining area. Underneath we found three lovely rose bushes that could not be seen otherwise and a number of lawn orniments and two large round planters. Now we have a clean slate to plant what we want. Thank you Custom Lawn and Landscape. You turned an eye sore into a clear canvas. This has been the best investment to get us a jump start on our landscaping and home.

The guy that came out was very helpful and very prompt. He got an estimate to me by email within 48 hours. It seemed to me that their price is reasonable.

Their customer service was great. The foremen were great and very hardworking.

So far, it has been good. They came out a couple of days ago to turn things on and check it. There is no charge for the first year. They are basically using the same products that almost everyone uses. Their price is a little bit lower. They are professional and clean up after themselves. They have provided good service after the installation and have taken care of me. I am happy with them. I would use them again in the future.

Received quote quickly from an experienced representative. Aeration was performed properly with sufficient coverage. Seed and fertilizer were also applied.

Value priced Most companys use same products so price and service is what I was looking for--so far so good--had a couple glitches that was taken care of promptly

I had them come out to detail my landscaping beds. They put a rush on my work so that my beds would look nice for a summer party that weekend. They pulled all the weeds and vine weeds and cut down tree seedlings that had come up under other dense bushes and applied root killer. The work was more extensive than originally thought and they did a beautiful job and my landscaping beds look wonderful.

They have done a great job. They were easy to work with.

Each time they have done weeding & pruning on my 2-acre lot they have sent a 2-man crew to do the job. Because of the size of my property and condition of my beds (i.e. lots of weeds) it has been a full day job for the 2 crew members. They are very professional and courteous although language barrier can be difficult at times. The first year I learned that they needed to be told not to prune spring-flowering shrubs which I did this year and everything was perfect! Additionally, they do my weekly mowing and trimming with excellent results. I also use them for irrigation turn-on and winterization.

They are prompt when you call them if you want to know something. They are quick to provide an estimate whenever needed. From time to time, mail service between their company and myself have not really worked. Sometimes contracts do not get to me through the mail, but they are good to get to me and make sure if I want to continue the service. They trust their customers and their customers trust them.

Every month they come and perform weed control and chemical treatments to my lawn. We have weed control guarantee, so if we find weeds in our yard we just have to give them a call and most times they are out the next day taking care of the weeds.

HE GAVE US GOOD SERVICE AND I WOULD CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
