Job was completed in 5 days. Big crew (8?) for repairs, power washing, prep work, and most of painting, Smaller crew for last day and a half, for finish work, trim, cleanup, etc. Professional, fast, polite, neat, responsive. Biggest tip, they are FAST, so if you have trouble picking your colors, start early. We shifted colors on day 2, which was nearly a problem because of their efficiency. We did have garage doors repainted on last day, and they accommodated this change. Joe was project manager, bid the job, and did the final walk thru. Crew was super.

We hired Brogan's this year to paint our house. They did an excellent job! The first day they prepped the house and replaced the wood rot (we had quite a bit). Second day they started painting and finished early the third day. The crew were friendly and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. We have since recommended Brogan to three other friends who have all used them and were glad they did.

Joe and his crew are great!! Came a day early, prepped house for painting... caulking and scraping as needed. replaced boards with wood rot and also repaired porch posts which had wood rot. I was so glad to have one crew do it all!! They were efficient and really did a good job. Arrived on time both days. I could not be more pleased.

We hired Brogan in the past to paint the exterior of our home and were very satisfied with the final result. We hired Brogan to paint the interior (ceilings, trim, walls, and kitchen cabinets) of our new home along with adding some hardwood flooring and and refinishing existing hardwood flooring. We are pleased with the painting of the house; however, were are very unsatisfied with the hardwood flooring. Brogan had to redo the flooring three times and they are still not to our satisfaction. The floors are cupping in some of the rooms and wood filler was not used everywhere leaving holes. Furthermore, the project ran 3 weeks behind in schedule. The floors have now been finished for almost a month and the smell is still very strong. We are assuming this is because they were redone so many times, but can't be sure. However, we had hardwoods done in another house and the smell was gone in 1 week. We also had to pay for a part of a service that we denied because the contractor did not communicate with the staff as to not do it. Furthermore, we have contacted the contractor since competition to discuss the hardwood floors and have mostly been ignored. I would not recommend the hardwood floor service Brogan offers. The painting services; however, seems to be satisfactory.

We worked with Nick Newton and his team. They did an awesome job, arrived on time and completed the project a day early. We were very impressed and would use them again.

Brogan Painting responded to our initial call and all other calls promptly. Joe provide our quote which accurately reflected all my questions and repair concerns. This contractor also carries all the appropriate insurance including worker’s compensation, which you should always require with any contractor you work with. Brogan was not our low bid for this project. They were third highest of four bids we received, they were approximately $700 higher than the two low bids. That said, we felt like they were the most professional and we had that gut feel confidence level that they were the best choice for our project. Their crew started on a Thursday evening with power washing the entire home. On Friday, they started about 8AM with the remainder of the prep work. We had extensive caulking of nail pops, caulking / sealing seams etc., taping off windows and stone work at front of the home and a small amount of wood rot repair. They were able to begin some painting late Friday afternoon and worked till dusk. They were back out by 8AM on Saturday and the entire project was finished by 5PM on Saturday. The work was done professionally and timely. Their cleanup after was impeccable. Their crew of workers were very polite and responded kindly and promptly to any questions we had. Our neighbor commented on how great our house looked and were amazed at how quickly the job was completed, just as we were.

Aaron has helped me out on projects in the past and he was the only one I wanted to work on my basement. He and his crew did an unbelievable job. They showed up on time and on the dates that were promised, their workmanship is impeccable, and they are good people. We had a loss in our family during our basement renovation and everybody on Aaron's team was very thoughtful and curious. Aaron and his team finished our entire basement, including a theater room, a full bath (including shower), a storage room and a wine room under the stairs. I'm beyond happy with how it turned out. He was very meticulous about the build, obtained the proper permits from the city, and was in constant contact throughout the project. I cannot recommend Brogan Painting enough - I have recommended him to dozens of friends and they have all be very happy, and I'll have Aaron out again in a few years when it is time to paint the house. If you want a stress free renovation - Aaron Brogan is your contractor.

Couldn't be happier with their work. Big crew so they got the work done in 4 days, Very courteous, professional, and hard working. This was the fourth time we had our house painted and these guys put everyone else to shame with their thoroughness. They scraped, caulked, put on two coats and replaced any rotten wood. Since we needed some siding replaced on one side of the house, it was great to have one company that did the carpentry work and painting. Saved me the trouble of having to coordinate with two contractors. Highly recommend this bunch!

Provider totally ignored my request and there was no response. That is the ultimate kind of rudeness. I will never use this provider.

These guys don't mess around. They show up with a large crew ready to go. I had quite a bit of work to get done and they did it all at a fair price. The owner is hands on, even came out on a Sunday to give us paint samples. Came out after the work was done to work on some stuck windows and took care of everything. They made sure I was satisfied which I was. Would highly recommend them.

they didn't show up and no phone call! i called and left a message about our scheduled appointment and still no call back. what a shame to have such a high angie's list rating and such poor customer relations!

The crew showed up at 7am and finished up at 6pm. The level of professionalism and courteousness was the best I've seen. Outstanding work with great attention to detail. These guys really know what they are doing. I could not be happier with this work.

Brogan Painting was great. They gave a free estimate and the price was comparable to two other bids. They were extremely flexible with scheduling. We were waiting for windows to be installed and had to postpone twice. They were respnsive to my phone calls and questions. The work crews were great. They worked hard and cleaned up well. Very happy with the final product.

I know giving grades of F makes me sound like one of the customers who can't be pleased but that is not true. I have a small carpentry project -- remaking 2 pantry doors that were not made properly by the original contractor, who is no longer available. I contacted the company in May and one of their guys came to the house. He took measurements and said he would have the cabinetmaker call me. I heard nothing after that. I called the company twice and was told that "Oh yes, I will have him call you." When I called again today, the receptionist suggested that I should call their cabinet supplier directly because she didn't know why no one had called me back and, yeah, they are really busy. In my book, a quality company will at the very least contact a prospective customer to give them a progress report. Not sure how they got to be so busy.

The owner of the company came out & inspected the house to paint, including significant wood rot areas that needed repair. They were able to provide a comprehensive detailed bid for the project in a timely manner. The bid was very competitive, but another company on Angie's list with identical "A" rating had a slightly lower bid and a slightly sooner start date for the project. Therefore, went with another company, but only by a hair. Highly recommend contacting Brogan's Painting to get a bid on any painting & wood rot repair, as they sent the owner to make the bid, were very competitive & responsive to our requests/questions, etc...

They did an excellent job! The estimate was detailed down to the exact boards they would replace. The 'crew chief' John was the best. The painting has made the house look new. Great work for a great price!

I've used Brogan's for years and have not used anyone else. He inspect each job once his painters let him know there done. He does a quality job for a very fair price.

This couldn't have been easier. I met the estimator at my rental property, he was on time and friendly, we went over what I thought the problem was and he gave me some insights from his perspective. We shook hands and he promised me a written estimate by email by that evening, which he delivered. The estimate was detailed and provided good value so I called, offered them the job and we discussed scheduling. They delivered the service on time and on budget. I inspected the work, it looks great. I'm completely happy. As a budding rental property investor I'll keep Brogan's card around for future work.

The guys were good. They worked 12-14 hour days to get the house painted. We will definitely use them again to have them paint the inside of the house. They stopped when they saw a problem and waited for the boss to get there. They ended up replacing that part. They were out working out in 100 degree heat. They did a great job.

I do not write many reviews and that is partly why I have taken so long in getting this one done. Aaron was very professional and nice and gave recommendations on what would be good to do as we walked around the house. I had three companies bid on the house painting and his was in the middle. Almost half of the cost of the job was in materials to fix up or enhance the house before the painting took place. They were very thorough about making sure it was all caulked up before power washing the house before painting. They sprayed the 1st coat on and then back brushed the 2nd coat and also painted the foundation and gutters. Several days after they were done Aaron walked around the house with me to make sure that everything looked good and that I was satisfied. It looked great and I have been very happy with the results. My only thing I didn't like was that in the estimate it would take 22 gallons but there were no gallon cans for the leftover paint (just a large five gallon bucket that was a third full).

Excellent work, work was done quickly but with quality. Painters were very professional and respectful of my time and home. I was amazed how quickly they were done and with such precision! I will definitely use them again!!
