Brogan Painting & Remodeling

Brogan did an excellent job. They actually obtain materials early. Started on a Wednesday and was done by Friday. The new deck is beautiful. My husband saw a few things with new deck, that needed some tweeking. Brogan was contacted, they came in and made corrections quickly without additional cost. They even installed a percola that, I had purchased. Like I said, Brogan did an excellent job.

We have hired Brogan Painting and Remodeling for numerous jobs since 2014, including woodrot repair, interior floor/ ceiling repair, exterior painting, and interior painting. John Buschmann has always been our project manager. He is extremely responsive, and is a super nice guy. He provides valuable honest opinions and expertise. For example, I was considering doing accent painting on all windows of our house. He suggested that we limit it to the front windows because it would likely not be worth the cost since no one would see the other sides and we have a large number of windows. To me, that speaks volumes to his reputation and the reputation of the company. They could have easily just collected more money for the sake of. They are also very reasonably priced and always do excellent work. My extended family has also used them for projects, and I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

We had our wood floors refinished in the kitchen, dining room, laundry, and both pantries. Our house is 16 years old, and the floors have never looked this great, even when new. Ronnie and Brian were so respectful of our home, listened to what we wanted, and did everything perfectly. We asked Ronnie to stain them with a slightly darker color than we had before. It was perfect. The floors tied in together perfectly with our kitchen cabinets, and new carpeting. The floors are absolutely beautiful. We will have our interior painted starting Monday with Brogan as well. Thank you Ronnie. We were referred by our neighbor, loved what they did, and are so happy we went with Brogan

After getting all our exterior siding replaced, we hired Brogan to paint it, (as well as old brick portions we had retained). The finished project is exactly what we were hoping for, and we could not be more pleased with the results! John set up the project in expert fashion, involving little time on our part. Marvin, Ramon and crew were outstanding! They were extremely hard-working and finished the entire project in just two days. They also had great communication skills: clarifying whenever necessary and making suggestions in such a friendly manner. Recommend wholeheartedly!!

Brogan did an excellent job. They were efficient, professional, and detail oriented. We bid out a few contractors and Brogan was very competitive on price. I’d recommend them again to anyone. My recommendation (which goes for any contractor) is to stay engaged in the project and ask questions throughout. Brogan’s crew did a great job addressing questions as they arose. Money well spent

Brogan's crew did an excellent job with our deck project! The project manager, Nick, walked us through the pros and cons for the different types of deck stain and provided us his recommendations. Because of rain delays, the project unexpectedly took longer to complete but the quality made up for it. Their attention to detail and ensuring a high quality effort was worth the investment.

This project went very well. There was an enormous amount of wallpaper to remove. Once the wainscotting paper was removed there was a patterned glue left from paper on wall. Only solution was to Kilz and skim coat. This was an added cost to the project. They were more than fair on the pricing to do the additional labor-intensive change order. We added 2 additional small areas and they were price very fair.

I could not be more pleased with Brogan Painting! Joe (project manager) handled the project well. In our initial meeting, Joe answered all my questions and thoroughly explained what would be done. He managed around the rain, started the job earlier than initially thought it could start, staffed up to get the work done as scheduled, and the project was finished by the stated deadline for the price in the proposal (no additional costs). Jose (crew lead) led the crew very effectively. They are professional, polite, and hardworking. Each day they started promptly by 8 am and worked diligently and efficiently throughout the day into the late afternoon/early evening. It is obvious that they are skilled in their jobs! With the wood trim they replaced and repaired; and the great paint job - my house looks better than it has for years (even after the last time the whole house was painted). I am extremely satisfied and pleased...so much so that I plan to use them on some interior painting I am planning to have done.

Brogan did a professional job from the initial quote to the very end. We loved that they were able to fix wood rot, replace a window and paint! All employees were kind and courteous. We asked them to do some other small jobs (tile and sheet rock) inside the house and they met our timeline and did a very nice job. Very happy with our new relationship!

Brogan Painting did an awesome job with Wood Rot Repair and Painting the Exterior of our home. Their crews were hard working and professional. They were obviously all very experienced and took pride in their work. They put in long hours and were able to finish the job in 3 days. All of our neighbors made a point of coming over to tell us how amazing our house looked and how impressed they were with Brogan's crews. Joe was great to work with and his crews were awesome, especially Jose and Jimmy who spent extra time on the last day to be sure everything was done to our satisfaction before they left. We will recommend them to our friends and would definitely use them again.

Very fast and efficient. Workmen were conscientious and courteous. Extreme attention to detail and good communication to make sure they were doing everything we wanted and that we were completely satisfied with their work. We would absolutely hire them again!

John Buschmann, the project manager came to estimate our job. He was very thorough and he got our detailed estimate to us in a timely manner. The estimate was very reasonable for all the work to be done. The carpentry and painting crew were excellent. Our home looks beautiful. We have received many compliments.

Nick and crew were prompt and professional. We had some difficult areas that needed painting and they did an excellent job! We also had some repairs that needed to be done and they explained everything they needed to do and completed those repairs in a timely manner. Crew cleaned up at the end of every day and at the end of job! I would highly recommend Brogan Painting!

Brogan was a professional outfit, start to finish. The representative showed up for the estimate on time. I had the estimate within a week and the work to be done was laid out in far more detail than any of my other estimates, especially the repair work. Once scheduled, their people showed up on time, did a thorough, professional job, and cleaned up completely after the job was done. The house looks terrific. I cannot speak highly enough of the work Brogan did and would not hesitate for a moment to recommend them to family or friends.

Andrew S was our project manager and was fantastic. Communicated very well and was very attentive to our expectations. He made confident recommendations on paint finishes, so we didn't have to second guess ourselves. Andrew's crew was very professional and they kept their work area very clean. Work quality was excellent as well. We performed several walkdowns during and after to make sure that the work was to our satisfaction. His crew did not hesitate to clean up any overspray or splatter, which we appreciated. He sent us photos from his crew during the daytime, as requested, to give us progress reports and also identified problem areas to consider. But, there was one thing that Andrew did that will make us returning customers: Aside from keeping the work inside of the house sealed and taped up from getting dust everywhere, it was his care and attention to details. My wife was 4-months pregnant at the time and we have a 2-year-old. We had just briefly mentioned the pregnancy to him at the beginning of the bid walkdown, and didn't say anything about it the rest of the time. Without missing a beat, he let us know after completion of the interior drywall that he had directed his guys to use a water based primer to prevent any hazardous fumes from lingering in the house due us expecting. It may not be a big deal or perhaps commonplace to use water-based primer, but we appreciated the consideration and his effort to put our safety first. Note that our house was previously a putrid seafoam green. We have had many neighbors stop by since to compliment the beautiful work and thank us for the new color in the neighborhood. Many have also asked about who we used, and we've happily recommended Brogan.

They are very flexible and did a very thorough job. The finishes were just fantastic! It looks new. They did a wonderful job.The painters worked as a team. They are very professional. Excellent communication and fair pricing. You get what you pay for! I would like to shout out, Andrew the project manager and Robin the office manager made the job go extra smooth.

Went very well, we were very happy with the finished product and everybody from Brogan was great to work with.

The process went quite smoothly. The drywall repairs look very good, and the painters did a nice job. They worked 10 - 12 hour days and cleaned up nicely each day. We also had stair railings refinished and new iron spindles installed. The house looks new.

The work was excellent! Aaron and Joe took the time to evaluate the job and explain necessary repairs and options. The staff was very professional, timely, and attentive to detail. The repair and painting was superb and we will definitely use them in the future.

Painters arrived as planned, finished in about a week, worked hard everyday, until the house was finished. House looks great, a few things noticed after they had finished were promptly addressed and completed the next week. Would definitely hire again. We had several estimates and Brogan's was comparable.

Fair price, met our schedule, cooperative to work with & excellent touch up after we moved into condo. We would use him again.

It was really refreshing to work with a contractor who is responsive and follows up. The bidding of the job went smoothly, Joe answered all my questions, the workers showed up on time, they were for the most part very careful with our home and the final job is beautiful.
