Description of Work: Deck replacement. Called for estimate. Set appointment. No show, called, they apologized sent someone an hour and a half later. Was told would email an estimate that evening. No estimate . Called, was told it would be next day. No estimate. Called. Was told by the following Monday. No estimate, gave up. Hiring someone else

Description of Work: Had our family room painted. Had them repair some drywall seams that were showing, along with some ceiling repair and painting. We initially had them scheduled to start at 8 am on a Monday, however due to some miscommunication between their office and crew, they didn't start till later in the morning. However, we were pleased with how they resolved the issue and were still able to finish the job within the time frame we were expecting. Very pleased with the finished paint job. Would use them again for future painting jobs.

Description of Work: Asked if they installed soffit vents. They said yes. No showed two appts. Did call back and reschedule appt. after first missed, but it was nearly a week later and no showed that as well. UPDATE: Aaron Brogan called and apologized for previous poor customer service. Came out the next day and bid the job. Have had good service with Aaron in past.

+ 0 moreThe proposal was timely and appointments were kept. They quoted wood rot and painting separately which I liked. The crew cleaned up each day and there were no problems. The only disappointment was that the original quote for the wood rot was $1335 but once they started work, they found additional problems and the price increased to a price of $2158 cost to fix the wood rot. I felt that was a significant increase. I discussed my disappointment that the quote for wood rot was so understated, however, I felt I was left with no alternative but to go ahead with the project. Overall, I was satisfied with the completed work and I did appreciate the fact that they were concerned with the quality of the work they did.

A skirt was added to the bottom of the siding around the house because our siding is the lawsuit settlement kind. They pressure washed, repaired the wood rot, primed, caulked, and painted. The workers were very polite and courteous. The work went quickly but was hampered by a rainy week. The house looks great and they cleaned up after the job. I would recommend this company to anyone needing to have their house repainted.
Description of Work: Painted entire exterior of our house plus repaired wood rot (brick moldings, sill caps, other). The final price was higher than the original estimate because of finding additional wood rot that needed to be replaced.

THEY CAME OUT, AND HE TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT TWO DAYS, AND THEN I CAME HOME IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SECOND DAY AND HE HAD EXTRA PEOPLE OUT TO SPEED THAT UP.
Description of Work: IT WAS EXTERIOR PAINTING. IT WAS ACTUALLY EXTERIOR REPAIR AND PAINTING. THEY DO REPAIR TO EXTERIOR MOLDING, TRIM, AND OVERHANGS, PLUS THEY REMOVED ALL OF THE STORM WINDOWS AND PAINTED BEHIND THEM AND REPLACED THEM.
