Ed and his team were very professional and courteous and did a great job.

Very responsive and patient, gave us time to make decisions and really wanted us to be happy with the work. Worked very quickly and worked long days to get done in a timely manner. Finished all of our punch list detailed fixes cheerfully. (We had some specific detail spots we wanted sanded, paint a section of gutter with trim paint instead of house color, etc.)

Ed and his crew did an excellent job at a really good price. I had two decks that had to be repainted after the home was built 4 years ago. His price was very competitive and the paint job turned out wonderful. The job was completed on time.

Aaron and his crew came out on 8/10/09 to prep our house and make a minor wood repair on a window. The house was pressure washed, scraped, caulked etc. prior to painting. All the prep work was very thorough and meticulously done. They painted the house on 8/11. The crew cleaned everything up upon completion. Aaron was very professional in all of his dealings with us. We appreciated that his estimate gave us the base price to do the work and all options were listed with a specific price should we choose to have them done. No surprises on the pricing which was nice. The paint color on the house we noticed later didn't quite match the Sherwin Williams swatch we had chosen. When I mentioned it to Aaron he said that sometimes it can be a little off. When I checked the can that the paint came in, the number and name of the color was exactly the same as the one that we gave to Aaron. Fortunately we like the color so there was no problem. We would definitely use Brogan's painting again.

I was very pleased with the job. The house was built in 1952 (old Leawood) and it needed a lot of repair. I wanted the job done right, including any rot areas replaced correctly. I dealt directly with Ed Brogan. HIs crew was exceptional. Ed spent a lot of time going over the details of the project and we discussed, in advance, the perfectionism I was expecting. Again, there were a lot of areas that showed rot and had to be replaced, caulked, primed, etc. Both Ed and his crew were very reliable. Ed was available throughout the project. HIs lead man was excellent and was on site the entire time.

I contacted Arron and he came the next day to look at the job. He told us exactly what work would be done, time frame and cost.The crew arrived on time and proceed with work in a very professional manner.We felt very confident with I contacted Arron and he came the following day to look at the job .He was prompt explained what would be done and gave a bid.We had other bids so we knew his was fair. The crew arrived on time and proceeded in a professional manner.Upon seeing the quality of work being done we asked if they could do more wood replacement then previously discussed. The work was outstanding.and completed in the given time frame.

Aaron was very professional. He showed up when promised and submitted an estimate on the spot. He walked me around the house and pointed out siding that needed to be replaced. We got several estimates and he pointed out things that other painters didn't notice. Once he began, he found some additional wood rot but took care of that without charging more. We weren't sure what color we wanted and he provided samples of several and didn't rush us to make up our minds. The prep work took several days, but once the actual painting began that went very quickly. They cleaned up thoroughly when they were done.

Aaron came over himself to do the estimate and was very thorough in his examination and estimate. He also patiently answered any questions that I had. Aaron's crew was great and did a spectacular job. We were very impressed with the paint job. His crew cleaned up everyday after they were done working and neatly stacked everything at the back of the house. They were extremely courteous and helpful.

This was the first time I have every had a home painted. Aaron will walk around the home with you and is very open to telling you what is wrong, how he will repair it and then recheck it once it is done. I found him very easy to talk with and he was always professional. Again, I highly recommend Brogan Painting. Thanks Aaron Brogan for a wonderful experience.

They were awesome, definitley top-notch. They are very efficient, great work and a reasonable price. They stayed true to their estimate and finished in a timely manner. They are great to work with.

This is a business that works by the "golden rule" in all aspects. I appreciated the high quality work done and would recommend them without hesitation.

They did an excellent job, were very careful and did quality work. They did not include the price of paint in their estimate and it turned out that the old paint was no good. So the only extra was for 1 can of paint.

I cannot say enough good things about prompt service and the professionalism of the staff. They are some of the hardest working people I have come across and some of the nicest. Everything is explained. The entire process went quicker than anticipated.

They were excellent. They were always sure to arrive first thing in the morning, and spent full 8-hour days for 5 days at our house. They were very professional, extremely courteous and friendly, and most importantly, very patient with our two toddlers! We plan to buy a new house this spring, and we are sure to use them again there if that house has any painting requirements!

He was very responsive, cleaned up well, and was very attuned to my interest. His price was very reasonable, and he was easy to contact.

He is very knowledgeable and meticulous. His crew is on task, once the job is started they are on top of it and work till it is complete. If the I took a look and if I saw something that I was concerned about they would address the work until I was satisfied. I have used them twice now, once when the house was newly constructed and again two years ago when it was time to refresh everything. With all my experience with this company working on both the interior and exterior of my home I have never been disappointed but rather impressed. What impresses me most was the prep work, making sure that things that we didn't want paint on were safe. It seems to me that this company is actually concerned with the quality of their work and will do anything to achieve the best. They always cleaned up at the end of the day so I never found anything laying around.

First meeting with Aaron was great. He immediately did some calculations and gave us a cost estimate for the work to be done. Once we made the decision to hire him, he and his team began working a few days later. When he discovered other repairs up high that needed to be done, he called us to check and see if we wanted him to complete those repairs and told us about any additional costs that we may incur. He gave us a couple of different paint quality options and spelled out the benefits of each, as well as any higher paint prices. He was completely honest and upfront with us the entire time. He and his team showed up by 8:00 every single morning, including on Sat. and Sun. (he first asked us if it was OK for his team to work on the weekend, which I thought was nice). They were very professional, thorough and worked very well as a team. Aaron Brogan was on site most of the time.

We were very pleased with Aaron, especially his promptness in giving an estimate and following up to make sure we had the information we needed. He called to let us know he had an opening and could start painting that week. We had our house painted within three days of agreeing to the estimate. He and his crew thoroughly masked, cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job overall. They were very professional and polite. We want to bring them back in the winter to paint our interior.

Working with Aaron, the owner, was pleasure. He is extremely professional which includes being courteous, punctual, responsive and more. Our house is a an old home and the woodwork (fascia, soffits) required extra attention. Brogan removed all storm windows, carefully stored them, thoroughly prepped woodwork, and painted. The house came out looking great.

They went above and beyond the call of duty. In my daughter's room, two painters took a full day sanding down some decorative painting before they could repaint. They also removed wallpaper border in another room. They were always done at around 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. and very professional. Ed stuck to his original estimate for me even though there was unexpected extra work.

Workmen had specific assignments and pursued those assignments aggressively. All work was completed sequentially, including cleanup, in five working days. Aaron was on the job site or readily available at all times.

Outstanding. Used many painters over the years, best job ever by far! Perfectionist. Detail oriented, only contract that spelled out specific replace boards. Listens. Follows through. Flexible when rain pending. Great carpentry team. Plus great painting team capable of precise lines. Had 5-6 people on-site consistently. Finished very large job in 5 days. He's assembled all-star team. Aaron on-site and working a lot, both carpentry and painting. Full team courteous and responsive to customer. Highly recommend. Found through Angie's but learned later that two friends were references too. Multiple neighbors observed and contacted Aaron.

We were very pleased. Work was done thoroughly and professionally. Work was mostly done in a few days' time. Crews worked hard and cleaned up after themselves well. There were a few touch ups to be done and Aaron came back to do them the next week. The only area that could have been better would have been phone communication.
