They did remarkable work. They were very timely and professional. They cleaned up well. The price was competitive. I have used the multiple times.

Our house, built in 1987, has been repainted and repaired a number of times since it was constructed. Brogan's Painting did by far the best wood rot repair and re-painting of any exterior painting company we have ever used. Aaron was easy to do business with, called promptly, came out to our house promptly, gave us an estimate both for repair and painting and within a few days his crew was at work. All his employees were polite, very, very prompt, worked continuously from the time they arrived until almost sunset and cleaned up any and all debris. They did a beautiful job and we were more than satisfied.

Aaron's team repainted entire house, repaired all wood rot. Also, putting cedar shakes on front of house and enhancing front porch entry with new pillars and knotty pine. They did an incredible job with entry, coming up with the concept and listening to what I wanted. They were respectful, timely, and no hidden cost. Aaron was very fair when encountering more wood rot then expected. We had a few small issues after work was completed but called Aaron and he came out personally and took care of them. I would totally recommend them to anyone.

Took time to wait for them after they said they would be out here that afternoon. Will not hire or call them again. My time is also important! First impressions is everything. And I was not impressed to be stood up!

Overall the experience was excellent and the work was really good. The crew that he had out was very respectful, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. The owner is kind of hard to get in touch with but after you do reach him he is excellent. I will use him again in the future. His price was better than anybody else.

Brogan's bid was in the middle of three bids. I selected Brogan's because of favorable reviews in Angie's List. The company arrived as scheduled. The start of work was delayed a few days due to weather.Brogan's provideded an excellent carpenter to remove and repair the wood rot. The actural painting work was excellent and I was very pleased and would recommend Brogan's Painting

The house was damaged by the hail storm in late Spring which caused me to replace all the gutters and few other items. Decided to go ahead and paint the house after the gutter repairs. Aaron was recommended by a neighbor and his quote was reasonable. He and his team worked diligently prepping the house and repairing the wood rot. The painting went well except for the weather stripping on the windows which the paint didn't adhere to. Aaron had his guys go back and remove the paint on the weather stripping which was very labor intensive. I was satisfied with the result.

Aaron has one of the best run crews that I've ever seen! They were timely, worked very hard and finished the job quickly. I was completely impressed by the quality and speed that they accomplished the work. His entire staff was courteous and easy to work with. This was a high quality, professional job. Excellent in every way!

My initial contact - I called the listed phone#, no answer, and left a detailed voice message asking him to call me back. Brogan responded to my request over a week later. A couple of days after he called back, he left an estimate, but I did not contract with him to do the work, I looked elsewhere.

Aaron was polite and professional, asked pertinent questions about what we wanted, and gave a description of work to be performed with a breakdown of costs before he left. Both the painting and wood rot repair estimates were very reasonable compared to others we received. Although we did end up going with another company for this job, I wouldn't hesitate to call Brogan's in case I decide to change the color of the house in a couple years.

Aaron did a great job. He started two weeks before I expected him to; thus he finished early. I was on travel during most of the job, and he did a great job of discussing issues that arose with me over the phone and also explaining the issues with my wife, who was home. The quality of the work was outstanding and I can highly recommend Brogan's Painting.

Contacted us immediately after we called them. We were scheduled quickly and they completed the job in 3 days. In 25 years of owning in 4 states homes, we have NEVER has such an incredible exterior painting experience. Very thorough, extremely polite, cleaned up after they were finished. We cannot recommend them more highly.

Overall, I had a good experience. I didn?t speak to him. I had the estimate quickly. They didn?t really give me any information for it. I assumed that I need to call them back if I had any questions. They were very responsive.

Aaron is a very professional young man. He quoted us a price, and amount of paint we would need. Because the colors were so dark, he had to buy extra paint to do the professional job he did. His work is neat, did an excellent job. We were going to be out of town when the work was done, had no problem leaving he and his workers in the house while we were away. He is prompt, went above what he had orginally thought needed to be done. In fact, he did such a good job, we are planning to have him do more painting for us in the near future. He is professional and honest and as stated have every intention of using his service again. Would hire him in an instant, very easy to work with, wants his customer satisfied.

We initially got a quote from Ed Brogan. He gave us an estimate of around $4000 for fixing major wood rot around the house and paint the house. As I was not there when Ed visited and wanted to make a list of wood rot that would be fixed, we made another appointment, and Aaron came. He gave a higher estimate of $6500 and said that his dad missed some. We actually had him come again to confirm it, and he confirmed it. Their bid was higher than others. Nevertheless, we decided to go with them since they said they will replace rotting siding with cement board (others did not want to do it since it is heavy to handle). Also, they gave detailed estimate. When we asked them to start the work, they started promptly. However, as the work began, they started revising the bid and scope, indicating there is more rot than they thought. After we approved for $1000 more, the list kept growing. I was actually surprised about this since all the wood rot they were identifying was at a level that you do not even ladder to see it. Further, from this point onwards, we never got a compiled list of modifications for the bid. Just few numbers every day. The ultimate bill was more than $10,000, which obviously was totally unexpected. There was one instance they said that they will fix a window sill. I saw one of the painters painting over the rotten sill (actually on top of hole in the sill). I asked Aaaron why they are not fixing it and he never gave a straight answer. I had asked them to fix few short wooden planks on the deck and two steps. I think I was charged more than $250 for that work. They left a cement board and other stuff by the fence. I left messages couple of times, and finally came back to get it. They also took our ladder by mistake, and returned it only after couple of calls. On the whole, the primary issues are higher cost than original bid, lack of good accounting once the work starts for all change orders, and response later on. So far, did not find anything wrong with the paint. We were given warranty on a piece of paper that says that it is valid for 3 years - do not know how much it holds up. Quality wise, no issues (other than that window sill issue mentioned above). Punctuality-wise no issues.

I contacted Brogan's painting for an exterior painting estimate and received a call back that night while we were not home leaving a cell number for me to call. I called Aaron the next day and he suggested coming out that evening to give an estimate, but we were not going to be home so I suggested the next afternoon. Aaron was supposed to call me back the next afternoon to tell me when he was coming out, but I have still not received a call and it has been a week. This is not good business practice.

The crew showed up each day and was of an adequate size. The project was worked on every day, including Saturday. The siding was done much quicker than I anticipated. The repair work was also good. I was impressed with the amt. of time spent prepping for paint. The owner worked along with them most of the time. The last day, Aaron showed up and we went around the house and he spotted areas that needed touch up and climbed up on the ladder and touched them up. I heartily recommend Aaron and Brogan's painting for painting, rot repair, and siding installation. He also gives a 5% Angie's list discount which ended up covering replacing the gutters for half the house which he himself arranged.

Brogan's Painting did a great job. Everything came in right on the original estimate and anything that needed to be done they did well.

Overall, I had a great experience. I will use them again for sure. I like their quality of work. They came and gave an estimate. They were able to get us in right away. They do a really good job. I rate them high overall.

Aaron and crew painted the exterior of our house two years ago and we had a great experience. I called him rather last-minute the week before spring break to see if he could work us in since my husband would be taking the week off. Aaron came out the next day to walk through and gave me an estimate. We agreed the next day and he said they could start middle of the following week. All I had to do was select paint colors! Aaron's crew is great, especially Nick, his right-hand guy who was there every day and is very personable in addition to knowing his stuff. Two or three other guys joined, depending on the day, and all were very polite and hard-working. They showed up when promised, did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, moved things back in place, put nails back in the wall for pictures, etc. I can't say enough good things. I highly recommend Brogan's Painting.

Once they started they found more rotted wood than they had initially spotted. They were quick, efficient, and did a great job! They cleaned up after themselves. It took them about 3.5 days to complete job, start to finish. They scheduled well, and caused very little disruption. We also added on some work while they were here, which they took care of. The crew was very nice and pleasant. We were very happy with the work.

I spent $3000 on the job. The job was good. They did a good job. They showed up when they were supposed to and finished when they were supposed to. I will use them again in the future.
