Description of Work: They were to clean house high and low.Dust furniture in living room,family room,master bedroom.Wash kitchen walls, appliances,cabinets. Clean fridge and stove, clean both full bathrooms including floors and movable/stationary accents. Mirrors, vanities.All floors carpet, tile, wood laminate. Includes mopping, and vacuum, sweep. Front and back door plus glass, all mirrors, dining wood table. |This experience did not go well. Its hard to rate because it was three young women doing different parts of the house. But here goes. I read some reviews first and one review mentioned a prior walk-through by a manager/woman in charge. When I requested a walk-through was told company did not do it. Women arrived little late, I did call office before they arrived. Did tell the woman in charge what needed done, she told me about a time limit. I then explained what was most important things to me. Will say woman that took care of kitchen did excellent job. Since my back went out in 2008, I've had 2 spine surgeries, so unable to do lots of necessary house cleaning chores so at times dust piles up. Along with dog hair in corners, etc. Woman in charge took care of washing down things, mirrors, dusting/ceiling fans, walls and running back outside to car for more paper towels, over and over again. She also took care of changing linen in master bedroom. Bought new mattress cover, gave her what I thought was set of sheets with pillow cases and a comforter. I found after they left I had given her instead a comforter cover in place of top flat sheet, which she could tell was not a top flat sheet even though same color, not a sheet but didn't bother to tell me. Young lady that cleaned master bathroom cleaned whole vanity, but neglected to clean the tray that holds beauty products like facial products, oral care, creams, powders, etc. Never touched by water. I have water soluble no mold or mildew, non skid puzzle piece tiles in front of vanity, bath, and toilet. But not in doorway, that needed mopping, she didn't. There came a time I had to call of to confirm exactly what they did and did not do. The woman in charge told me they "did not"usually come this far in KCMO. But add says "KCMO, JACKSON COUNTY" which is where I live. Implied this area too far East I believe is what she said. Implying the stereotypes about the "dangerous" Urban Core." What a snob! No problem leaving Johnson County to come right where I live for a night at Starlight or an elegant evening at the Swope Park Zoo. However I should have been the one thinking twice about an Olathe, KS based business and its employees in my home. I needed and wanted this service going into hospital to have hip replacement; infection is major concern. As I was saying, I keep up with what is happening in my metro area as much as possible in my profession. And I know that Olathe is the heroine capital of the metro if not the midwest. I am the one who should have been concerned here. Oh almost forgot, other bath, she scrubbed that floor but never touched either chrome table or towel stand or pedestal of sink but it was time to go.

Description of Work: The owner and two staff provided cleaning services including the refrigerator and oven. They did a great job. There were a couple small things that were missed and the owner corrected it. Everyone was pleasant. Great experience!

Description of Work: The deal that I purchased was for a deep cleaning. I have a small home and there were 3 people working. They did a great job but I it didn't go as deep as I was expecting as there were areas that were missed. Again what they did do was very well done. The only reason that I will not use them again is that I can get the same job done for a lot less money elsewhere. They were very nice and professional and I would recommend them to someone whose house is bigger where 3 people are needed to do the job.

Description of Work: The deal of the day was advertized as whole house cleaning and I purchased this service as a one-time service. Two of the three employees arrived on time and stayed until completion. They were in my home for 2 3/4 hours and did above average but I found a couple of small areas they overlooked.

Description of Work: They always show up the same day every month. We have hardwood floors through out the house and do a good job mopping these. Also they are able to shine my smooth top oven that I can never seem to get clean. Great value for the price.

Description of Work: I found Atmosphere thanks to Angie's List. I got sick and just could not do the work that I usually did with great pride. I looked at the reviews here first. Then interviewed a couple of people and decided to go with Kristie because she was from my home town and I really liked her. Her staff came and helped out with the things I could not do. They kept my spirits up and I was happy to see the home after they left. They were priced very well. They did exactly what they said they would do. They worked well with our kids and animals around. They use natural products. The home smelled amazing after they were done. They always came right on time. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and very nice hometown company. sincerely, Jo

Description of Work: Kristie is very thorough in dusting, polishing furniture, cleaning 2 1/2 bathrooms, changing master bedroom sheets. If I have papers on a surface, she will carefully dust under them leaving them so I can deal with them. She polishes the back glass doors, wipes off the attached mail box and front door. She wipes down the kitchen counters, sink, stove top, inside of the microwave, and kitchen cupboard surfaces as well as mopping the kitchen floor, bathroom floors and tiled front hallway. She vacuums the den, livingroom, diningroom and hallway carpet. Since I am older and not supposed to climb ladders any more, Kristie will change light bulbs for me.

Description of Work: I have been using this service for about a year for general cleaning (floors, counters, bathroom, etc, stuff I can not seem to get to frequently enough) and they are excellent. Even when my schedule gets crazy they are easy to work with and eager to help.
