Atmosphere House Cleaning

THE FIRST TWO TIMES THEY WERE HERE, THEY DID A GOOD JOB, BUT THE LAST TIME SHE WAS BY HERSELF AND WAS IN A HURRY, SHE WAS HERE only TWO HRS AND MISSED DOING A LOT THE AREAS THAT YOU WOULD EXPECT TO BE CLEANED, IT WAS A HIT AND MISS JOB.

Two ladies arrived promptly on time. They immediately went right to work cleaning both the 1st and 2nd floors of my house and were done in about 4 1/2 hrs. We were very pleased with the results.

They were surface cleaners, not so much deep cleaning, which is what I was wanting. But everything went fine.

They came late in the day due to them being short-handed. They called in the early morning to ask if we could reschedule due to them being short-handed. We said no, so they did come. The kitchen sink was not not cleaned very well. Most everything else was done very well. They need to work on the details, the details is what sets you apart.

Not well. I thought at first the service was pretty good, but I found that my house actually got dirtier every time they came because of the things they skipped. The owner likes to brag that she knows lots of ways to clean quickly, but she actually just doesn't do things that need to be done. I would talk to her over and over, but she just wouldn't listen, and there were some things I had to ask her to do EACH TIME she came, or they wouldn't get done. (Clean the top of the fridge, vacuum the stairs, etc.) Her people NEVER cleaned the wall and woodwork around the toilets, so that looked really bad after a couple of months. I told her I would gladly pay more to have a more thorough job done, but she just wanted to get in and out quickly without caring whether or not the house was actually clean. Used a nasty old feather duster instead of wiping shelves, and the shelves and knick knacks eventually got quite a build up of dirt. Really poor quality and unprofessional.

It went wonderfully. They did a great job. They cleaned about 1,700 sq. ft. They sent 2 ladies to do the work. They went above and beyond and cleaned more than I'd asked.

It went really well! The three people that came out did the whole house in about 2-3 hours. There were no issues with scheduling. I think the price was reasonable and I was satisfied with the quality of their work.

Atmosphere House Cleaning did a very thorough job. Everything they said they would do they did (cleaned interior of oven and refrigerator). We asked for the baseboards to be cleaned and they did it. The house looked really good.

I specifically asked the outside of all my kitchen cabinets be cleaned, ceiling fans , mirrors and planation shutters. They immediately informed me they would only do the upper level which was less that the 3500 sq ft they said they would clean. Could not do ceiling fans because that equipment was in another vehicle, The person doing the kitchen asked me if I had cleaning products. She in three hours cleaned 3 cabinet doors did not clean any of the other cabinets, backsplash or the island counter. She left the range top dirty did not touch the ref inside or out, I told them twice the mirror in the bathroom was still dirty and it still is. They moved all of my furniture to the center of the room when then cleaned the floors and left it there, pictures were at 45 degree angles. Shades and curtains were raised and opened and left that way, There was dust left, mirrors not cleaned and you can see and feel grease on the backsplash in the kitchen.

They spent a lot of time (longer than I expected), were very thorough, and the house looked great. The attention to detail was tremendous. (It was a rental and I got my entire deposit back. My landlord said she had never seen it so clean after a move-out!) They were able to clean on the exact date and time that I had requested, which was great. I used a $199 Big Deal, which was for a "whole house cleaning" and I feel like I got a great value. (They even cleaned the inside of both the oven and fridge, and also cleaned the mini-blinds.) I would definitely use them again.

I received an email from them that I am out of their service area so I am getting a refund.

Cleaners did a good job. They cleaned kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. They cleaned wood and tile fllors along with dusting all our furniture. When finished they had us inspect the work to make sure job was done to our specifications.

They did a very good job. They emailed me to confirm the time and date. They showed up promptly at that time, on the correct date. They were very friendly and polite and did a great job, the house was very clean.

A team of three people arrived as scheduled. They called about 25 minutes ahead of time to let us know they were one their way. When they arrived, we walked through the house to identify focus areas. We were preparing for a large party at the house with several overnight guests the next day. They were very understanding of what needed to be accomplished. They completed the work in approximately three hours. Covered vacuuming, dusting, mopping, blinds, a thorough cleaning of bathrooms and cleanings. It was way better than what I would have done myself. They were even able to get the spill over stains off our glass cook top that I was unable to get on my own. They paid attention to my special requests, including hand cleaning under cabinets that are open underneath. Overall, a great value and great service.

It went great! They were on time, they brought all the necessary cleaning tools, and went to work on the house right away. We had been renovating the house, so there was a pretty significant layer of construction dust throughout the house. By the time they were done, the house was sparkling. The floors looked great, the glass was crystal clear, and the appliances sparkled! I had not one complaint or hesitation about the quality of the job they did on my house. It was so great that I have now asked them to come back more regularly for ongoing cleaning! Kristy is very responsive to calls, texts, and emails. And, she is committed to her customer's satisfaction!

Kristy is a very nice lady. She tries very hard to do things the way I want them done. If I have a concern, I just tell her and she resolves it immediately. I am very glad I called her the first time and I look forward to using her service for a long time - they help me so much!

Very professional. Arrived on time. Very sweet as well. Was paying 30.00 dollars for my service each time and about the fourth time she came she finally told me that I have been giving her only 30.00 each time and not 35.00 like discussed. Didn't make me pay the difference which was nice. Would recommend.

The cleaning was ok. Two ladies came to my home, but one of them acted like she didn't care too much about the work. They were also about 20 minutes late for the appointment, but overall I am satisfied with the work.

Did not do a decent job at all. House had no furnishing so vacuuming&dusting&wiping Down cabinets was pretty much all we asked for. The blinds were still dusty&the kitchen cabinets were wiped w/ a wet cloth that had been dipped in water &did not dry which oak requires.bathroom shower had drain placed to side of opening w/gunk remaining. I should have kept the money &done its myself to begin with since I ended up doing it anyway. Would never ,ever use them again.

I guess it was okay. I think it was actually fine, to be honest I hadn't really interact much with them, they just came and did and I'd check and it's pretty much of that matter and it was nice. I think it's pretty straightforward and simple, I mean there's no problem or anything.

We have used Atmosphere on a semi-regular basis at both the houses we have owned in KC. They have always been punctual and friendly, and absolutely reasonably priced. Our biggest problem is pet hair and they always have done a good job with it. They are willing to follow instructions or make improvements for whatever our particular needs have been, and if there is a problem, they will fix it. They are the only cleaning company in the area we have used (originally came recommended by friends) but we see no reason to try anyone else.

Atmosphere House Cleaning was fine. They did a great job and punctual.

I was really disappointed with their service and I have discontinued their service; they did offer to come back and make things better, but I felt like after three attempts, they haven't got it right by and it wasn't worth my time and energy to have them back again. They do a very sub-standard job, the bathrooms were just really not cleaned, the Tamworth has been left really sticky and it looks like they had even moved anything; I have a 3000 sq ft house and then they were here maybe for about 1 hour and 20 minutes. They were worth three of them but even so, I thought that they were here so quickly and that there was no way that they were doing anything. The first time they came here they made the bed so slothfully so I had to remake them.

Went very well, two very pleasant young ladies who worked hard and got everything done in just a couple of hours, so the price was lower than I expected. Will call them next time. I would recommend.
