Description of Work: Mr. Garcia arrived on time, asked what was my specific issues and concerns. Asked me specific questions regarding pests and explained his process of indoor and outdoor perimeter treatment. After completion, he once again explained what actions he performed. I asked about a quarterly treatment plan, and he set me up for a quarterly treatment at a very reasonable price. Mr. Garcia was very professional and courteous. I look forward to continued service by this company.

The experience was ok.
Description of Work: A pest control inspection. I was asked questions regarding where I'd seen pests. He sprayed and explained to me why and how to control pests....(how to know where pest enter the home and how to spot droppings, ect.) He sprayed around the area I told himabout and asked if I wanted the perimeter sprayed and left. With companies I've dealt with in the past, it's normally no talking and a thorough spray inside and outside the house. I felt I had to point to the problem and I really didn't know. My problem wasn't a big one but I felt it had to be nipped in the bud from the beginning. The service tech was personable.

Ted was very professional, personable and prompt. However Ted and I had issues connecting either by phone or email to get a date and time arranged. Once that was done he was on time and did the job well. We did have to call Ted again to come back out as we were seeing some spiders had returned. He was courteous and resprayed the areas where we noticed the spiders

Ted was very responsive after I purchased the deal for his service. We just moved into a new house and noticed some small insects (spiders, etc) throughout the home in cracks and crevices. Ted contacted me promptly to set up a service date. He arrived and we extremely pleasant and made my wife feel very comfortable. We purchased quarterly preventative maintenance for 2013 and look forward to using Ted in the future. Highly recommended.

Mr. Garcia contacted me to set up an appointment within a day of purchasing the Big Deal. He came to our home to spray and, as we were discussing our bug issues, he informed us that we would need to have the attic fogged to effectively get rid of the silverfish. He offered to include this at no extra charge, and we rescheduled the appointment (as we needed to be out of the house when the attic was fogged). He arrived on time to the rescheduled appointment and was very patient with my husband's and my chaotic attempts to get out of his way. He was professional and courteous. I will use him again as needed.

Ted is very friendly. He really likes dogs, and gets along with our pet well. I think he has gone above and beyond. For example, he’s offered to shovel our driveway when it’s snowed. This service is done at an extra cost, but we appreciate his willingness to help. Overall, we’ve really enjoyed working with him.
