Description of Work: They performed a free examination and located several areas where mold was prevalent in my garage. They rapidly cleaned the area up, and repaired the areas that had to be taken out. These guys were all amazing and professional, if I ever have to deal with the unfortunate instance of water damage and mold, they will be a fast phone call!

Description of Work: I live out of state and have rental property in Kansas. My sump pump apparently quit working and we had heavy rain for about a week during that time. My basement took on water. I contacted Mike and he promptly went to my property the same day, dehumidified the basement, and removed the water. He was very gracious and eased my mind regarding the problem. I would use Mike again for any services I need.

Description of Work: Set up Dryer fans and started de-humidifying building. Took power water vacuums and picked up water from floor. Identified areas where water was in walls. Tore off sheet rock and disposed of wet sheet rock. pulled out wet insulation and dried struds and joists Tested for mold on and checked all electrical connections.Treated mold and painted over mold with special paint. Made sure every thing was dry and gave me complete satisfaction that water had been all removed and all possibility of mold had been treated.

Description of Work: Fast, thorough, punctual, trustworthy - an overall great experience. After finding mold on my basement walls, I received other quotes but Certified was able to complete the job in one day for the same amount of money. Actually, the cost was less after using a coupon from Angie's List. The crew was very professional and when the job was done a few of the guys even replaced the drywall for me . I am quite impressed with the help and suggestions they provided and will definitely use them again if needed. These guys are wonderful!

Description of Work: I had the gentleman from this company come to look at an area in a bedroom closet that had developed mold on one wall. He inspected the closet and a bit of the attic. He also looked at the outside of our house because we had been concerned about some areas out there as well. He quoted what seemed like a reasonable price,but we were not able to afford the services at that time. When we were ready to do the work,I called him back and left a message for him to call. I did not hear from him. I called,again, and he answered,but he was working on a job at the time and asked if he could call me back,I said,sure and asked if he wanted to take my number. He said no, he had it on his phone. I did not hear back from him that day or the next.At that point,I thought maybe he had too many jobs going at the same time. About a month went by,and I got a call one day on my cell phone. He left a message that said,he had been checking his phone messages and heard one that I had left quite awhile ago and he was trying to follow up.I have not gotten in touch with him since. I think he would do a good job,but seemed to have a little trouble keeping track of his schedule and messages.

Description of Work: They did a mold inspection and an air testing service.
