They were amazing! Fast response time and very conscientious of our home. They worked quickly to get our home back to normal and did great work.

We experienced a frozen pipe burst on Christmas Eve and actually called Chris S and his team that night. They responded that night and an entire crew was at our house first thing on the 26th to clean up our problem. Not only did they provide the mitigation work but we also used Chris and his team for the entire remodel. Chris worked with our Insurance carrier and guided us through the process (which was our first experience, so we are so grateful). We are so pleased with our finished product and the team at 911 Restoration made what was going to be an exhausting experience so much better and we really can't thank them enough. I will recommend them to anyone I can and will be my first call if we ever need are faced with anything like this again in the future. Chris and his team are first class and the work is top notch A+! Thank you!

Things were fine. Scheduling and communication were weak. Phone calls go to their answering service. Took a day off work because the crew said they'd be there at 9 for the second day of work. They didn't tell the office. The office assigned the crew to a different job. Mike from the office ended up coming over to do the work a couple hours later. Once he was done, no one told the crew they came by saw the work had been done and just left without saying anything. So my only complaint is poor communication (both internal and with me). But overall happy with the work that was done and Mike made sure things kept going when the crew didn't show, so I really appreciate them making an effort to make things happen.

It went very well. The technician was prompt in is arrival and spent a considerable amount of time checking things and educating me. There was only a minor amount of mold and he recommended a product I could purchase at the hardware store. He did find some mold in a bathroom and suggested removing the carpet in there and replacing it with tile, which we have done. He did not charge for is services. When I questioned him about this he said next time I would be sure to call them and I will.

It got done, but I'm still waiting for a written estimate.

Communication was prompt throughout the entire process. Chris was able to take care of mold growth that occurred behind our drywall and properly contain it once it was revealed. The area was cleaned up very well afterwards. No complaints. (Picture attached was 'in-progress' and shows the effort to contain any airborne mold spores)

Kent came out immediately and was so professional. He took a look and assured us that it wasn't mold and wasn't a cause for concern, and he gave us helpful tips to clean the area up. He also offered some helpful advice about some cosmetic mold on some of the exposed joists in an unfinished portion of the basement. He was responsive, kind, and didn't push any unnecessary services on us—he just gave us solid reassurances and advice. We would definitely have hired him had there been an actual problem. As a result, we will absolutely be calling him if we ever need mold/water services!
