Description of Work: Excellent service. Very responsive and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure that all the mold was cleared from my home, even beyond the basement. To do so, they left an air scrubber on the main floor of my home, just to make sure all spore were removed. It's been several months since the service, and I haven't had any recurrence. I'd use them again, without question.

Description of Work: They removed mold from basement and bathroom. Late for initial appointment, but did take 10% our bill because of it. Did a fine job with the actual job, but biggest complaint is that I could not get any type of follow-up from the company after the job was complete.

Description of Work: I had a mainline backup and as a result, a flood in my basement. Chris responded immediately and conducted the water mitigation the following day. Initially, I had reached out to Serv Pro, who my insurance had suggested, but their bid of close to $4000 sounded high. Certified Water and Mold was rated higher than Serv Pro, so I decided to call them to get a second opinion and a bid. Certified Water and Mold was less expensive and run by local professionals. They tore out and hauled away my soiled carpet, a foot of the drywall around the perimeter of my basement, and cleaned the area so that mold did not set in. They also recommended an excellent company for the "put-back." Chris worked with my insurance and the whole experience, under the unpleasant circumstances of having my basement flood, was a good one. I hope I never have to use them again, but I would recommend them to anyone who finds themselves needing this type of work done.

Description of Work: Very difficult space to analyze, reach, and fix mildew area in an older house. Once Chris got involved, the service was excellent. He was very supportive and professional. The only improvement needed was they said they had a camera device for looking into hard to reach spaces and it wasn't working .Chris more than overcame that, though. Would use Chris again.

Spent over a week coming out and making sure everything was going according to plan to salvage pad and carpet. I would highly recommend this company over others you may find on Google.

Description of Work: Located the problem, cut the wall away and cleaned up the area. I'm afraid that I don't remember the date or the cost. We felt it was very reasonable. The only thing which we were not expecting is that they do not replace the wall and finish it out. You have to find another workman to do it or finish it yourself.

Description of Work: They tore out some drywall in the basement, re-treated the whole area and re dry walled and painted it. I also had them do the same work out in the garage. However they didn’t re-dry walled the area due to my request.
