Description of Work: They did a great job of replacing my old air conditioner. They were very informative and fun to deal with. I have been using LBA for 19 to 20 years with no problems. they are honest and up front about pricing and their quotes are dead on, no surprises.

Description of Work: Replaced sewer line in front yard. It was bitter cold and the day before Thanksgiving - the guys worked long hard hours, into the dark - to get us fixed up before the holiday. They were fantastic!

Description of Work: Replaced heating elements and blowers in two hvac units. Also replaced an ac compressor and coil.

Description of Work: We've lived in this home for 2 years, the previous owners were the original owners and were here <1year. Every season since we moved here we had problems with the A/C, either going from heat to cool or back from cool to heat. We had LBA out to diagnose and fix the problem each time. It would get us thru the season but we had issues again the next season. I need to mention that they were not the company who originally installed the unit, it was our builder (Harrington) but they handled Lennox which is why we continued to call them. Every visit we had a large cost in getting our A/C to run or to convert to heat. We were told the same thing every time, it probably had a defective piece or was installed improperly. Our next door neighbors had the same problem with the same Lennox unit and the same builder. By the way, we both tried going thru the builder and he refused to do anything for either of us. We finally decided to just replace the entire A/C unit because of all the money we were spending on service calls each season. The LBA technicians were very polite, took their time fixing the issue and explaining the problem to us and our options. They also covered their shoes with booties when they came inside which I appreciated. They were not the ones who caused the problems but tried to fix it and it came down to continuing to throw out money on service calls and have an undependable unit or pay for a brand new one even though the current one was <3 years old. We chose to do that and now will have a warrenty by LBA and I trust they will stand behind their product if there are any issues. l have to report that they also gave us a credit to reimburse us for some of the costs of the service calls we had previously paid for and we appreciated that but I still gave a "C" for price because I didnt think we should have had any problems to start with considering it was a Lennox unit. Again, this wasnt a problem that was caused by LBA, we believe it was caused by whoever originally installed it for our builder or it was a unit that was defective from the beginning. Although Rusty was really great and helpful, I'm hoping we will only see him for routine checks from now on. I would recommend LBA to anyone needing service with their A/C or heating.
