I think they did a great job and were very professional. I was pleased with my services; they did an excellent job. I was impressed with their work and eagerness to get the job done!

I called two other places before I called LBA. No other company could come out for at least two days and I knew it was going to get warmer the following day. An incredibly polite woman greeted me on the phone and even though I was a new customer, she vowed to get me in later that afternoon. She couldn't promise an exact time, but they would call me with lead time and would get to me even if it was after 5 or 6pm. Rusty showed up around 3pm - well before I expected him, which was wonderful. He was very careful to put socks on before stepping in the house and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He was very thorough in cleaning the A/C and took his time talking to me about the age of our furnace and A/C and what to expect from them in the following year. I signed up for a service agreement with LBA and am much happier with the response and service I received from them compared to the company I used for the past couple of years.

They pointed out a lot of things that might need repaired and to keep an eye on.

It went well and took them about 4 hours to do all the work. They had to come back and fix a leak in the new utility sink pipe.

They have great customer service, have tried others but none like them. They work on Saturday which is plus.

Job 1: I called at 7:30 in the morning to request a service call at one of my rental units with A/C unit not cooling. The tech arrived shortly after 9 AM the same morning and discovered that the capacitor on the outside unit was not functioning. He had the part with him, changed it out, checked the "Freon", temperature of the cool air coming out duct work and washed the outside coils with hose. He was done in about 1 Hr. Excellent service on one of the hottest days this summer. Was over 100 F. that afternoon. Job 2: The tech cleaned everything out by hand and also washed it all with a hose. Probably took close to an hour to clean it up. Good luck for me that was all it took and I was only changed for an A/C tune up. LBA came through again on short notice in 95+ heat. As this type of cleaning is not exactly a tenants job I will now have my usual maintenance man take off that housing at least once a year to check for build up of clippings.

Very well. He was on time and traced the leak to it's cause and fixed it and was gone in less than an hour. There has been no more sign of any plumbing problem.

We were very very satisfied. A week later they sent out someone to check on the work and answer any questions. I'm very very happy with them. The laid a cloth on the floor to walk over when removing the old furnace.

I have referred several friends to LBA and still do.

It's been 7 years since LBA installed my steam boiler, but I don't think Angie's List even existed then. Ever since then, I have used LBA for all my plumbing needs and to check the boiler every year. They did a professional job and always do. They really know their steam, and it's hard to find many people these days who do know steam. They keep my radiators humming along and not banging. Additionally, their work on my plumbing has been excellent. They installed a hot water heater for me later on and it runs great as well. The guys are respectful and explain what they're doing, even though when it comes to steam heat I don't understand what every little gizmo is for. I just know when a radiator bangs and they change out the gizmo, it starts working and quits banging.

The fencing project was performed on a timely basis and very professionally.

The installation, follow up, financing, timeliness were flawless;I purchased top of the line equipment and received top of the line service.

I called early on a Saturday morning. I had no hot water and there was water on the floor under the water heater. They sent someone within a couple of hours. He took about 30 seconds to look at it and said I needed a new water heater and that it would cost $980. I paid $40 for his service call and sent him on his way. I called other plumbers and they quoted between $625 to $675 to do the job.

Job 1: I have used LBA for several years and they consistently provide good service for the money. They are not the cheapest or the most expensive, but all of their technicians I have used are professional and knowledgeable. I have used them for several plumbing repairs, HVAC repairs and replacement of a central air conditioner and furnace. In short, an excellent company. Job 2: They didn't carry the same type of parts that were replaced because they only carry all brass parts that last much longer. As usual, their plumber was prompt, very polite, and worked quickly. We received a 10% discount because we have a maintenance agreement with LBA for our HVAC system.

THESE GUYS DO EXCELLENT WORK - I HAVE A 2 YEAR SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THEM - THIS TIME THE LBA GUY CAME OUT FOR INSPECTS AND TO DO ROUTINE MAINTENANCE ON THE FURNACE, INCLUDING CHECKING FOR CARBON MONOXIDE EMISSION. HE WAS ON TIME, THOROUGH, POLITE, AND CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. TYPICAL LBA SERVICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY - THEY HAVE KEPT BY FURNACE AND AC RUNNING GREAT.

THE GUYS WERE TIMELY, PROFESSIONAL, AND POLITE. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. COULDN'T ASK FOR MORE.

WE HAVE BEEN USING LBA FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE ON OUR FURNACE AND AC FOR THE PAST FOUR OR FIVE YEARS. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON-TIME AND DO A THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL JOB. LBA'S FURNACE/AC SERVICE CONTRACTS ARE ALSO FAIRLY PRICED, AND WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK.

CAME OUT IN A TIMELY MANNER AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB OVERALL.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND THOROUGH AND ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS.

THEY WERE QUICK TO RESPOND WHEN THE A/C WENT OUT. THE TECH WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS.

IT WAS EASY TO SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT AND GET THEM HERE WHEN IT WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME.

LBA HANDLED THE JOB THE RIGHT WAY. OUR HOUSE IS WARM.

THEY WERE VERY DEPENDABLE. VERY NICE MAN. ON TIME AND EASY TO WORK WITH.

THESE HVAC GUYS ARE VERY GOOD AND ALL PROFESSIONAL, HOWEVER JUST A TAD BIT HIGH IN PRICES.
