Office called to update me as they were running late due to emergency call. This was not a problem. Sean was professional and friendly, answered all my questions during a camera inspection and augured my drain line. Cleaned up area after the work finished. Took information and photos to provide bid for another repair in the future. Will be my plumbing company now.

They were great! Completed the job on time. I am really grateful.

They redid some ductwork so it wouldnâ  t be so warm in the room right above the furnace and cold in the rest of the house.

My air conditioner just stopped working one day after I came home from work. I called De Hart Plumbing because this company was highly recommended. Kurtis was professional and very knowledgeable! He asked me a few quick questions and had a feeling what the problem was. Kurtis fixed my AC in about 10 minutes. If I ever have a problem again I will definitely call this company.

We had an emergency pipe repair after we couldn't get the problem fixed ourselves. We had the water shut off for all of one afternoon to the next morning. Called on a Saturday morning and they were at our home in about 30 minutes. Problem fixed in short order. Wonderful, friendly & prompt service by Mr. Butler.

Air conditioning works and they were able to come right out to fix it. They even made a trip back out when I had other concerns about the A/C

This company's professionalism is top notch. I had them come out and check my furnace, to ensure it was ready for the winter. Every thing was explained thoroughly (procedures to be performed and charges) when I set up the appointment and also reviewed again when technicians arrived. They also checked and serviced my water heater (this was a pleasant, unexpected plus). Since my experience with Dehart was so positive, I decided to sign up for their annual service plan. I'll have them come out and check the air conditioner in the spring. A very good experience!!!

Technician installed new tub/shower fixtues. He replaced the valve, did a very good job. Tech also replaced vanity fixture, which became clogged with calcium. He was unable to get the clog out, left without finishing the installation, charged me for the work, recommended I try to return as defective. I was able to unclog new fixture and installed it myself.

This company is truly top notch. I���ve used Henton a few times and Standard plumbing a few times and let me tell you my experience with De Hart is on a whole other level of professionalism and quality. My A/C was not working so I decided to call De Hart because of all the great online feedback from other customers. Like before with the other companies they found the A/C was low on refrigerant. Before they started racking up charges they stopped and talked with me about a few different options for a repair. Unlike the other companies (who just added refrigerant left and billed me) De Hart gave me a price to simply add the refrigerant and a price to not only add refrigerant but also find the leak with a fancy detector they had and offer a permanent solution to the issue. I opted for the second option to find the leak as well as add the refrigerant. They found my indoor coil was leaking then took the time to discuss options for a future permanent replacement so every year I don���t need to deal with this. After talking with my wife, 3 months later we decided to get a complete heat and A/C replacement. Again these guys were awesome! Every time someone came into my home they had shoe covers, lined my floor with drop clothes, great manners and they have an internal quality control system in place. Once Martin and Sean (the two gents who spent all day installing my new system) were complete, Lawrence the Owner stopped by to inspect the install and personally thank me for our business. Shortly after Code service came by for the city inspection and everything went perfect. I will never call another plumbing or HVAC business again. Only De Hart From here on.
