We have been (VIP) customers for years and I can only recommend this company for any repairs, maintenance, etc. Anthony and Derek were very friendly and did awesome work for the furnace check and ensuring our sump pump works properly! Repairs / upgrades will be quoted and verified with the customer. Work is efficient and again, very respectful and friendly technicians. We highly(!) recommend this company to anyone in the area!

The two techs ryan and jason did a great job installing the furnace and air conditioning. They were on time, removed the old system , and fully explained the new system. The techs removed the old system and installed the new in a day. Would highly recommend for all heating, air conditioning and plumbing .

Kurtis came by this afternoon to replace our leaky shower faucet head. He was great. Scott also came by this afternoon to replace the control on our furnace. He was just okay, however it wasnâ  t his fault, bless his heart, he had the wrong part. 5 stars for everybody !!! ð  Â

From the coordination of the service by the telephone calls from the scheduling team, the updates as the team arrived so we could plan our day and the time on site to a minimum with clean efficient work being completed. Ryan Best was the service man who came to my house. He was awesome: friendly, knowledgeable, explained everything very clearly. Delightful to work with!

Ryan came out to fix our hot water heater due to it leaking. It ended up having to be replaced. Thankfully we had De Hart put it in originally so it was under warranty. Ryan did a superior job of putting removing the old one and putting in the new one. He has outstanding customer service and skill. De Hart is an excellent company and I highly recommend them.

Last year my wife and I were devastated by the Labor Day flood. Among other things, we ended up having to replace our furnace. We used de Hart (Those at the office are always uniformly courteous and pleasant.) for the first time. They sent a technician named Ryan Best do the work. Here in our new location, we had a plumbing issue and, using American Home Shield who chooses the company, coincidentally we got de Hart again. I thought that Mr. Ryan Best being one of their HVAC specialists would not be called upon to do pipe plumbing-type of work; so I was very pleasantly surprised to see Mr. Best at my door. Mr. Best is neat in his person while being professional, courteous and friendly in his manners. And what I admire most of all is his ability to share a joke or witticism with me without losing his awareness of his professional duties. I admire that quality in anyone; said characteristic being a bit rare among professional folk. I told him the issue and my concerns. He made the right diagnosis; called the office to initialize their working with american home shield; got the green light, and got to work. (Let me say here, that he had to go in and out of the house several times, and each time took off/put on booties so as not to track mud, that he had to dig around in, into our house. And when he was leaving he saw a small dirt clod on our porch, and very conscientiously wiped it off.) But first he told me in understandable and pertinent detail what he was going to do and how he would do it. In sum he: turned off the water to the house; dug a hole 4 - 4.5 ft deep to the main water line (by hand mind you); vacuumed out the water line; and cut out the old crimped copper pipe. Coming inside, he cut out a piece of wood to make room for the new elbow; then put in a new section of line with a new valve! When he was done with that, he turned the water back on, and checked and listened for leaks, and checked and listened again--AND ALL THIS WORK IN LESS THAN THREE HOURS!! His work is highly skilled and very efficient. I have worked with several of de Hart's specialists, and they have all been very fine people and workers; but if you're fortunate enough to have Ryan Best, he's BEST of all!!! (sorry couldn't resist.) I am very happy to recommend de Hart plumbing and Mr. Best without any reservations whatsoever. 9.26.19

Very god service from start to finish.

De Hart Plumbing installed a new Central Heating and Air Conditioning system including duct work in my 114 year old home. They also did some other work including the installation of a natural gas line for my kitchen range for my newly remodeled kitchen. These guys are the real-deal from start to finish, and a breath of fresh air in what is too-often a disappointing contractor experience. The entire project is neat, clean, and exquisitely efficient. They are a hard-working team of professionals and absolute master tradesmen. They were incredibly respectful of me, my family, and my home. The Champion HVAC System is really nice and compact, and made in Kansas! Love that! I have a second hvac unit in my home, sadly installed before De Hart was in business, and now I can't wait until it craps out so I can have De Hart replace the nightmare that it has been the past 10 years. So, yes, I'll hire them again, recommend anyone needing their services hire them as well. They are busy, there may be a wait, but totally worth it!

We had a clog in the main line and the blockage was causing the water to not drain properly and actually back up into the basement drains. We were able to call them in the morning and someone came out by 2 p.m. for a small surcharge. Problem was solved, much to our great relief. Sean was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Weâ ve used this business in the past, and wouldnâ t hesitate again.

The team not only cleaned our dryer vent, but also installed a new kitchen faucet and did the annual inspection on our heating system. They are alway friendly and professional. We have used DeHart and in the past and will continue to use them in the future. They are the best. Thanks Sean.
