Description of Work: I purchased the Deal for a Precision Tune-up, Cleaning, & 1 lb of refrigerant, but the service tech found that we need to replace the entire A/C and furnace units themselves. Therefore, this coupon for services wasn't anything that could be used nor will be used while the units are under the manufacturer's 10-yr warranty. Please refund to me the full $99 as soon as possible. Thank you.
