Description of Work: They installed an HVAC duct work and zone hearing system and did some rough in plumbing. They tried connecting the zone system into concrete using regular drywall Molly's and it fell off the wall (go figured). Luckily it wasn't damaged and they did come back and reinstall it with tapcons (the way it should have been done). They also tried to install one less cold air return and didn't tape the trunk joints like originally quoted. They did come back and fix that too. The plumber (different guy I think named Doug was the most rude contractor I've ever used. Then they backed out of coming back to do the finish plumbing work. | |Hopefully others won't have the same experience I had.

Description of Work: They add refrigerant to my AC system. They work performed was great. We were not happy with the professionalism of the technician. The technician did not respect our personal space and would walk in the house without knocking first.

Description of Work: They did a cooling check and put some freon in our air conditioner. It was a great price for the service. My only frustration was that I made a note to fill the freon if it needed more, and they only put in the coupon amount and left. But overall I was pleased.
