Description of Work: Two polite young men from Top Notch arrived on time and installed a basic, entry-level 40-gallon water heater. The plumbing work is professional and pretty neat (I would have cleaned up the sweated joints a little more but that has nothing to do with function). I paid an additional $155 for the installation of a new shut-off valve. While the valve was a little pricey, overall a good value and a good experience.

Description of Work: Our air conditioner wasn't working correctly so we first called another company that had serviced it previously. The tech told us it was the condenser and that we should just buy a new unit. I did some checking and found that Top Notch offered a free 2nd opinion, so I gave them a call. After looking our AC over, the Top Notch tech found that some wiring was crossed (we think the first tech did this by mistake when he took the AC apart) and that the unit only needed an inexpensive part. He got us up and working in no time and for much less than buying a brand new unit.

Description of Work: They replaced our furnace humidifier. Everything went smoothly. Best of all, no surprises or out of scope charges. The service technician explained how to operate and maintain the unit. He was even able to squeeze me in to do furnace inspections on our two furnaces at a reasonable price. Again, no surprises.

Description of Work: They came in and installed the whole house humidifier in less than 2 hours. They were very professional, explained everything, and left the house spotless, like they'd never been there. We will be using them in the future for any other heating and cooling needs.
