TOP NOTCH DID A GREAT JOB, AS USUAL!!! THEY REMOVED AND REPLACED THE OLD AIR CONDITIONER AND THE OLD FURNACE. FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE, THEY REPLACED SOME OF THE GAS LINE TO THE HOT WATER HEATER TO MAKE IT BETTER AROUND THE FURNACE AND TO BRING IT UP TO CODE. THE PURCHASE ALSO CAME WITH A FREE YEAR OF SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE, WHERE TOP NOTCH WILL COME IN AND CHECK THE SYSTEMS IN THE FALL AND THE SPRING. WITH THE DISCOUNT THAT THEY OFFERED, THE AVAILABLE REBATE, AND THE TAX CREDIT THAT WE WILL RECEIVE ON THE HIGH ENERGY EFFICIENT UNITS, WE WERE ABLE TO GET A MUCH BETTER QUALITY SYSTEM THAN WE WERE ORIGINALLY PLANNING ON. THE TOP NOTCH TECHNICIANS ARE ALWAYS VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. EVEN THOUGH THE INSTALLATION THREW A FEW CURVEBALLS, THEY HAD THE EQUIPMENT THAT THEY NEEDED TO HANDLE THE CONTINGENCIES. EVEN THOUGH THE INSTALLATION TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN THEY HOPED, THEY STUCK WITH IT AND DID A THOROUGH CLEANUP IN THE AREA AS WELL. OVERALL, AN A+!

They were very professional and they explained everything to us so that we understood. The price is for a check up on our furnace and air conditioner.

Company did a great job. The first technician came out on a Sunday evening at no additional charge and indicated we needed a new compressor. As a policy, they send a second technician out in this case to give a second opinion. We needed a new unit and it was installed in about 4 hours as they indicated. Technicians were professional and courteous.

Very good service, very timely. You can contact them 24 hours a day and usually if I call them about something they're out the same day or the very next day. Reasonably inexpensive - not cheap by any means, but not expensive either - you pay for what you get.

This was my first experience with Top Notch and I was very pleased. They came the same day I called and were very professional and nice. They showed up on time, found the problem quickly gave me the exact cost of the repair up-front. I couldn't be happier with their service. From making the appointment with Kim to Larry, the technician, both very "Top Notch"!

Got out same day. Did good job and explained work. Signed up for continuing maintenance. The guy who came out, Larry, was excellent to work with. No effort to make repairs that did not need to be made. Because we did a continuing maintenance agreement, there was no charge for service call.

Mark and Dean were the technician's who did the work. They worked from start to finish and did a excellent job. They were professional, polite and cleaned everything up when finished. Mark made sure I knew how to use the thermostat before he left. Dean did most of the sheet metal work and it looks great.

They were very considerate in calling me on the day of the appointment to let me know that they were running late. When Dean arrived, he was very professional. He took the time to show me a few things about the system and how to make it operate more efficiently. Did a very complete check and clean on the system. Dean was very courteous and friendly.

TIM CHECKED OUR HEATING SYSTEM, CLEANED THE INTERIOR OF THE FURNACE, CHECKED THE HUMIDIFIER TO ENSURE IT WAS WORKING OK, LEFT A REPLACEMENT FILTER, CHECKED THE SYSTEM FOR CARBON MONOXIDE. HE INFORMED THE SYSTEM WAS IN FINE WORKING ORDER. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TOP NOTCH TO ANYONE.

NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE SUNDAY MORNING VISIT. REPAIR PEOPLE WERE VERY POLITE AND THOROUGH. OVERALL, VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.

DEAN YOUNGER CAME OUT TO GIVE ESTIMATE FOR NEW UNIT AND TO MAKE A SERVICE CALL ON OLD. DID NOTHING FOR THE SERVICE CALL, BUT CHARGE $89 FOR SERVICE. SAID THE COMPRESSOR WAS SHOT. SUBSEQUENTLY, FOUND THAT HE HAD DISCONNECTED ALL WIRES IN THE UNIT. GAVE QUOTES FOR UNITS WHICH WERE TOO BIG FOR MY HOUSE. SAID I NEEDED A 5 TON AC WHEN IN FACT A 3.5-4 WOULD SUFFICE.

CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN TERMS I COULD UNDERSTAND. ABLE TO FIX THE HEAT SAME DAY. VERY PROFESSIONAL. PROMPT. COURTEOUS.

EDDIE WAS THE TECH THAT WORKED WITH US. VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. KEPT US IN THE LOOP ON ALL HE WAS DOING. VERY,VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SO IS THE COMPANY. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
