Everything went well! I had also scheduled a furnace maintenance and cleaning with them for the same day. They did a great job!

Everything went great. The tech showed up promptly, performed the replacement quickly (even though the design of the furnace had evolved since our modal was installed and required lots of rewiring), and everything is back to normal.

They showed up on time, didn't make a mess, checked to make sure furnace was working properly, easy job and I was pleased with it.

The office phoned to let us know the service technicians were on their way the morning of our scheduled service. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and explained the process to us. They were courteous and professional. They worked efficiently and when they were done they vacuumed up the small amount of debris that fell on the floor when they cleaned the vent covers with the air hose. They also showed us what they collected in their canister that collected the dirt and dust from the ducts. We were very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to call Top Notch again for future needs.

Our carbon monoxide detector went off and the fire department told us to turn off our furnace. Top Notch had done our maintenance on our old system. We called on Friday morning and had someone out to our house by noon to look over everything. Sales rep had a space heater at her house and offered for us to use it for the weekend until they could put in the new furnace on Monday. We also purchased an air conditioner as well. Sales rep came back later that evening with her space heater for us to use. It was a life saver as we had the coldest weekend. Service men that installed everything were very good. They cleaned up all their mess and were very friendly. They showed us how to use our new thermostat and told us to call if we had any questions. Furnace was installed first and the air conditioner was installed the next day! We had a phone call a couple days later to make sure everything was working and to make sure we were satisfied. Excellent service all the way around.

It went pretty well. They showed up on time and stayed until the work was completed. They had to leave to get a piece of sheet metal to repair a hole left in the ductwork, but returned and completed the job.

Overall this service went great and we as very happy with Top Notch Heating. Would use them agin.

The work was performed while I was on a conference call for work. The service tech reviewed the status of the furnace with me after the inspection. We did not discover anything that needed action with the exception of replacing the furnace filter in a couple of weeks.

It was a good deal. They came on time for the appointment. They were very cooperative. I would use them again.

Larry was great! I had purchased an Angie's list coupon for furnace cleaning. He did not rush even though I had the discounted price, and was very thourogh in explaining the condition of my furnace and what I should do to maintain for longer life. He explained the maintenance agreement option, but was not pushy about purchasing it, which I really appreciated. Will definatly use Top Notch again in the future!

Scheduled in short order, in fact arrived early. But I was a bit disappointed on how quick the furnace inspection went. He was done in less than 30 minutes. Not sure it was very thorough. Guess you get what you pay for.

bought an Angie's list deal for two humidifiers to be installed in my heating system. They immediately called to schedule, quick availability and great installation services. The installer went over everything with me on how to set them up and maintain them and made sure I had all the contact information for any questions/service. Great experience!!

I purchased an air duct cleaning coupon offered by Top Notch for $199 and called in the beginning of October to make an appointment. A service date couldn't be scheduled till November 29th, and to be honest I was a little disappointed it was such a long wait but I'm sure the coupon created a lot of business for them. The morning of the 29th they had some difficulty finding my house, somehow they didn't have the correct address and were about an hour late as a result. Once they arrived they got to work and did a very thorough job. It took longer than I had imagined but I was very pleased with how polite, professional and nice the two guys both named Tom were! I have a newborn baby and they were very considerate in trying to keep the noise as minimal as possible! I also purchased a pack of air filters from them and they were definitely less expensive then buying them individually at a store. Overall I am very satisfied with the work they did and will definitely call them if I need air duct cleaning in the future.

The men were very professional and cleaned upafter themselves. They explained to my wife what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. There was an extra charge for additional air ducts (the package was limited to 12 ducts) and they explained that as well and gave us the option to do or not do those extra ducts. They showed my wife how much dirt they removed from the ducts. The even cleaned up our lint pipe for no extra charge. We were very happy with the experience.

Once he explained what was involved, I decided it was not something that I needed to have done. Also, the cost would have been twice the cost of the deal, because of the number of vents that I have. Some of the vents would have also involved having them removed from the wall. He was very professional and very thorough in his explanation.

It went as expected and at the quality that I expect

The workman was on time, pleasant, and seemed to know what he was doing. He took adequate tme to properly install the humidifier. He gave us instructions on how to adjust it to changing needs of humidity in the future. We gave him the num ber showing that the service had been paid for. It was a good experience and hour humidity comfort level is better.

It was an overall great experience

No work was ever done. We called and gave them our address and they said we were out of their service area.

Overall very good. Only irritation was that there were a good number of screws laying around on the floor after they closed the ducts.
