I bought the Big Deal but didn't schedule the work because of my travel schedule.

After I purchased the deal, I called to make sure they would remove the mold we knew we had. The person I talked to said she thought they could but asked for pictures to be sent to make sure they could. Before we could send the pictures, another person called to tell me they do not remove mold. So we agreed I should request a refund from Angie's List. In hindsight, I should have called them before I bought the deal. Everyone was very polite just not able to help our situation.

I originally bought the deal for a whole house duct cleaning as they hadn't been cleaned in two years & I have two dogs. They inspected various ducts around the house & said that my ducts were actually very clean & that I didn't need to have them cleaned-it would be a waste of my money. I had also been thinkng of having an A/C & furnace inspections as that hadn't been done since I bought the house 2 years ago & both A/c & furnace are about 10 yrs old. They converted my coupon into a/c & furnace inspection schedule. They inspected the furnace that day but had to cme back for the A/C inspection as it had begun to rain while they were inspecting the furnace. We made a follow up appt. for the A/c inspections & they arrived promptly- both appointments. They explaind & reviewed everything with me in a clear & concise manner which was greatly appreciated as I dont know very much about A/c or furnaces.

There was just a little hiccup when I purchased the deal. I received an email thanking me for the purchase but unfortunately I was out of the service area (I live in south KC). There was nothing about refunding my money or sorry for the inconvenience. I called and talked to Joi and she was able to get the installation scheduied. Some good advice would be to check with the vendor to be sure they service your area before making a purchase. Installation went great. Tim and Tom were on time and had the job done quickly. And that included fixing a leak and removing the old tank that wouldn't drain.

Technician arrived as scheduled, very respectful spent adequate time checking inside and out for our units condition. Always wore shoe covers when inside of our hom. Becky the girl that set up the appointment was also very respectful and helpful.

They called to say they were coming. They were very personable, professional and I felt good about them being in my home. Sometimes you are not comfortable with all contractors or their installers. They installed, hauled away old tank, explained to me about the new tank and the controls. They stated I would no longer need my insulation cover used on older tank. Todays hot water heaters have been improved in their insulation. The installer also hung a support for my hot water pipe as a courtesy. That was not required for the installation. I will have them do my HVAC tune-ups, etc. on my current furnace and a/c unit. They do a number of services.

I purchased a big deal from them. They were polite in telling me that they do not service my area.

The man did a good job. He was on time, service wass as described. Everything went fine.

They were polite on the phone and extremely efficient in setting up an appointment. Once the provider arrived, he told me what his plan was for installation and went right to work.

They were great. They did air duct cleaning. They were scheduling out a couple of months but I told them if they had a cancellation I would love to have them sooner and they had a cancellation so they came sooner. They were neat and fairly fast. They were flexible with their scheduling. They did a good job.

Contacting Top Notch took several attempts. The first available date for service was three months out. The reason we wanted air duct cleaning was we had purchased a new house, my son has severe allergies, and we wanted the ducts cleaned before moving in. If I had known the wait time was so long, I would not have purchased the service, but would have gone with another company. But aside from the long wait, the service was good.

The tech showed up on time and checked the air conditioner and did the tune-up and cleaning. He spend time explaining everything to me and in fact I have signed up with this company to have them do my twice a year tune-up and cleaning. Very Happy.

It went exceedingly well, they got here when they said they would.

I believe we were using a GroupOn coupon but I am not sure. I am sure everything worked out great.

Julie in the office was a joy to deal with when setting up the appointment. Larry came on time to do the HVAC work and, because we had just moved into the house, was very helpful explaining how the heating and cooling systems work. Doug came to do the plumbing portion (resetting a loose toilet). Very pleasant to deal with both gentlemen. Highly recommend Top Notch!

I used them on 6/20/13. His name was sorry and I reaaly liked him. He was up front with me about evetything. He replaced two things outside and I paid $339. He was real friendly, he was straight forward, he showed me everything. He explained all the, everything that was wrong and everything, he took me downstairs and he showed me what was wrong. It was an old unit but he said these old ones are really good and he liked it and its alright. But outside there were tubes, something was starting to leak. I don't, know if it was the converter, I can't remember what he told me and he replaced those two things. He said he didn't have too but they didn't, quite measure up to, he had a little guard that he was testing thing s on and they didn't, quite measure up and I said go ahead and replace them and he did, I liked him and I would call him again too. I really liked them I will give them all A's straight across the board. I would use them in the future again and I would ask for Larry.

It was fine. It was great! They did a good job. It did help. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. I thought they were polite and efficient. The price was great and the offer was good!
