The company showed up and informed that the work can not be done because there is no access. I happen to have need for adding supply ducts in our basement. I asked them if they can apply the coupon ($249) to the new work and I will pay the difference. They agreed and they scheduled time to come and do the work. The date/time was 10/28 from 1:00- 5:00 pm. In the morning of 10/28, I contacted the company and confirmed our appointment (I work at a hospital and leaving my job is not easy as it involves patients treatment) I left my job and waited for them. at 3:00 pm on 10/28, they called and informed me that they are not coming and gave very lousy excuse). I regret that I wasted time and took time off, I could have gotten a different contractor and the work would have been completed.

The work was done as promised.

It was okay. The machine wasn't truck-mounted which was what I was assuming from what I've read. It was some portable thing that they set up in my basement and then they had to plug it out to my outlet to use it. Not only did he do that but he plugged up a drill that he was not using in another plug of mine so I didn't really too much care for that. I've had it done before on another house and I just didn't feel like they did the job that they should have done because I kind of still have that situation going on in my ducts. It looked like they just vacuumed it out with a hose from the intake. The last place did a lot more, they put deodorizer and it was just a lot more. When I went behind them in one of the ducts that I was constantly smelling things in and it was still filthy. They didn't do that much of a good job.

They installed a water heater and they had a lot of work to do because it was old and heavy. They worked efficiently and did a good job. We were very happy with the results.

The Big Deal for furnace duct cleaning was purchased online. An appointment for service was made by a call to the company. On the date scheduled for the duct cleaning, a serviceman came in and looked at the furnace and the surroundings and realized that he would not be able to perform the service satisfactorily because the surface area of the furnace was too small for his equipment and also, no trunk line from the furnace could be located. Therefore, he was unable to perform the service. He was polite and told me that we could receive a refund because they were unable to clean the ducts.

They are very over priced. They have about 60% mark-up on there parts. They gave us a quote of $580.00 to replace our air conditioner motor. My husband ended up getting the part himself for less than $100.00. It took him an hour to replace. I will use a smaller outfit in the future. They're a little to proud of there work. I would recommend getting several bids before hiring this company.

Technician was on time and did an excellent job on the insatllation. He gave me some tips on controlling the air flow in the house when I told him about the problem we had with the upstairs being too hot or too cold.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was really good. I strongly recommend them. They were good. I did buy a membership from them so they can come back to do a furnace check up. They called me to make an appointment for the next day. It was really quick. They were excellent.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for $599 to replace my old water heater. The work went smoothly. I was very pleased with the quality of work and the technician even replaced my water shut-off valve at no additional cost due to the old one being corroded and not functioning. An excellent value. The time was quickly scheduled by Top Notch and when the day came, the team was on time. I didn't realize that the way they cleaned the ducts they only use pressured air, not some kind of agitator that stirs the dust up. I suppose pressured air is fine but is it the best way to go? I'm not sure. I just think of a car wash, some are 'touch-less' and some have those swirly rags that touch the car, that's about the only comparison i can think of. At any rate, they were nice enough and were out by mid-day when they arrived early in the morning. Good: We moved to a new house and wife has less allergies now inside. Problems: 1) The van they parked on my drive way leaked oil. Mind you, i do have oil spots on my driveway but dont want others to add to them. 2) When they remove the vent covers, they do make a mess and thats part of the cleaning. They do any okay job of cleaning up after themselves but we still had to revacuum many places 3)That evening after they left, we noticed the upstairs was hotter than usual but the A/C was running fine. Apparently they moved the 1st floor dampener and didnt get it back in the right spot so all the cool air was mainly going to the first floor. When i called the 24 hr line a technician callled me back but said he was swamped so we had a hot night and had to wait for the same crew to come back the next day (midday after their scheduled appointments) to fix their error.

No complaints. They came in and performed the work on-time and without making any mess. We'd use them again.

It worked out just fine. They did a really good job. It was a really good deal. It was great.

Replaced fan and hose. It's a very old unit so this was just a temporary fix until I could replace the unit which I did last fall.

Arrived on time and did a great job servicing our air conditioner. We were having a small plumbing emergency at the moment and the serviceman came to our aid with the problem which we really appreciated. We noticed that the air conditioner was cooling better after the service and we are having them come back to service the heater later in the fall.
