They did a fine job.? It was a special for a furnace.? I give them a B on everything.? They have up front pricing and they did what they said they were doing to do.? It took them about the amount of of time they said.? It took them about a day and that's what they said it would take. Cleanliness was fine.

I have had them out several times and they always come same day, even if it's a Sunday and there's no extra charge. They are always reasonable and honest and polite. Love this company.

We needed an air conditioner installed before going on vacation. Top Notch made special arrangements to have the air conditioner installed before we left.

They were great. They were pretty quick about getting back to me and scheduling to come out. The guys were really nice. When everything was said and done you couldn't even tell they had been in the house. I paid them an extra $50 for the 50 gallon water heater because the deal included a 40 gallon tank. The up-charge was very reasonable and highly competitive. They were very respondent to the purchase, the phone call, and to wanting to upgrade. They were just a class act.

Two men arrived a few minutes early, reviewed the location of the water heater and measured for space. After that, I left the basement and within 2 hours they had completed the job and cleaned up any water and debris. They wore booties over shoes so nothing was tracked into the house - our yard was pretty soggy from this rainy weather. The price was very good due to a special and they were very personable gentlemen. We will use again. This was our second time. First was duct cleaning last year.

Very well. Technician adjusted system so more heat would flow downstairs and not be so hot upstairs. Also let us know about a part that should be replaced soon.

The installer showed up on time, was courteous, cleaned up after himself, and did a good job. The new heater seems to work great. Our old unit was 15 years old and still working but the new one puts out hotter water at a lower setting, so I expect it will be more efficient. I really appreciated the service and the price.

Great! The tech was running a bit late, but, I got a call from their main office letting me know. He left a few things out of place, but, for the most part he cleaned up after himself.

Great service, timely and did a good job of cleaning up the work area

I purchased the Angie's List deal for an AO Smith water heater, after the water heater was installed I found out a Stat water heater was installed, I discovered this on my own. When I told the installer that I bought and paid for an AO Smith he told me they were out of them. I was contacted by the owner and offered a replacement or an extended warranty, I accepted the extended warranty but have not received it yet. I would not recommend a Stat water heater.

It was fine. Top notch was "top notch".

Wifi thermostat proved to be a challenge. Required a second visit but they were responsive - we were very pleased and will use them again.
