We have actually used them for years so I would say it’s pretty much what we expected. We just had a really good ongoing at that time to so that make it work. Nice guys. I think the last time we used them that was November. I don’t remember my husband is in charge with that stuff. We feel they are fair. We moved a lot we just feel they’re fair.

The team removed the old 60-gallon water heater and installed a new 40-gallon heater. It required finding a way to boost the new heater up about six inches so that it could connect with the pipes for the larger heater, and they did a nice job of identifying a solution. The team was nice and professional, they cleaned up, the water heater works just fine, and it was an Angie's List special, so the price was excellent. After they left, I found myself wishing that I had asked them to walk me through what I needed to do to maintain the water heater. I'll read the instruction manual, but sometimes it's easier to be shown. That's something they might offer to do for customers that I would think many would appreciate.

It was fine. They came when they said they would. They were on time. They did what they said they were going to do. We were happy with it. We bought an upgrade for a larger sized water heater than what was on the "Big Deal" so we paid extra.

I was without heat and they came within 2 hours to fix my furnace. They did a good job.

Used a Angie's List coupon for a whole house humidifier. Excellent deal! A very nice gentleman Came in home and removed old humidifier replaced with new and rerouted thermostat panel so that it could be viewed in better light. Also replaced our thermostat for the house heating system. Very professional very clean and well mannered. Highly recommend this company!

I purchased Angie's List special for furnace check-up.I wasn't home when service was performed. They called my wife to set up appt and were here when expected. They wre courteus and professional. I have a 20 year old furnance and they didn't try to upsell.Gave us assurance that unit was still good and provided a discount coupon for A/C cleaning in the Spring. I will use them again.

It went well. He was on time and did a good job. He told me exactly what I needed. He inspected the unit inside the house and outside the house. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

I paid it for 2 years. They are prompt when they come and they give a good thorough job looking at stuff, and telling me what I need to do and not do. When I've used them for the check up stuff, it's just one person. They cleaned up their mess.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. I had no problem with it and I used this company to get a second opinion. It did not take very long and it was pretty cursory, I think. It did give me an idea as to what I needed on my furnace and whether it had been maintained properly. I got some benefit from it. The price was very reasonable and they were here when they said they would be.

Easy to schedule. Arrived on time. Did the work in under two hours. The brand of the humidifier was different but it was fine and just as good as the one indicated. All went well.

After purchasing the BIG DEAL, Top Notch contacted us right away to make an appointment for the installation. Our technician, Eric, arrived on time for our appointment. Eric was very professional and extremely helpful with information about the humidifier and how it worked. He was also very forthcoming with information and ideas about our entire heating/cooling system. After talking with Eric, my husband and I decided to upgrade the water control valve that was included with the humidifier. This valve cost an additional $91.00, but we felt the added expense was worth it. We also purchased some filters ($47.00) and joined the Top Notch maintenance program. By joining the maintenance program we received discounted prices on the part and the filters. Eric did not pressure us in any way. He honestly gave us all of our options and allowed us to make our own decision. Eric also picked everything up and left the work area clean. The only thing he left behind was a nice new humidifier and some paperwork. We had such a good experience with Top Notch that we recommended them to our next door neighbors Very shortly after our installation we received a very nice "Thank You" letter from Top Notch with a $25.00 gift card for future purchases! It was a very good experience! I look forward to working with Top Notch in the future and I highly recommend them.

I really appreciated the fact that the service man explained everything that he did. I was so pleased that I signed up for an annual service contract.

He was very honest, and said it was fairly new and did not need to waste my money. I was very impressed with his honesty and forthrightness.

They came out right away. They took care of the situation. I really didn't have a problem, it was mainly just to tune the system up. There were no additional service charges but they offered me another deal when they were here, they called it a VIP package. I could get the discount for the heating in addition to the air conditioning tuneup.

Banged up woodwork & paint moving their equipment in and out of basement. Did not properly reinstall some HVAC air registers
