The technicians came on time on the appointment date. They carefully checked our system and told us that our furnace was accessible, but not the vents. They suggested that we contact Angie's List to get a full refund. The technicians are super nice. I have nothing to complain about their company. Could you please help me with the refund?

Everything went well! They sent out one guy for the job.

I called and received immediate assistance. The person who helped me was nice and courteous. A technician was at my house within 2 hours. He identified and fixed the problem immediately. I am very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them to my Angie's List friends.

They responded quickly and came out and fixed the problem. They are professional and polite.

The technicians examine the setup and explained that their device is unable to hook up and perform the air duct cleaning.

They did a good job cleaning out everything. Some of my ducts in my basement are very difficult to reach, and they did a great job working around that.

AFTER ARRIVING TOP-NOTCH ADVISED ME THAT SOME PAINT WOULD COME OFF OF THE WALLS AROUND EACH VENT OR RETURN VENTS AND I WOULD INCUR ADDITIONAL COSTS TO MATCH ALL OF THE PAINT IN EACH ROOM. WE THEN AGREED TO NOT PROCEED AND TOP-NOTCH INSTRUCTED ME TO CONTACT ANGIE'S LIST FOR A REFUND.

They did a really nice job. Superb. Very professional. Very nice. Was not out to sell me anything more than I needed and gave me some pointers on how to save energy and was very good. They got back with me very quickly.

They were okay. They fell through the ceiling but they were good about repairing it. They did an average job. They got the job done in about 2 hours and they got the repair work done in about 3 hours.

The service was great. They were over an hour late. When we called they said they had scheduled an office meeting during our appointment. A courtesy phone call to inform us would have been nice.

I was ambivalent about getting the air ducts cleaned because I've heard pros and cons, but I saw the stuff that they pulled out of there and when they took the cold air return down I was like ''Oh my gosh''. I thought that they did a good job. I liked that they let me be involved in things. I took off one of the vents myself before they got to it, and laid the screws on my piano, but instead of asking what did I do with the screws they just put more screws in when they put it back. I took out all the vents and scoured them up really well because they may dust them, but they're not going to clean them. They talked to me about things. They had me come down in the basement and showed me a big tall round thing on their garage vac and it was just piled with crunched up lint. They just included me, let me see things, told me about the process and were also nice to my dog.

It was easy to schedule, they were responsive and we didn't have a single problem. Very happy with the service.

Overall the service was good but we could smell gas after and had to call them back out. We felt the explanation and recommendation on the follow up visit was somewhat questionable.

Unbelievable. AC went out, lost a night of sleep and didn't know what the morning would bring in terms of cost to repair. Its Monday morning to boot. I used Angie's list for the first time. Found who seemed to be a good fit. These folks were hear in a couple of hours, gave me a coupon that I didn't even now about, fixed the unit for the cost of a tune-up. Cleaned up the coils. I was expecting a dead motor or compressor. Top Notch is honest, friendly, fair people surrounded by a group of large competitors that know you are at their mercy and take advantage of the situation. Not these people. They are the best in town. Period. I will be using them for plumbing, and obviously any HVAC work I need moving forward.

Unimpressed and won't use them again. Left dirt around air duct vents and several vents weren't replaced. While the office was professional in terms of scheduling and accommodating a change in schedule, I can only assume the ducts were cleaned well based on the dirt left over and the unfastened vents. I also assumed painted vents would be removed after using a razor blade or sharp edge around the vent, but that wasn't done and paint came off walls and was left on the floor as well.

Telephoned before arriving, as promised. Showed up on time. Checked what needed to be checked; cleaned what needed to be cleaned. Top Notch people are always professional and you never feel pressured to purchase some equipment or some service. There's a reason we've been Top Notch clients for years: good service.

After spending $1500 to replace the inducer motor kit in our furnace, I wasn't happy to have to have more work done, but that was no fault of the company or the technician. He was extremely responsive and helpful.

When our water heater hose sprung a leak and sprayed right into our furnace in the middle of winter, I was very distraught. If I could give an A+ for responsiveness, I would. Very quick to respond and fix the issue. Very considerate of our situation and the temperature outside. Skillful and knowledgeable technician.

They were great, they were good, I'd probably use it again, their communication is fabulous, they're doing a great job, they do good follow up.

It was fine. They did try to get me to replace a capacitor and do some other things which would have been a couple of hundred dollars more, but I said, "No. Thank you." I probably won't use them again. I didn't hate them or anything like that. I had mine checked every 6 months and coming to do a check and going, "You need this. You need this. You need this." and I was like, "I will have somebody else check." They were fine for what they did. Obviously, they didn't overwhelm me. I don't have any specific complaints. I think it was a pretty good deal to have them come out.

The service was free. They are not the cheapest, but they do quality work, and have quality products.

He noticed that the bottom of the water heater had rusted out and was leaking a little. It's in the unfinished part of the basement so it's not visited very often and I hadn't seen it. What I really appreciated was that he told me about the $599 deal they had on Angie's List. He didn't have to do that but it saved several hundred dollars. That's good service.
