Description of Work: A/C was inspected. Problems found were pointed out and appropriate repairs were recommended. I agreed to majority of repairs and work was completed immediately.

Description of Work: I called on a record 107 degree day because our AC quit working. The dispatcher said a tech would call me to tell me if and when he could get here. The dispatcher also could not give me any prices. The tech never called me back. Seems like a shady way to run your business. We called a company who could communicate and fix our AC.

Description of Work: I had them come out to check our air conditioner and see where it was leaking and to recharge it with Freon. The estimate that they gave me was over 2000 to find the leak and refill the system with Freon. They said the Freon cost was 99 a pound Dicounted and I needed at least 10 pounds of Freon to refill the system. What I told them that was a lot of money for Freon and labor to check the system and refill it they said that they would sell me a new furnace and it would come with the Freon for the ac. The cost of replacing the furnace would be $4600. I called two other shops to check price on Freon and was told the cost to repair leaking system would be somewhere around $550 including the Freon at about $33 a pound. From what I can tell this company charges 2 to 3 times what should be a fair price. I also checked the Internet and the cost of Freon for this system is somewhere between 6 and $10 a pound so the other companies at $33 are making a good profit.

Description of Work: Not sure he really did anything. I bought a "deal" thru Angie's list and apparently got what I paid for. Or didn't as the case may be. The service guy was here maybe 15 to "service (tune up), clean and inspect" 2 HVAC systems (heaters) in my home. Not sure what was "cleaned" as they look as dirty as when he arrived. I asked what he "tuned up" and he pretty much read off a checklist of items he "checked". I think these "deals" (my first one purchased by the way) are nothing more than quantity over quality. He was supposed to arrive between 11-3 and he arrived at around 5, leaving at around 5:15 - 5:20. He said something that lead me to believe he was hurrying, due to having 3 more appoints yet to get to. I will not use them again.
