Everything was great from booking the appointment and the responsiveness of the service call. Jason gave a call before heading to the house and I was able to meet him there without having to sit at home waiting. He was very professional and talked through some options on what could be done. Once a path forward was determined he didn't waste anytime completing the work. He cleaned up afterwards and even gave some tips on improving my wireless service in the house. Overall I was very pleased and would not hesitate to bring them out for future electrical work.

They were honest. Tann Electric reported that the light and switches were working.

I was able to get the same guy to come out and he did an excellent job as well. He also fixed my yard light in front of my house.

Wish I could remember the gentleman's name that came out but he was right on time, very friendly, did a great job. Pretty simple really, just ran power from the basement to literally directly above it through the floor into the fireplace opening and left the power off (obviously) until the unit was installed a short time later. Showed me which switch in the panel it was and labeled it. This may be a bad habit, but a few times now, I've put enough trust into AngiesList that I don't always get multiple bids, at least for the smaller projects. So I don't know how this price compares exactly. I was given a little bit of a discount, possibly first time business/angieslist discount?? It's been several months. Had I paid the "normal" price, that may have seemed a little high to me. All in all, very satisfied. Thanks for the great work!

The man came out early and stayed till he finnished the job. Roughly four hours. They took care of all the electrical permits. He had all of the parts. Didn't have to go for anything.

Tann electric was very professional and responsive to my request for an estimate. I decided to delay the service as cost to do this was higher than I had anticipated. I will definitely use this business for future electrical work. They were quick to respond to my e-mail and extremely polite and courteous.

Derrick the technician was outstanding in explaining every process and highly professional. Tann was instrumental in the speed of my family return to our home expeditiously.

KCPL actually came in and helped me (except for the LG refrigerator which is a whole other story. Don't get one if you can avoid it. You're better off with a little cooler and it'll be quieter). So, I never did need to called Tann back for help. But I really appreciate the responsiveness. Most of the electricians I phoned never responded. You rock Tann.

The work was done to perfection. Derek was on time, efficient, personable, and got the job done right. He cleaned up when he was finished, and made sure that every detail was complete, even to the point of locating a hard-to-find switch cover plate to match the others. I would definitely use Tann Electric, and Derek again, on my next electrical job. Tann was not the cheapest bid I got for the job, but they were competitive, and the work performed, and the service received made it well worth the extra few dollars.

On time arrival as scheduled. Very polite. Worked quickly and efficiently. Replaced a wall switch for a ceiling fan and offered a new plate for the switch for $1.00 - bargain of the year! Would definitely use again.

Jeff arrived on time (after resetting the appointment in my favor) and promptly got to work. Work was completed very quickly and exactly as we asked. Price came in under estimate, and they accepted without hesitation the $$ off coupon from Angie's List. What more could we ask!!

Jeff was prompt, super pleasant. Had great knowledge of codes. Didn't feel intimidated. Very good at explaining what was wrong and forth coming on what and why it needed to be fixed. Would definitely use again!

I had called and made an appointment on Monday for them to come to my house on Friday 9/20/13. The person who took the call informed me there was a window of repair between 3:30 and 4:30 and they would call ahead 30 minutes before they were to arrive. I received a call about 3:45 informing me that Jason would be at my house in the next 30 minutes. Jason introduced himself at the door and we then discussed the doorbell situation. He brought in a small step stool and got to work. We had not been able to locate the transformer and he informed us in new houses that many times it was behind the door bell chime. He was right. He replaced the transformer and door bell and put the new button out by the front door. He was very polite and professional. I used a coupon the company offered which was very helpful. Yes, I would recommend the company and I will use them again An overall courteous and professional experience. Thank you.

This was a very small job, so I didn't want to pay a big service call fee, and I needed it down right away. Contacted Tann and asked if they had anybody in my neighborhood. They did, and a representative (Trent) was at my house within an hour. Using the Angie's list coupon, I only had to pay $49. Trent was great - very professional and totally about customer service. He even put some silicon sealant on for waterproofing without charging extra. From my initial call to working with Trent, this was a positive experience.

The guy that came out to give the estimate arrived on time and was dressed professionally (polo with company logo). I showed him my existing breaker box and meter and explained what I wanted done (upgrade service to support new central A/C unit). He asked me questions and then explained how they would upgrade my service (install new breaker box, install new meter, arrange inspection, etc) and install the outside disconnect for the A/C condenser. He seemed experienced and very knowledgeable. Derek was the technician that performed the upgrade. He arrived on time and was dressed professionally (polo with company logo). Derek was super friendly and really easy to talk to. I felt comfortable having him in my home. He explained what he would be doing and got to work quickly. I checked on him a few times during the day and he walked me thru the progress he had made. He was an excellent communicator. All in all, I was very happy with Tann electric. Derek did an excellent job and did it with a smile.

They were excellent. I have no complaints. When they had to come out the second time, they charged the service and we talked with them and I did not think that was fair and he got with it.

Very nice technician. On first visit, told me I had installed the battery wrong, and that was why it wasn't working. Found out later that it still wasn't working after we got back from vacation. Same technician came again, found out remote was bad. Did make calls for us and drive to pick up remote. My complaint was that I felt stupid for not installing battery right, when it was never my fault. Also was charged for both visits. Felt maybe I should have been at least refunded for first visit since problem was mis-diagnosed.

They're really good. The man's name is Jeff and he communicated well and he just got to work and fixed everything we needed. He made some good suggestions and he did a good work and was patient about it.
