Description of Work: I thought I had appointment to have work done. They would come on a Friday. I do not remember date. About 3 pm the Service man called and said he would give me an estimate and we could set up appointment for the next week. I told him I already new the cost and was expecting work to be done that day. That was not his understanding so I told him to just forget it and I then hired another company.

Description of Work: Some of our lights had been randomly go out for months. Sometimes for an hour, sometimes for days. We had had another electrical company out several times but they were unable to solve the problem. | |Tan electric came out and within 3 hours had traces the problem to an outside receptacle with a loose connection. | |We have had no problems since.

Description of Work: "We had two problems on our new home. The first was that the breaker kept tripping when we plugged in anything in the kitchen. The previous owner had wired everything (including ALL appliances) on the same circuit with only a 15 amp circuit. The second problem was that there was no way to shut off power into the house -- no breaker at the box, nothing on the outside, and nothing on the pole. Since we are on propane, this was a huge concern: if we ever had a propane leak, how would we turn off power to keep our house from blowing up? Surprisingly, both the inspector and the first electrician missed these things. |We called Tann Electric on Monday. They came out and saw what was going on, pulled all of the permits, and had us back within code in no time. Was it cheap? No. Was it well done? Exceptionally. I would hire them back in a heart beat."

Description of Work: Derek, the electrician was professional, friendly, and competent. John, the President of Tann Electric, made an initial visit to discuss the job, which allowed me to prioritize, and decide what to do now, and what to postpone, so I could stay in budget.

Description of Work: We had 9 LED retro fit lights installed. Tim was great-had the work done in no time at all. Very nice & professional. I will definitely use them again. The price was quite reasonable as well.

Description of Work: Hearing that a basement circuit-breaker that covered our sump pump kept tripping -- and that a flash-flood warning was in effect -- Tann rushed an electrician over. He determined that it was a busted circuit-breaker and quickly replaced it. The storm hit, the pump pumped, and no flooded basement. That's quality service.
