We got an appointment very quickly, Derek arrived early, he works very quickly. He solved several problems which other electricians had failed to do. He was friendly and polite. Price was very reasonable.

It was a tricky situation and he handled it with class. He even fixed some of the dangerous wiring situations he came across as he looked for the root of my problem. He even had to get in my scary crawl space a few times and didn't seem annoyed. I'd for sure use them again.

He was able to trace the problem to a shared ground wire. The problem was quickly determined and solved. The serviceman then showed me how a shared ground wire is handled so that I would have not problems in the future.

Jason showed up and was very polite and punctual. He got right to work installing the necessary parts. He also looked at other wiring in the house at my request and gave advice on how to proceed. My one complaint is that the disconnect box was quite expensive and while I needed it regardless, the cost of the part was not told to me up front until after the work was done. I will still use them again for future electrical work.

The company is very professional. I have used them twice now. Once almost a year ago for installing a ceiling fan and then the latest was to add an outlet for the micorwave. They had to come out twice for the outlet. My fault. I didn't realize on first visit that the outlet was too low and it would interfere with the new counter backsplash. So I requested they come out again to raise the outlet from the original installation. Now, I don't know if it was at the second visit when the outlet was raised, but the outlet was not grounded. I have no idea if that is a standard code that all outlets be grounded or not. I just prefer they are especially in the kitchen area.

Truely exceptional experience.....Jason was very professional and did a good job. I wanted to have an additional outlet installed in a utlity room. Due to the potential load on the new sockets, we had to brainstorm ways of accomplishing the task. Adam looked at several options... One was running a new line and adding a new breaker with an approximate cost of $300-400. He then looked around some more and found that he could split a wire from the bathroom and that would reduce my cost to next to nothing in materials, and labor. When he was finished, it only cost me $162, but with a $50 first time customer coupon only $112. What a trustworthy company and individual! Would definately recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.

Since he knew what he was doing and understand that putting a lot of force into it wasn't go to hurt the breaker, it took him literally 1 min from front door to finish. My only issue was the price was still almost $100. He said next time they won't charge the fee but I don't know that I'll use them again now that I know how much they charge for simple services. They get a B because the price was just too high for the work done.

Derek arrived on time, he call first. I told him the problem I was having using the outside outlet with my leaf blower. He checked the outlet and the elect. box downstairs and explained everything he was doing and what might be causing the breaker to blow.Everything check out normal. Looks like the blower pulls 12 amps and the normal load on the circuit is 4.7 if everything is turned on for that circuit. The circuit was operating as designed. When it gets over 15 amps it pops the breaker. As long as we don't have every things running on that circuit while I use the leaf blower everything is fine. Derek did a great job on explaining how things operate and we did not have any trouble with the circuit again. He was very quick and knowledgeable. If we have any other problems I will use Tann Electric again.

Tann dropped the ball. They never contacted the manufacturer, so I eventually hired another company to do the work.

The service was on time, professionally dressed with a shirt showing the name of the company and his name. He was most cordial but stayed right on the project and finished in a very timely manner. He was most helpful in showing me what he was doing, and upon finishing cleaned everything up. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

The guy came out and said that he was here for three half hour sessions, which he wasn’t. He was here from 1:40, but said that he came in at 1:30, and was here until 2:20. He charged me for three half hour visits. I do not think he was here for the amount of time he charged me.

Tann Electric was great. We noticed that a circuit breaker kept tripping and called them on a weekend. One of their technicians came out, fixed the problem but noticed that there were several damaged circuits in the panel and told us that "if it were his house he would fix it right away". He came back Monday with the necessary parts and completely rewired the panel, replacing all of the damaged circuits and consolidating two panels down to one. He showed us several circuits that were completely charred and melted, but helped us save some money by giving us instructions on exactly what to buy at a local electrical supply place. Great service!

Project went as planned with some delays due to weather. Contact throughout was Adam, with Den being the electrician performing the work throughout with some assistance. Very satisfied with result, and would recommend this company without hesitation.

They are always professional, do top quality work and charge a fair price. I will use them in the future.
