+ -1 moreEverything went beautifully. Laundry sink was wall mounted and solid. Washer drained perfectly. Drain in floor was now covered. Drain pipe from sink and washer ran now ran inconspicuously on and outside wall to the main stack - no more piping across the floor to trip over or get kicked off the drain and flood the room. Dehumidifier drain tube was now directed into appropriate piping routed to main stack, instead of running 25 feet across the floor, in front of a door, to the floor drain.
Description of Work: Installation of laundry sink to accommodate washer draining, which had been going through pipe across the middle of laundry room floor. Also rerouted humidifier drain to eliminate tubing across floor of basement. These upgrades were in preparation for listing our home for sale. But we really, really wished we'd done them sooner once we saw the results.

+ -1 moreJeremy did a great job and he could have charged me more for the repairs. Instead we discussed some different options and agreed on a pragmatic solution which was less expensive. He was punctual and was polite. I typically hire people for small jobs first before I trust them with larger projects. Based on this interaction I would hire him again.
Description of Work: I had two simple repairs that he fixed ... a toilet that wouldn't stop running and a broken hinge in the bathtub.
