Description of Work: Plumbing repairs, including improved setting of a problem toilet, required for closing of a home sale. Specifically, on the toilet, we had had three or more plumbers reset this toilet over the course of 12 years owning this home. Every time, it would be solid for about a month or so, then it would return to wobbling/rocking slightly. We were required to fix by the homebuyer. Jeremy assessed the situation and reported that the problem had to do with a problematic subfloor. By bolting the toilet to a board mounted in the basement below, he was able to mount the toilet securely and solidly. Victory at last.

 + -1 moreJeremy did a great job and he could have charged me more for the repairs. Instead we discussed some different options and agreed on a pragmatic solution which was less expensive. He was punctual and was polite. I typically hire people for small jobs first before I trust them with larger projects. Based on this interaction I would hire him again.
Description of Work: I had two simple repairs that he fixed ... a toilet that wouldn't stop running and a broken hinge in the bathtub.
