Sure-Flow

Jeremy gave me great advice on the best way to fix my drain issue. I've hired Sure Flow a few times before and have always been happy with their service.

Finished all projects in the same day. The toilet backed up 3 days later and they were out immediately to fix the problem.

Turned out it was the electrical outlet it was plugged into. Didn't charge us anything!

They charged me about the price of the new faucet just for the install. The installer was not a nice person.

I discovered late in the day (4:30pm) that my basement drain was overflowing. I contacted Jeremy and he said he would be able to come after his last job and probably by 6pm. He and Bill showed up as promised, diagnosed the problem and snaked out the drain. The whole operation took less than 45 minutes. bill and jeremy impressed me as the kind of professionals who perform dependable work for a fair price. I will definitely have them back should other plumbing issues arise.

We originally contracted with them to put in a shower valve/faucet in our new shower. The price was good, and they gave good advice on how best to proceed. We had some special valve placement requirements due to the tile pattern in our shower, and they accommodated us well and without complaint. It just so happened that our water heater failed during the time they were doing the work for us. I called Jeremy that morning and he and Bill installed a water heater for us that afternoon, including the expansion tank. The price was good and the quality of the work was excellent. Jeremy and Bill were both responsive, friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again.

From the first phone call, Sure-Flow handled our calls and our appointments professionally. They always called when they were on the way even when they were going to be at the house at the appointment time. Full explanations of everything they they found, fixed and installed. This company is our #1 call for any future plumbing projects. Thanks guys!!!

This is the second time I've hired Sure -Flow plumbing. They were able to come the same day and cleared the sink quickly. Before they left they asked me to check to see if they had cleaned up after themselves to my standards. Wow, I would definitely hire them again.

Bill was very friendly and professional. He clearly has a wealth of knowledge on which to draw. Before proceeding, he gave me a written estimate for the work. He explained what he was doing and why. He has high standards for his work. He did a great job. I plan to use Sure-Flow for any future plumbing needs.

I asked them to come look at a couple items on a listing I had that needed repairs. They went ahead and fixed them when they came out to bid it. They went way out of their way to come to me.

I was very happy with the service. They answered all my questions patiently and gave me excellent advice. They worked very efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely hire them in the future.

Bill & Jeremy know plumbing. They also know quality and steer you into getting the job done with quality components so you shouldn't have to call them back for awhile! They do a fantastic job and were great to work with. They are highly skilled in their trade, and were able to knock it my entire project in a little over 2 hours! **Another note - I was referred to this company by my realtor, and while Angie's List says they don't perform work in my area - they did for me. I'm sure they don't like to work in the entire KC Metro area, but they will? and I'm glad they did!

Bill was great! Very professional, knew his stuff, and was very accommodating. I had several quotes for repair, but no one would address the flue issue and lost my confidence. Bill came for the estimate and pointed out the flue immediately therefore gained my trust. I would definitely use this company again. Great job.

He said he would have to remove the faucets and re - soder them down. He did that. He also fixed the lever on the toiler for free. I was really very pleased with him. I also got a discount.

They are good. They are pricey.

Although I was hesitant to let them go into the attic (it was too hot in there!) they went anyway and braced a vent stack that was leaking after roofers had re-roofed the house. He wasn't in there too long and got the job done. Now I have to get the roofer back to see if new flashing is needed on the roof and to make sure it's sealed. There was a toilet that was 'singing' and they replaced a fill valve as well as cleared the master lavatory sink. I had lots of questions and they patiently explained what they were doing and were very pleasant. It was obvious that they had tons of experience. The job was done and they were on their way. I can't ask for more than that. My sister in law used them and gave them a great referral which is another reason I selected them. They will probably be the 'family' plumbers from now on.

The cast iron stack developed a crack and water would leak onto the floor when using the washing machine. It needed to be repaired, had the complete stack replaced because placing a plastic pipe with the weight of cast-iron on top... would not be a good plan. The plumbers had also replaced a section of PVC piping from the toilet to the sewer, it was sloppy work from a previous time. I also had Jeremy cap off two leaky pipes that were copper to galvanized, those pipes were not going anywhere. As mentioned above... I am very satisfied with the work Jeremy and his partner were very professional, clean, courteous and fast.

It went very well. They were very nice and very professional and I will probably use them in the future. It was to reroute my plumbing, to route unsoftened water to my outdoor faucets. They were friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, they were honest about other options instead of rerouting the plumbing which is what we ended up doing. They've been very professional, probably someone I will call in the future when I have other plumbing jobs.

They came to just fix my bathroom but then also found a leak in basement. They were great and very polite. They even took off their dirty boots when they came in.

I couldn't have asked for more. They were quick, responsive, and very reasonable. They had the new line put in in a day and the yard covered back up.

They are very quick and on time when they discovered the leak.

It went very well and I am getting ready to call them again for yet another plumbing problem.

Jeremy & Bill, were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They were clearly interested in providing the best solutions for us, yet giving options to choose from.

Everything went beautifully. Laundry sink was wall mounted and solid. Washer drained perfectly. Drain in floor was now covered. Drain pipe from sink and washer ran now ran inconspicuously on and outside wall to the main stack - no more piping across the floor to trip over or get kicked off the drain and flood the room. Dehumidifier drain tube was now directed into appropriate piping routed to main stack, instead of running 25 feet across the floor, in front of a door, to the floor drain.

Once the old bathroom demolition was complete, we worked with Sure-Flow to make final decisions on placement of toilet, sinks and shower. Jeremy and Bill helped us understand our options and visualize what our space would look like in the end. They also helped us reroute a vent pipe that intruded into a space and enabled us to install additional recessed cabinetry for critical storage. They returned at appropriate stages of the project to handle all the in-wall piping and installation, and then installed all the finished plumbing materials at the end. The result is beautiful and functions perfectly.
