They came when scheduled, were very careful with moving furniture, cleaned carpet very well. Very nice.

It has been fine. I trust Angie's List. The prices of the company seem very reasonable. I have not had any problems with them so I am going to use them again to clean our couches.

I can't believe how much cleaner they got the carpet than any other company I have ever used. The guys were professional and careful, the carpets dried quickly and I will definitely hire them again.

I have used this company at least 6 time previously and was very happy with the quality of their job and the price in all but one instance. This time we were not very happy. The previous times it took two workers over 1 hour to clean the carpets. This time they were in and out in 20 minutes. After the the carpets dried, we discovered what a poor job they did cleaning some of the high traffic areas. Also, they failed this time to rake the carpets, as they previously did. Price wise, they also charged somewhat more this time than in the past. For instance, a small carpeted area about 3 by 4 feet in our bedroom bath area that they previously included in the charge for the bedroom was a separate charge this time.

Work was satisfactory. Price was too high. The cleaning people were very pushy to add extra work.

Clean, neat and professional gentlemen. Worked together well and made suggestion on how to help prevent staining from pet. Worked hard and stuck to the job until it was completed. Good job....furniture and carpeting looks great!!

The men that came were very professional, polite, and punctual. They did a great job and it was a very pleasurable experience.

I found the water in the basement on a Sunday. Tried all day Sunday to get Stanley Steemer (based on a recommendation from my brother) but could not get through. When I selected the menu option for "emergency water services", the phone system hung up on me (every time). I left a voice mail message that was not returned. I tried again Monday morning and the number was busy all morning. I eventually got through to their corporate office and they said they could not get through to the local KC office. They said they would fax the office for me and get them to call me back. That did not occur. Tuesday morning, I finally got in touch with someone and they told me that they could not perform any work if 48 hours had passed since the carpet had gotten wet. Given that it was their delay that put me in this position, I was not pleased. Ultimately, both carpet and pad were ruined and I had to do the work of removing them myself. I would not use this company again for emergencies.

It went very well. They took the 2 rugs back to their facility and cleaned, deodorized, and treated with Scotch Guard. The individuals who picked up and delivered the rugs were friendly and professional and went out of their way to be helpful.

They did a great job. They spent extra time spot-cleaning some problem areas on a chair and ottoman.

BOTH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ON THE PHONE AND THE CLEANERS WHO CAME HERE WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. THE CLEANERS WERE VERY CONSCIENTIOUS AND MADE SURE THEY GAVE GOOD FOLLOW-UP INSTRUCTIONS. THEY ALSO DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF CLEANING WITHOUT CREATING ADDITIONAL MESS IN THE HOUSE.

THEY WORKED VERY HARD TRYING TO GET THE KITCHEN CARPET CLEAN. HAIR DYE IN BATHROOM; THEY COULD NOT GET UP.

THE WORK IS GOOD AND VERY DEPENDABLE AND IS ON TIME WITH NICE PEOPLE.

THEY DON'T LEAVE CARPETS DRENCHED SINCE THEY USE STEAM. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND VERY COURTEOUS. THEY COMPLETE THE JOB AND CLEAN QUICKLY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND DID A GREAT JOB.

THEY HAVE A PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE STAFF. THE CARPETS ALWAYS LOOK GREAT WHEN THEY LEAVE.

THEY WERE POLITE AND MOVED THE FURNITURE WITHOUT MISHAP AND ACCOMPLISHED THE TASK IN A TIMELY MANNER.

THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND WERE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL.

VERY GOOD WORKMANSHIP. FAST TURNAROUND. GAVE GOOD ADVICE AS TO WHY MY CARPET WAS SO SOAPY.

THE TWO TECHNICIANS WERE VERY POLITE AND ON TIME. THEY EXPLAINED ADDITIONAL SERVICES THEY COULD PERFORM TO DEEP CLEAN THE CARPETS.

STANLEY STEEMER SHOWED UP AT 8 A.M. EXACTLY. THEY WERE PLEASANT AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.

THEY WERE THOROUGH, CAREFUL OF FURNITURE, REMOVED STUBBORN SPOTS AND WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE REGARDING THE QUESTIONS THAT I ASKED. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM AGAIN.

DID NOT DO A GOOD JOB. I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK.

THEY CAME ON TIME AND THEIR PERFORMANCE WAS WELL DONE. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS.
